Had my dogs ears cropped, the experience was overall great, staff was friendly,got an appointment within a week, my dog was ready same day and best of all it was affordable....one ear is slightly different from the other but thats just my ocd kicking in

I've been taking my pets here for 15 years now and absolutely love the staff. They are all very knowledgeable, explain things thoroughly, and I never worry when leaving my pets there for a few hours or a week. I've yet to find a boarding kennel as large as Countryside's as part of the vet's office - convenient and will put your mind at ease knowing a vet and staff who know your pet(s) is right there while you're on vacation. I also find the one-vet-office very nice, and I'm not sure I'd enjoy a multi-vet-office as much (especially after this long). Dr. McBride and Staff are beyond Great and No One Compares to their Ear Cropping. My Doberman Puppies that they have done are so professionally done they carry on like they did before the ears were even cropped. The crop is precise and done in a sanitized environment. ⭐️5 BILLION STARS COUNTRYSIDE VETERINARY CLINIC & PET INN ⭐️Mister Judd went under, and Mister Judd came back out a better lil doggie!We drive 50-mins. one way to come here, because there is not a better Vet Team, period. I TRUST them without hesitation. We are Family, at least that's how we've always felt.Thank you to Stephanie, the greatest Vet Tech Extraordinaire for ALL she does for us...(we can be "a lot"... 👀🙄😬 ).Thank you to Dr McBride, the most educated, skilled, experienced, and deeply loving, caring, and kind Veterinary Doc, I imagine, I'll ever meet.Thank you to Beth for keeping my dog family bathed, trimmed, and cleaned with loving care while taking the time needed to keep my pets as comfortable and happy as possible.We tried to adjust to our new home's vets, and we cannot stop going to Countryside. It is always worth every resource invested. The vet spent almost 45 minutes with my cat. She listened and answered questions and was very informative and approachable. It was obvious that her concern was for my cat and not generating additional fees to improve her cash flow. I was permitted tho stay with my cat and observe and provide information. She is truly awesome. I only wished I'd found her years ago.

I took my giant schnauzer to be groomed. Beth always does a fantastic job. My schnauzer is almost 13 years old with hip dysplasia. Beth is always so careful and patient with Kansas, Kansas can't stand up long, so Beth gets her groomed, it might take a little longer. I highly recommend their grooming services and Dr. McBride, the vet is a gem.

I have never had any problems. A small vet office with just one doctor. She doesn't charge for an office visit if you are just there for shots. The prices are comparable to everywhere else on shots. I have never had anything major done on my pets, just shots and flea stuff so I can't rate the surgical skills. Staff is friendly and appointments are quickly made.

Used their boarding services for 4 days, as a last minute need. At drop off (and pickup), the smell of ammonia in the front lobby was so strong that we wished we didn’t have to leave him there. Clearly cleanliness isn’t on their top priority list. At pick up, we were told our dog ate well, was active with the other dogs, and did great during the stay. According to the amount of food left over that we gave them, he didn’t eat much (which is fine but would’ve appreciated more honesty in how our dog ate during his stay). They trimmed his nails, and gave him a bath before pickup. His nails were trimmed so fair down, that one jump out of the car, and his nail started bleeding. The experience was way less than par, and I would never take any of my animals back there.

This vet is horrible. She has very little compassion for the animal and is out to make a dollar. She jerked my dog's head around so hard he yelped which made me worry if she did this in front of my face what she would do when I was not there with him. My GSD was always very anxious every time we walked into the clinic which tells me a lot. Also mis-diagnosed my dad's cat. Says a lot about her as a vet. I will never step foot in this office with any of my pets.

I found an unattended dog across the street from this veterinary and when I went inside to see if they would scan the dog for a micro chip, they told me they were in surgery and couldn't do it. They didn't even take the time to look at the dog and see if it looked familiar or might of been one of their client's. It would of taken them less than a minute to scan the dog. I took the dog down the road to The Animal Hospital of Lewisville and they were more than willing to assist and we got the dog back to her owner! Based on this experience I would never recommend Countyside Veterinary Clinic to ANYONE!
