Don't use pick up/ delivery. Lettuce was brown, eggs were cracked and the employee who brought out my order was using foul language and had an attitude problem. I ended up returning my entire order. Not sure how they turn something super easy into complete garbage and I try not to judge people but they are in desperate need of retraining. Especially on how to act/talk around customers. This isn't the projects or ghetto or whatever they think it is. Do better Pembroke walmart. You are an embarrassment

Went to the auto center for an oil change. Hours posted are 7am to 7pm. I was there at 6:55am. At 7:24 am they still hadn't opened. Called the store operator. She was able to contact someone from auto center and I was told they were opening up now. It was still another 10 minutes before they opened. No apologies for opening late were offered. When my car was finished I had to track down an employee from inside Walmart to come to the auto center so I could pay. (You get a notice on the app when your vehicle is ready)After another 5 minutes my car was finally driven out of the auto center but my keys were not given to me even though I had already paid and only needed to receive my keys and leave. My keys were dropped in a box even though I tried to alert the individual with my keys that I had already paid. Completely ignored me and walked away! I had to walk around in Walmart AGAIN to find an employee to come to the auto center and give me my keys. The customer service in the Pembroke auto center is the worst I have ever experienced in my life!

I went shopping there the day before Thanksgiving, expecting it to be a nightmare. It turned out to be anything but. There was plenty of parking, the store was clean and well stocked and maintained. There were ample cashier asiles open so there were no long lines, and also plenty of available self check registers. The bathroom were surprisingly clean compared to many other Walmarts I've been to, and it was conveniently located nearby other businesses, but not in a congested area. One of the nicer Walmarts I've been to with friendly helpful staff.

I had already eaten one of these bagels before realizing they had expired for two weeks. Normally I would chuck it off knowing it happens and bread vendors stock the shelves but this has happened at more than one location. I will definitely check the dates like I do when purchasing milk or cold items.

I always enjoy visiting my neighborhood walmart. I have also fell in love with their golden kiwis. I absolutely love fruit and the green kiwis have always been extra delicious but once i tried the golden ones i don't think i will ever buy the green ones if the golden ones are available. They are so sweet, delicious, and irresistible!!!!!

The produce area always smells and not always fresh. Have bought meat from location many times to get home to grill and spoiled. For meat rather go to Food Lion or Piggly Wiggly.

This Walmart location doesn't have as much products as most others. The shelves have been alittle lacking because they don't seem to restock as often also!

Pembroke Wal-Mart Supercenter has just about every single thing that one could need or want. They have what u need from season too season and from holiday too holiday. There prices are usually the lowest as well. Customer Service is up and down though and there not consistent if u wanna be 100% honest.

After waiting in line for customer service, for more than 10 minutes...another customer came up and stated that they had previously waited more than 20 minutes and no one was working. Apparently that customer had found out that whoever was supposed to be working the customer service desk was at lunch and wouldn't be back for another hour. While I understand that everyone deserves a lunch break, where the heck are the managers at this location? Unacceptable in my opinion. I guess that Target (35 miles away) will get my business.

Great prices but not meat. Out of items a lot but people read "something " and get bent outta shape. Great staff. 1 BAD PROBLEM? ONLY 1 checkout for cigarettes and if you only want smokes? Pack a lunch for the wait

Customer service is completely dead. I was talked down to by 3 employees back to back to back. They have absolutely no idea how to help a customer. They just smack there lips and don't give a hoot about us. This is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated by anyone, anywhere. I drive an hour to come to this one because I "thought" it was better. I don't know who these woman think they are but they took a customer service job and thats what they should be doing. Rude, inconsiderate, and lazy. The thought of doing just a little bit of work makes them angry and think they have the right to speak down to people. Do you job. That's all you have to do. The exact thing you get a paycheck to do. No more no less. Can't even do that. And they want a pay increase??!! They should be retrained and retrained again.

Curbside pickup is an awesome option for a mom like me! Today I would like to commend one of your mechanics (Joey) I think was his name. He went the extra mile to look for my Goodyear tires that I ordered online today! Considering the manager was no where to be found when he called for her over the intercom. He literally stopped what he was doing just to try and help me! That is an employee you need to keep. One that will go the extra mile! One to help when it really wasn’t his obligation to do so. So thank you sir for doing your best at trying to resolve my issue! We need more workers like you in the industry!

Sloppy and they act as if everyone is stealing!?!? I'm tired of being treated like a thief from minorities. I've chosen to shop elsewhere. Wal mart is trash..they cater to the poor...they hire the poor because they are as such...POOR! They make poisonous food that's available to people that don't know any better. The CEO should focus on the color that they got wrong when they built her yacht +?!...pftttt F%ck this place along with the rest of them.

I visited the store this evening about 8:00 PM with one of the young men that I mentor. He is a victim of a house fire and was burned over 70% of his body. I brought him to the store so that he can get exercise and continue to build those motor skills that were lost as a result of being burned. Due to the burn, he cannot be in the sunlight for extended periods of time without a high strength of sunscreen. Visiting the store allows for him to continue building his motor skills as he has had to learn to walk all over again after the incident.The issue which has caused me to write this review is that about the fourth time we circled the store, a staff member came up to me and informed me that because we keep walking around the store we were being watched and that they feel uncomfortable with the fact that we were being “Watched” so they brought it to my attention. Needless to say I was extremely appalled and felt totally disrespected. I simply was bringing my mentee to what I felt was a “safe” environment for him to be able to walk around and again continue his therapy through building his motor skills.I also selected several items to purchase while in the store. In addition to building his motor skills I also am trying to get him to learn life skills such as grocery shopping and picking up items purchasing them etc.The fact that we were being “watched“ just for walking around the store is absolutely ridiculous to me. This is 2022 and I just can’t believe that this is the case. He was pushing the buggy with the items in it while we walked around the store. He wasn’t picking up any random items or anything like that. So it just floors me that the assumption would be made with that we need to be “watched” while walking around the store. I guess this is not the safe place that I thought it would be to bring my mentee to work on his skills.I scoured the Internet trying to find an email address for either the store manager or a district manager because I preferred to have handled this one on one directly with them. As I wasn’t able to the only other option they presented itself was to review this location.

Wally world 🌎is the most busiest of all super centers..it's very dependable for all sorts of things that you or the family may need...it definitely has a variety of choices to choose from and make sure you don't go over any budgets that you've already set because if not..you could easily spend more than you anticipated...hope you find my info to be helpful in any way...thanks

No one ever answers the phone, multiple instances where items are priced differently than what they ring up, tons of deli meat well past the expiration date and not many customer service oriented staff and several items never in stock. I always have to go to the Lumberton supercenter
