The staff was very friendly, caring, and the price was fair. We took our Chihuahua/Yorkie mix there and the body and tail look the best they've ever been groomed, but her tear stained face was left untrimmed. She's white, which is why we cut her face short. All over, it was a good cut, but we also noticed her licking her leg and noticed a small cut on the inside of her leg. Which, could've caused new tear stains, and makes us indifferent on trying this groomer again.

Brought my toy poodle in July 5 for standard grooming, had made appointment week before. Arrived on time to find only 1 groomer there and she told me it would be 3-4 hours to complete my dog as there were 2 or 3 dogs ahead of him. I came back 4 hours later and could see the groomer struggling to finish my dog. Groomer was inexperienced, my dog was stressed out, the job wasn't well done and yet I was charged the same rates that an experienced groomer would get. Not fair. Cannot recommend this store's grooming service.

I took my Morkie for a pre-summer hair cut here and when I brought him in the lady was very detailed and even took notes on how I wanted my pup to be cut. A few hours later when he was finished I went to pick him up and he was completely shaved and had an Afro! She also informed me that she cut him in multiple places, he has a huge gash on his knee and would have needed stitches if she got him any harder and she also cut his ear and not in a tiny spot, the entire edge of his ear is scraped from the clippers being too close, I refused to pay for what they had done to my poor dog and even when I got home I noticed that his face around his nose was all raw and he has patches everywhere of irritated skin, safe to say I will never bring my animals here for grooming ever again!

I have a very picky diabetic dog. Petsense always gives me good advice on what I can feel he will not eat diabetic food and his vet (VSH in Cary) really does not mind what I give him but I still want to give him something that will not make him drink tons of water or make him sick the employees as well as management are friendly, helpful and nice. There is a grooming studio in the back I just have a groomer that comes to my house that is much more conveenent for me I have heard so many good things about the groomer that works at Petsense. She does groom cats as well.Petsense carry's some of the top brands and they always have what I am looking for.

THEY STOPPED CARING.We had been going to this store for a long time because we had a specific need for special order food. They WERE nice and ordered it, as a business would. Now, they just say screw it and don't care to do that any more. So we will to. Another store is always around to help out a loyal customer.

Not as big as petsmart, nor does it have the variety one might be used to finding in major department stores for their animal. But it was clean. The staff however didnt really seem to want to acknowledge you there. You had to go find them instead.
