Ordered a chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread With mayo, lettuce, and tomato to go. Got home to eat sandwich and maybe I was lucky to have 2 tablespoons of chicken salad on the sandwich. The chicken salad had absolutely no flavor at all-Did not even taste like chicken. I had to add large amounts of tarragon to give the sandwich any flavor whatsoever. I was charged $9.00 For this sandwich. Sorry to say I will never go back there again.

Good sandwiches made quickly and for a fair price, served with a smile. I got here not realizing it was closing time and they never mentioned it. I ordered a sandwich to go, and they made it fresh and I was on my way and in my car realized the sign had changed to Closed while I was in there. No one rushed me and in fact it seemed kind of busy. The meat and cheese were good and the bread was decent. The tomato was bleh when there are fresh tomatoes available currently. Great pickle. They have a lot more on their menu and I wouldn't hesitate to check out some other offerings. The price was really good, not tourist prices there, so I'll forgive the tomato. I was more there for deli quantities of good meat and they delivered on that. They have a clean dining room, but with so many great options for places with views I got mine to go.

Conveniently located on the main road in Oriental, NC, this restaurant offers good wraps and sandwiches. Prices are very fair. While they recently expanded and remodeled the interior, it looks cheaply done by the owners, not a professional carpenter.

Quaint small deli on Hwy 55 across from the hardware store. Hubs got a roast beef sub and I got chili. Perfect on a cool late Feb day.

My husband ordered the egg salad sandwich. I tasted it and it was off the chain. I can see why it is such a popular item. I had the Italian sub & we split the pasta fagole soup. The best that I have had anywhere. This is a small place and where all the locals go. We will definitely be back because you can order breakfast or lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. A hidden gem. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Friendly staff, terrific breakfast and lunch menu. Daily soups. I enjoyed the robust chicken noodle. Lots of chicken pieces with vegetables and a few noodles thrown in. Very tasty!! Carry out or eat in. Clean and inviting. Highly recommend

When I worked in Oriental Tim's place was a favorite of mine. You can call before hand and pick up at a certain time or just wander in and your usually out pretty quick. The food is always good and consistent and Tim usually runs the register and is pretty friendly even when swamped. A good place to swing through if your looking for a quick bite or even just wanna hang out front for a little and watch the traffic pass and talk to locals.

Neat little deli. Had their ham, egg cheese, wife had raisin bagel w honey walnut cream cheese. Both were good, nice people Only bfast in Oriental on a Sunday morning. I will be back when in town.

Never disappointed when I come here to eat. Absolutely love this place and would recommend it over anywhere else in Oriental to anyone who asks. 12B on the menu is my favorite!
