After spending north of $300.00 at the vet for less than 10 minutes of interaction, I find it a blessing that $85.00 for 3 hrs of labor on a difficult groom simply phenomenal. Nails trimmed, mats removed, bathed. My cat was impressively handled and cared for. An excellent first experience for me.

I take both of my small dogs there for nail clippering they do a wonderful job. Both of my dogs are short hair so there isn't a lot of grooming. They are so friendly and cares for your babies!!!

I have two purebred Maine coons. They did a excellent job grooming them. When I picked my kitties up, they were relaxed. No signs of stress at all. They had a bath, belly shave, hygiene shave, and nail trim. I was really happy that they didn’t smell heavily like perfume after the bath. I felt the price was reasonable I will definitely bring them back. I got there a little early and my female who doesn’t usually care to be brushed, was laying on the table getting blow dried. She seemed fine with it. I highly recommend this place.

Trusting someone with the care of a beloved animal companion is tough, really tough. When you walk into the shop, see the care and cleanliness they take with everything, you can feel their love of all the animals in their care. If you want a professional groomer , with a heart filled with joy and love of her craft, bring your fur babies here ! You'll be glad you did !

while on vacation i took my dog here the service was spot on they took great care of Chester he was super happy and he came out looking like a new man ( Dog ) i would strongly recommend this place Ty NC for having such a great place

I also gave Arens a second chance. I dropped my doodle off at 8:30, at 2:30 I called, he was still waiting to be groomed. Crated, no bathroom break, I picked him up at 5:00. They had shaved him, I had asked for a trim. Just a total rush job and no bath. Stay away.

I gave Aren another chance and brought my cat to be groomed and she did an awful job on his haircutand if that wasnt bad enough, since he came home from there, he has been itching and I noticed he now has fleas from that filthy shop.I have since had to treat him for ear mites and i gave him a flea bath and he is so infested, that my cat now has to go to PetSmart on Monday for a flea treatment..sad part is, he is an indoor cat!! I wouldn't recommend Aren's to my worst enemy.

WAS good with dogs she has increased her prices very high. From $50 to $75.00Her grooming has gone down hill. The last two times I took Theo his nails were not done, his cut was not good. It was amateurish looking .

DO NOT BRING YOUR FURBABIES HERE! My first and last time bringing my baby here. Not only did she not smell nor look like she had been groomed, they didn’t clean up the areas I asked them to and the worst part, they razored my baby’s pad on her tiny little foot. The bottom of her pad is raw and blood red. She can’t even walk on it. They apologized and offered a discount but I should have been called as soon as it happened instead of waiting until I picked her up. I asked them to call me as soon as she was done and I walk in, without a phone call, and find her sitting in a cage for I don’t know how long. Worst experience I’ve had since moving here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I brought in my 6 year old Persian cat for the first time in his life and I was so pleasantly surprised of how well it went! Staff was very professional and they were very caring to my cat. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their cat groomed.

Aren is absolutely amazing. Not only does she know her breeds and give each one the best possible haircut, but she truly cares for every dog that is on her grooming table. She even took the time to write my dog's name on her Christmas bandanna. I wouldn't go anywhere else for grooming.

Took our Pom Brody on Friday. He has seizures and I’m a nervous fur mom. They did a wonderful job with him and even he didn’t seem as anxious when we picked him up. My husband brought him by my work when he was finished and I posted a picture of Brody on our website and one of our customers now has an appointment with Aren on Monday. Great job ladies!!

Took my pup, Kermit (pom-chi) to Aren's Grooming for the first time today. Wonderful experience! The facility is super cute and very clean - and Aren was delightful. She did a wonderful job making Kermit look like the perfect, little, groomed gentleman! I would highly recommend her services and certainly plan to return. Thanks, Aren! Keep up the wonderful work! Disappointed :(Just left our third visit there to get my two dogs’ nailed trimmed.... i tried pleading with the girl who came out and got the dogs to please do their best, but coming back, their nails are jagged, and there is still more nail that could be taken off.....it’s a lot of work to load up the kids and dogs, pay with a tip, and still come home needing to either do them myself or call someone else and re-pay for their nails to be done again.I’m happy with their customer service, I was late once and she still took me, even came out to the car to dremel nails after I tried to save time for her and said the dremel wasn’t necessary (which I tipped extra for). But, the most important thing to me is the service that I’m paying for, it’s just not up to par.
