Staff very friendly however not too knowledgeable about what products are what. Also there should be a sign out front stating cash only for certain items. (Not sure why the owner hasn’t entered prices into the system he has it really isn’t that hard which is why they say cash only because he’s kind of just too lazy to enter them in the system. (Takes less than 5 minutes to do. Not hard pure laziness on the owners part)Also poor girl that was left in there today had no change in the drawer and was kind of thrown into the dust.With the limited products on hand in this store and the fact the owner could definitely have some of those issues dealt with. I doubt it will last much longer. There are better products else where.(Also not sure why they don’t just enter in the total and charge it as debit or credit. This can be done with any system these days) just strangr

Customer service and product quality is great! My only issue is that more often than not, I check the hours online and it says the store is open, but when I go to the store, the door is locked with the lights and open sign off and I can't call to see when they'll be back because no one is in the store

Awesome shop the bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Max is amazing and very friendly. He takes his product seriously without being a douchebag about it . Anyone that doesn't feel welcome in this shop is dealing with some serious trauma and should seek help immediately..

This place is awesome. Everytime I walk into the store I get greeted with a smile and great customer service.The store is always clean and comfortable. Service is good but they are never open when I get there. The sign on the door says that they are open at 10 am why are they not open. I always have to wait for at least a hour before someone shows up to open the store.

My father is 91. He's fallen twice recently and has intense pain in his head near the injury. It's painful enough that he can't sleep. Searching for a remedy I stumbled in here. I can't comment on its effectiveness because my father hasn't tried it yet. But I can tell you that Taylor at the counter was very knowledgeable, made good recommendations, and even advised me on the dosage. Even when I asked about the ability to be habit forming, and where it was manufactured, he knew the answers to my questions instantly. Thank you Taylor, and I'll report back on its effectiveness!

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews, these guys wanna charge 13.99 for a regular pre-roll, no moon rock pre-roll, just a regular one, I guess they don't know, that NC market is 7.99 for a regular pre-roll, go elsewhere, don't get ripped off...

Received some premium, professional service from Justin behind the counter. All goods bought were high quality, like the assistance I experienced. Owner, Max, is a stand-up guy with a vast knowledge of hemp/cannabis/CBD who has passion for spreading the benefits of his products with a caring and vibrant attitude to his customers. Bonus points for veteran discounts too!

Arrived to the store moments before closing and had the BEST experience! The young lady attended to our needs and was knowledgeable about most, if not all, of the products that were in question and the effects that CBD would have for our particular situations. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I firmly recommend the pain relief salve I swear by it. I suffer from fibromyalgia and these products help get through the day! To add theres great local artwork inside that’s worth a look.

The product range was good for a new shop, maybe after they are open for a while they will have a bigger range of products/brands. Dedecuted 1 star for that. Otherwise it was a 5 star experience. Other than that, they had everything I needed and the staff was fantastic about answering questions and making recommendations. Recommended highly for CBD products.

I have been to this location multiple times. It has been my pleasure to meet the owners, Max and Laura, during a few of their events. The moment you step in, you know they support their community. The ambiance is very relaxing and information based. Brian and Taylor are both some of the most knowledgeable hemptenders that North Carolina has to offer. The wide variety of products allows me to address so many symptoms of living in a human body. Cream for specific aches and spots, tincture for quick pain relief or trouble sleeping. The CBD vapes are so convenient when I’m on the go! Oh, and don’t get me started on the edibles. A gummy a day keeps the doctor away! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know one thing for sure, I’ll be back again and again.Edit: I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Top notch service and competitive prices keep me coming back. So friendly. Knowledgeable. Great product, especially the dabs. Try out Pineapple Express. There's one that will make you sleepy also. They have edibles, CBD and D8 and D10 gummies, too. They fundraise for local causes. They have my loyalty. And they have loyalty programs and email coupons, too.
