The doctors and staff are incredible here! We've been going to this vet for quite some time and I've always been satisfied. We had to put our cat down yesterday and I don't think they could have been more compassionate. This Place stays open late everyday for those of us that work for a living. Thank you to Pisgah Pet Care for everything you've done for us.

Dr. Julie is the best! She explains everything to you in detail and when my dog went in for surgery she took pictures and showed me exactly what she did. Very informative and she truly cares.

I would like to thank Dr. McCormick for the time that she spent with my cat Twister. Twister was a 20 year old Tuxedo short-hair. She was abandoned years ago when her original family was evicted from their home. Another community member attempted to care for her but could not afford to do so, so I adopted her and she became my favorite.I noticed Twister wasn't feeling ok and her eating habits had changed along with not using the litter box but wherever she could go at the moment. I called Pisgah Pet Care and they did some blood work which unfortunately showed chronic kidney disease. The stress of what she would have to go through for the next couple of weeks by giving her fluids as well her not eating much, plus the arthritis, I had to make a decision. I called Dr. McCormick and told her that I felt that it would be better that Twisters time had come to rest. I took her back to Pisgah Pet Care and Dr. McCormick, Twister and I sat in the exam room and talked and cried. I never left Twister during the procedure and held her with Dr. McCormick in the room. Tears sobbing from both of us. It is never an easy decision to let go as our pets are family.Thank you Dr. McCormick for supporting Twister and I through this difficult process. I will never forget it and neither will Twister. Thank you to the staff, Susan who got in touch with Dr. McCormick, the vet tech Sarah who came out to the car, and I believe Mike, Dr. McCormick's husband.

Really amazing experience! The doctors and employees are TRUE animal lovers. Professional caring people fill this office. I can’t thank them enough for saving my cats life. I highly recommend this Veterinarian and they have quickly become my only choice for pet care.

Excellent all the way. They worked me into the schedule as I was worried about an infection that had grown worse on my dog and I didn't want to delay. From the receptionist to the vet, the amazing Dr Coit, everyone was caring, professional, and efficient. So many doctors today, both for humans and pets, are so mercenary and greedy. Not at Pisgah Pet Care. The cost quoted was accurate, so no surprises. It's also nice the practice is open until 6pm. A clean, modern setting. Great parking.

I’m giving this place a two because of the way I was treated. I was made to feel guilty about having my cat be an outdoor cat. They treated her great, but I think the whole situation could have been handled better. They said they all grew a bond with my cat, and if I were to surrender her she would make a great office cat. She racked up a huge bill that I couldn’t afford. I appreciate the care that was given to her, but in my emotional state I think I was treated poorly.

This vet has taken care of our 2 elderly cats, 2 of our older dogs (now passed) and now our 2 young dogs. All of our pets received great care and attention at reasonable prices. We trust everyone at Pisgah Pet Care, but Dr. Julie is especially awesome!

Dr. Julie McCormick, Mike McCormick and the staff of Pisgah Pet Care provided excellent care for my yellow lab. She was 13 years old and began to rapidly decline. I called for help and they were there for me and my dog. We decided to try medication to perhaps get her to rally, but she was ready to go. We woke up on Memorial Day, called Dr. McCormick and she and Mike met us at the hospital and helped us say goodbye to our best friend. I'm grateful for their compassion through my difficult time.

Brought my Maltese to get his teeth cleaned at 1:00 didn’t get him back till 6:00. He was without food all day because he was to be sedated. They took out 9 teeth without my consent and did a physical that I didn’t authorize. The teeth cleaning cost $195 and when I went to pay the bill was $414. Never go there again!!
