They took such good care of my dog. He’s a Shih Tzu and was behind on his grooming because he’d been sick. My regular groomer was unable to work him in and Tori had a cancellation. She made him look so handsome and even took a holiday photo of him. Unfortunately my sweet baby passed a few days later, he was 13. Thanks to Tori and her staff I have a beautiful photo of him. I also have the comfort of knowing that at his passing he was clean and tidy for his rainbow crossing that was completely unexpected to me. I can’t thank her enough for helping me out and the kindness showed while he was there and even after his passing. It’s obvious how much they love pets. I would highly recommend.

I am so thankful for Tori and Amanda! They are great with my 2 little rescues. They do beautiful work, but the most important part to me is the kindness they show my babies and me. No one has ever asked me if I would like them crated together. My dogs run to get through the Spa door! They always trim exactly like I ask and make them smell and look so beautiful! We love Purrfectly Pampered Spa and we HIGHLY recommend them!!🐾🐾❤️❤️

Tori and her entire team at this pet spa are the absolute best!! Their professionalism and eye for detail really stands out! I’ve been taking my dog for the last 3 years and couldn’t be any happier! My dog LOVES spa days and is always so excited to go! I know my dog is loved and cared for in the same ways I believe they care for their own dogs, because he’s always so happy whenever I pick him up, this has not always been the case at prior groomers! We are forever thankful we found the best groomer ever, right here in McDowell county!

Tori took amazing care of our 2-year-old high energy Belgian malinois mix and our old man dachshund while grooming them. Her boarding services are also wonderful and much appreciated. We couldn't be happier with their services.

I have been taking my dog to have grooming services for over a year and a half . I am always pleased with the outcome! Tori and Amanda are personal and friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of my dog while he is there and ensure he is groomed safely and with great care. The communication is clear and they are very transparent with me always !!! We had tried another groomer prior to this business and it was a nightmare ! Tori takes great care of my shorkie and he loves seeing her!!!!!

The best pet grooming place ever! I know for a fact that my pets are safe in her hands and I never have any worries/problems leaving my babies with her!! Highly recommend! Shes also a very sweet woman!! My babies are always so happy going to her!!

I have been going to Tori and her team of girls for almost two years now, and I have to say these girls go above and beyond for my sweet Daisy. She loves getting loved and taken care of by Tori. Hands down one of the best in McDowell. I would recommend to anyone!
