Outside of the stairway or should i say stairs covered in a sand dune was somewhat manageable but no thr less would have been easier for me and others with a disability. Pictures show fish cleaning station behind cottage as well as a grill only one was present but was so wobbly wouldve been extremely difficult to cook. Other than that the place was clean and cozy if it were’nt for tge guard dog/cats maybe not feel as safe. The two of them laid out on the main entrance guarding the place from time to time. Meant to get pictures but didn’t my friend did he also expressed his interest in getting a cottage for his family. I gave him the information that I had. Thanks for a great weekend

We loved the house the accommodations were great. The size of the house was perfect for a large group. The elevator made things easier. There were a few issues the faucet in the kitchen needs fixing ,the WIFI was out for 2 days of our 5 days 4 nights with the service repair never showed up after several calls, some of the towels had be rewashed because they were wrapped in plastic still wet causing mildew odor and I recommend better cleaning service. But overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Sine of the Tides 4 Bedroom Home at Corolla Bay was our favorite place that we ever stayed at. The house was extremely cozy and had a beautiful yard. It was conveniently located a couple of blocks from the beach and we got to see the sunrise and set every day. Each floor was designed well with the kitchen, dining, and living room on the 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a bedroom, bathroom, and entertainment room on the 1st floor. There is a bathroom inside the master bedroom which provides additional privacy. There is also a small patio deck you enter from the master bedroom and another small patio you enter from the living room. An extremely dog friendly place, my dog really enjoyed the yard and the beach. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the bar table in the yard. There is also and outside swimming pool shared by the community and a volleyball net that my family had a blast with. I highly recommend this property for anyone but in particular people with children and dogs.

The Sea Glass Shack is brand new and is well laid out. The location and setting is great, surrounded by trees, is very private. Beds were great and kitchen is very nice, cabinetry is wonderfully thought out and and pretty color. We appreciate the starter kits for soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. So helpful! Loved this house and will look to book again.

We rented the Gone Coastal house in Corolla and this house was PERFECT! From the floor plan, strategic door handle placing for entrance to the pool area (we had 5 littles so was a great peace of mind), 3 fridges!!!!, large pool, and super comfy beds; to the location which gave us a quiet, very low traffic area with an easy short walk to the beach which the community has paved the pathway with very nice plastic wooden decking. I would compare the walk to 3 blocks and my 4 year old walked it several times and never complained! The house is only 3-4 houses down from the beach pathway which was very nice. Our back yard privacy was perfect as our pool was straight behind our house and away from the beach walk/bike pathway. If/when we go back, we will be renting this house again!

The home was beautiful with great bedrooms/bathroom space. Common areas were comfortable. The walk to the beach was manageable, with the support of a golf cart to bring the majority of our beach items. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool! Great location for access to activities, restaurants and shops in the Corolla area. We had a wonderful family vacation!

We rented Oceans 24 for a long weekend in April that included our wedding celebration. The staff throughout the booking process and stay were incredibly kind and helpful. The house was in great shape and included so many amenities. Our guests truly felt at home!

Aquasition had everything your family could possibly need or want! The house was beautiful inside and out! The beds/linens were so comfortable, the pool and yard was well kept, the theater room and arcade room kept the children occupied and who wouldn't love a kitchen island and dining table large enough to accompany our party of 19! The elevator made for easy unloading and loading and was perfect for my mother n law who has mobility issues. Such a fun 4 days!!!

The place we rented in Nags Head was amazing! The view from the top balcony was beautiful. The house was very modern, very comfortable and clean. Kees did a great job with the description and provide linens for the bathrooms. The staff was responsive and very friendly. I would recommend this location and the Kees for your next stay!

Imperial Palace is a beautiful house! Its clean and well maintained. We were 8-families with kids and everyone had a great time, the kids had a blast! Kees Vacations was great to work with in reservation the place. They are professional and helpful. What is reffreshing about Kees is that someone answers the phone anytime you call and you're not navigating through automated voice prompts.

We had a lovely time and the Seagull Motel was clean and the kitchen was perfect! Easy contactless checkin/checkout with code by email, communication was great. The beach is only steps away with amazing sunrise and sunsets and you can hear the waves from the room. Wonderful and affordably pet friendly with one time $50 fee up to 2 dogs. Lovely safe neighborhood for walks too

This was our first time staying in Nags Head. We have stayed farther north in the OBX before, but not there. We absolutely loved our stay. We were right on the beach and having a pool was wonderful. The cottage was much more spacious than I thought it would be, and not having to rent linens from a service was another bonus. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. This being our first time in Nags Head, we had to learn the lay of the land, but we soon learned we were next door to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, and that there were many activities to do close by, like the dolphin watch at Kittyhawk Kites. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sound Life! Amazing view and beautiful house. It was our first trip with two new additions to the family and the house met our needs perfectly! Lots of activities, a game room, beautiful dock, and massive screened in porch. It was fun to watch the boats come in and out of the nearby dock each day.Check-in and out went seamlessly, the house was clean, and had the basic day-to-day supplies we needed…and we cooked almost every meal in the beautiful kitchen or out on the grill.We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning!

