An absolute treasure! Keith and his wife are so great to chat with. The fish is incredibly fresh and hand cut however you want it. The prices are unbelievable- in a good way! This is now a required stop for my family when we are in Oriental.

This is the second time we visited the area and both times we went to buy seafood from Keith. He is a super nice person has helped us to get really good fishes. They are fresh. The best clams we have had. It is nice see his ducks, chicken, dogs and cats. Very positive experience.

Even if you aren’t buying seafood it is worth the visit, but please buy some seafood! The owner is super friendly and we loved his dog, the chickens (they were alive), and kittens that peeked at our oysters. Great prices and a local vs tourist feel. Buy local, eat local, and keep places like this in business for years to come!

We went here because it popped up on the map. Freshly caught fish in the morning and sold at noon. This place is awesome with the price and the quality of the seafood. Highly recommend for those who want fresh seafood!

Fresh seafood, great prices, and fanrastic customer service. Keith is super friendly and helpful. He's as authentic as they come and surely has salt water in his veins!One note, the Google hours of operation are incorrect. He's not open until 8pm, he tries to be off the dock around 5pm and may be fishing in the morning so best bet is probably between 10am and 5pm.The location is tricky, it's the building that sits back from the road behind the house (in between the red and the blue rooftops).

Such a beautiful experience, owner was friendly and engaging, he was suggesting another customer how to cook the fish showing true customer service and care.Place is quite particular having the feel of true things, people and places. We bought some fish and clams for a very affordable price. We will do the trip often for this guy’s fruits of the sea and service.Note of caution: GPS takes you there but you need to peel your eyes to see the place nestled on the back of the lot. Bring cash as well, you won’t be disappointed.

Endurance Seafood has fresh seafood and good prices. If you've never eaten fresh tuna, you need to buy some from this guy. You can watch him filet it. As fresh as it gets. And he may have a variety like red or black drum, trout, trigger fish, spot, red snapper...

I’m fairly new to Oriental. Bought a vacation house here to spend 20 weeks or so out of the year fishing and relaxing. I’m getting to know the neighbors. I stopped in at Endurance Seafood to get some bait shrimp. It was 7:30 PM but Keith was kind to come down to the Fish house and provide service even though it was later in the evening. I bought some clams and shrimp. Keith sat on the deck with me and talked about the community and his sons who are also fisherman and one son in the Coast Guard. Keith shared some fishing tips and some advice where to buy local farm grass fed beef. Keith is what makes the world a better place and is a valued asset to this coastal community. If you are near the area and want catch of the day to take home and eat or want fresh mullet for cut bait, do yourself a favor and stop in at Endurance Seafood. I will be returning on a frequent basis. Thanks Keith for the seafood and the conversation.

Freshest seafood you will find anywhere. If nothing else simply stop by to talk with Keith because he is a treasure. Ask him how to best prepare what you are buying because his recipes are spot on. Try the soft shelled crabs and red drum on the half shell recipes because they are amazing.

We stopped by accidentally after “chicken necking” where we only caught one crab large enough to legally take after 3 hours trying. We swung by to buy crab and - well - the owners were not only friendly but gave us an amazing tour and educational session on crabs, crabbing and the history of the industry in the family over many generations in NC.Unbelievably reasonable for a half bushel (way more crabs than we anticipated!)It made a side trip into one of our favorite moments of our vacation

Very satisfied with the shrimp I got from here! I talked to Bruno couple months ago about buying some when we come to Oriental. He was super nice and helpful! Last weekend we only really needed 2 lbs but ended up buying 6lbs to bring back to SC to enjoy another time. Best price we found! Fresh, delicious shrimp!! Will recommend him to everyone and buy from him every time we're here! Cannot say enough about this 'ol Salt!

Right next to the cottages before the bridge, Endurance provides fresh, locally caught seafood. Very cool to have the fish filleted in front of me in addition to Keith’s great tips on how to cook it!If you’re looking for a people who know fish and have it fresh for ya, I 10/10 recommend you stop by.
