Walmart Supercenter, is again stocked for the Autumn season,which begins on September 23rd. It's always best(hint) to shop off season,as much as possible,in order to save on high priced overstock items; especially when store shelves are needed for other products.I like to help people, hopefully the hints I provide,are beneficial for your family, or possibly even inspire you; to start a new business.Becoming your own Boss! It's great,but remember,that it also brings a whole new set of ethics & responsiveness; which you must fulfill.Continue to stay alert! Positioning yourself in the right place,at the right timeframe. In doing so ,getting the best possible deals.Most likely you will find what you are looking for,from bikes to handtools,and so much more! The store is very clean, safe, overhead items,are neatly stocked on pallets. Electrical wiring it's not in the way The Staff as usual is very cordial and hardworking, many of them seen my face enough; to recognize me,they're very friendly and kind.As always the inventory for the Holidays, is highly motivated! When I visit Walmart, I use one of their wheelchairs. So, I am always with my sister and usually her grandson shops with us. We are friendly, and most of the items we need we ask for directions to locate them items. The many employees we interact with are always willing to help. They have great attitudes and give us a good experience when helping us. I greatly appreciate them all.

So went to do a Walmart pick up order, get home..half are missing and the other have teeth mark! So this is completely disgusting and disrespectful. Watch your food pickup orders bc the workers must not eat except the customers food.

Employees are extremely rude and just stand around on their phones and talk to other employees. I needed help and when I asked an employee for help she just said, "I don't know" and she walked away! I was shocked AF that she didn't even try! Customer service is DEAD! Another thing is these employees expect you to get out of THEIR way! They are crunched for time gathering items that other people can't come in the store themselves to get andwhile I'm the actual customer shopping in the store, I am treated like I'm in the way! Don't get me started about the employees wanting to check receipts, if your that worried about it WALMART, open all your registers and do away with self check out! I do not work for you and if I check out my own goods, do not ask me for my receipt because you are acting as if everyone is not trustworthy and everyone is stealing from your store. Because of all the wonderful experiences I've had at this store.....I will continue to avoid it like the plague that it is!

Convenient shopping 🛒 with large lines for self checkout. Most of the time there is Plenty of parking 🅿️. Handicap parking is available. Parking can be tricky during peak hours. Brand Selection are limited. The down side to Walmart is the self checkout wait and no one working the empty registers. Spoke to an employee about my experience and their reply was I only work here. Most of the time it's difficult to find an employee who's welling to help..... not sure what's going on with Walmart customer service?

I think this branch of Walmart is the best in the state. The store is always clean and sanitary and fully stocked. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I've been shopping at this store for years and haven't had any problems with it yet. I have no complaints about this store whatsoever. 10/10 overall 💯.

There wasn’t many people working here. Got my tires done. They couldn’t remove the tire with the stripped wheel stud. A lot of wasted time in line and all the electronics are locked up. I couldn’t even take the charger from the electronics to the auto area to pay for it.

My husband and I had a horrible experience today with a customer service representative while returning an item. She was rude, loud, called my husband ignorant all over not informing him of being able to put his money back on his credit card. She never asked if he paid in cash or credit and just put the money on a store card. When he questioned her, that was when she went off. We were frequent customers but will not go to Walmart anymore. There are other stores in New Bern where people are treated with dignity and respect.

Employees apparently think it’s okay to sit in the bathroom of FaceTime with members of the opposite sex for an extended period of time. It’s gross and rude and very inconvenient for those who are shy about using the bathroom.

Parking is ridicolous to many spots reserved for in line pick up and I know staf are doing their jons but standing over people while they checkout like they are criminals is rude

I forget the ladies name but she worked in electronics and was very knowledgeable about all the new tech. Phones tablets ECT... Other than that was a poor experience as far as cleanliness and friendliness

Management was Really slow getting what I needed for an order, You'd expect better service after you go inside let customer service and the managment know your waiting on an order when you have your wife and kids wait almost an Hour apparently this is OK to provide this kind of care to a Customer.

Weekend shopping here means crowded parking lots and dwindling inventory. Better to come by when others are at work. Good prices make the effort worthwhile for most.

This Walmart is always convenient and easy to get to and to get back out on the highway. Also as usual, Walmart had everything that I needed and then as most of you know a whole lot more too Everything was where it should be and I was in and out of the store quicker than usual! 🙂

Waited 35 minutes for someone to unlock a cabinet for the manager with a key to be outside pushing carts to say “they just have to wait”. All the money I spend in Walmart will go somewhere else!

Walmart pickup is slow. I waited 50 min to pick up 2 bags of groceries. I could have went in the store to pick up everything I needed in less time. This has happened multiple times and I will not be using Walmart pickup anymore.

EXTREMELY unhappy with Walmart online orders. Cancels entire orders, keeps payment for 2 weeks. And now I don't have the items I was depending on getting. I'll never order from Walmart again.

Pharmacy is useless. Their updates don’t work, they don’t alert you when it’s ready and the pharmacist asked for a prescription for Sudafed. Seems like an important customer service position to not have someone that can speak coherent English. Also, please clean the used diapers from your parking lot.

Very disappointed this Walmart location. I was trying to return some unopened DVDs that were still in brand new condition and the sales associate like he doesn't know the devil he was doing. He called the so-called team lead and said that they don't take DVDs back which I know that's a lie. I've done that before and they put the balance on a gift card if you have your ID. Talk to Walmart customer service and they said that I need to talk to a manager of the store not a team lead. Or regular sales associate that may not know what they're doing. Bunch of idiots on a night shift. They just going through the motions just stalking and collecting a paycheck. That's why I like dealing with people in the morning and early afternoon before 4:00 p.m. they know what they're doing. Won't dare with my breath going to Walmart this time of the evening no more. Very disappointed.😠

I don't know if they are going through and moving things, but items in all departments are not matched with the price below. I wanted to know how much 20 rolls of Scott toilet paper was but it was in a Great Value spot, and no correct price to be found. I also was looking for Lysol wipes and the prices were not reflecting the right item above them. Also had issues with prices not matching in the grocery section. Store is clean, however, and associates are awesome!!

Too crowded. Not enough employees available to help me. I've hunted down employee for help but I'm ignored or even brushed off. Prices are no longer better than anywhere else. It used to be a good value. Poor quality clothing.

Hi went early this morning not a lot of foot traffic. Associates were nice and friendly. Located everything I was looking for with easy. Store was neat and clean which was great. Will definitely go back again in the morning while all is calm and carefree.

We do prefer having a person check us out. The world has too many impersonal interactions. What keeps us coming back is a smiling face and wishes for a good day. A machine does not do that. Thankfully, there was a human to help us! The store is well organized and clean. We found what we were looking for, a cordless vacuum/ wet mop. I didn't know there was such a thing!

Employees on the floor don't care about you shopping. If you are in their way, they will cut you off or block the whole aisle with their stocking carts so you can't get through. No excuse me or nothing in doing so. Cashier are very unfriendly and act as if you are a bother because you are making them work.