When stayed here the end of March. The Buchaneer cottage we stayed in was very clean, pretty comfortable and roomy enough for the 2 of us, except for the kitchen, the pots and pan were not clean and could be updated. Wish is that were more outlets. We would stayed here again.

The Beach Balcony condo was a nice upper floor corner unit with a view of the ocean. The condo was clean and modern and well-suited for a couple of a couple with no more than 2 small children. We used the kitchen for breakfasts daily and a couple of evening meals - it was well-stocked and all appliances were in good condition. I recommend this condo. I did not have very much interaction with Kees Vacation Rentals, but when I did, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great home that looks like the pictures! We rented the home for our small beach front wedding. It was the most perfect venue as well as great accommodations. When we had an issue with power to a bedroom the staff were quick to respond and have someone come out and fix the issue.

We absolutely love this property and the OBX experience for Christmas! This was our second time renting this specific property in Nags Head. The location, size of the property, and views are perfect! The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! We had new glasses and dishes upon arrival. The kitchen was built with industrial size refrigerators that were replaced with commercial so that does take a little away but I'm sure they will be replacing them in the future. We will be back again in the summer!

Beautiful home (Just Peachy in Bermuda Bay) with everything you need for a family of 6! The hot tub was wonderful and the water and ice machine in the fridge was such a bonus! We loved having access to the garage to leave our bikes, umbrella and chairs safely at night. Kees sends all of the details of your stay a week before you arrive and a welcome email the morning after you arrive. We love the little touches Kees provides.

What a fantastic experience! The house was amazing. The kitchen was decked out with everything we needed to cook for our huge group. Getting access was easy and straightforward. I loved that management checked in via text/email several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

5th time using Kees to see the Outer Banks and again was a great time. I’ve stayed in this house twice now, K404. They stay in contact via email leading up to your arrival and information for leaving is posted on the fridge, it’s that simple!! Moving to Florida in a few weeks and will definitely look into their rentals in the Keys!

Fin & FeatherI booked a weekend stay for my husband, pup Maverick and I as a short much needed getaway. The Fin & Feather was perfect. Clean, beautiful view, close to Manteo, Wanchese and great restaurants (Bassnight's Lone Cedar was AMAZING). We enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the dock Saturday and early Sunday morning we were up and on a nearby beach to watch the sunrise. Lesson learned: ALWAYS carry your phone when outside of the room if you didn't fully memorize the code to unlock the door. Greatful for the neighbor that loaned her phone and assisted in contacting someone to assist us.

Kees is an outstanding vacation rental company and one I would highly recommend. Their website is very intuitive, and they have a great selection of homes at the OBX and their payment options are great. I think what sets them apart is the customer service. Whenever we have had issues during our stay they are promptly addressed. We come down to the OBX at least twice a year and we have stayed at homes represented by most of the rental companies and have had some REALLY bad experiences with some of the competitors to Kees (and one of the we will NEVER use again). Kees realizes that part of representing the owners is making sure that the renters are satisfied, and we have always been happy with every rental from Kees.

The staff here does not care about happy customers they just want your money and they will tell you they will take care of you after you check out to then basically slap you in the face with a 200 refund on a house you spent 7k on and had to clean it before you could unpack for your vacation we had 15 adults in our house and they ALL agreed the house was gross mold in dishes piles of dirt in corners windows so dirty you could not even see the ocean view we paid to see and after asking on day one for the General manager to call us they kept having different people call us with different answers and excuses...Just beware it was the filthiest house we have ever had for a vacation rental and we vacation 2 times a year and they really don't care. Still waiting for the General Manger to call us and it has been almost a week since our check out..... ps the cleaning crew left a note asking for tips on the kitchen counter next to a crockpot with molded rice in it WOW super unprofessional.

We were very pleased with our unit. I was nervous reading some of the reviews about units being dirty but when we arrived, everything was spotless. We did not see a unit number on our reservation so I had to call the office and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful. The only suggestion for the unit we stayed in would be an update to the master bathroom. The shower is extremely small. I would highly recommend this company for your next vacation.

Horrific. Filthy disgusting house “Happy Sol” with black mold, water damage, active leaks, wifi issues, sliding glass doors that won’t lock creating safety issues etc…. The list of problems is too long to put online but suffice it to say, it was a waste to spend $30,000+ for a week at the beach just to spend our time cleaning and trying to track down maintenance people. The pictures speak for themselves. Do yourselves a favor and rent from another agency or pick a different vacation spot entirely. These money hungry “management” companies are like glorified slumlords pedaling these now neglected (but once beautiful) castles on the beach. Arriving to a dirty house with empty bottles, food particles, sand, and grease all over was annoying but the health and safety issues created by the rampant neglect of this home take the cake. Thanks for ruining our one week of annual vacation Kees. We won’t be back.

Location was great, house was very comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Having on site laundry was great addition! Great beach access as well as close enough to all shopping needs for the week. Neighbors were pleasant and respectful of surroundings. Great neighborhood to be with family in for vacation.
