I went inside to use the bathroom and change my son's diaper. I was also going to purchase some infants Tylenol as a courtesy for using the restroom. There was a long line at the restrooms and the doors were locked. A nice employee at the front unlocked the door for me and told me I could use the employee restroom. When I opened the door to come back out the manager got in my face and asked why I was in there. I told him I was let in by an employee. He got angry and said "No, I have employees waiting to use that restroom. You can't be in there." Again, I explained I was let in by an employee. I won't be coming back there again. The manager is extremely rude.

Great customer service in the store area but the pharmacist has a serious attitude problem. We were trying to our prescription for our children but he seemed to have an attitude and did not want to answer our questions. The bad thing is that he wouldn't listen to the issue my wife and I were trying to tell him. This could have been an easy fix but he refused to hear our problem and address the issue without an attitude. I will not and do not recommend CVS in Nashville as long as this pharmacist is there.

I'm on my phone with CVS as I write this comment Wednesday July 26, 2023. The man at the front end of this store needs a class in customer service, ASAP. He was rude and disrespectful to me. I ask pharmacy to transfer my call to the front end of the store. The very nice young lady did just that. Mind you that i had already been on hold approximately 15 minute already. He answered at the front end and I tried to tell him what I needed and this is what he did. He didn't allow me to speak 3 words and immediately transferred me back to the pharmacy department while I was still speaking to him. He didn't give me an opportunity to explain what I needed from him. I didn't need the pharmacy, I needed to ask him a short simple question. Lord, have mercy 🙏🏼 just rude for no apparent reason. Wow, something needs to be done about this man attitude problem, he's destroying CVS name. By the way, it was the manager who did this to me!!

My review is based solely on the drive thru portion of the pharmacy. The young lady working the window really needs customer service training. I was picking up prescriptions for my daughter and two year old granddaughter i'm just glad I don't use that pharmacy.

Pharmacy supposed to be open at 10 on Sunday that’s your store hours came there twice this morning. It is now 1030 still not open was told that that they’re running late and not open until 11. That is not how a job works your store hours pharmacy hours that is what time you’re employees are supposed to be here early to open at them tiles you can’t just change the times.

This place don't deserve this one star. I went inside to drop off a package for ups and before I get a chance to talk to this hateful guy at the counter. He directed me to come to where he was and before I could utter a word, he looked at me funny and says I can't take this package, its not sealed and it don't have a label. I can't do anything with that. He then looked at me with the ugliest face while another person stood there looking at me. This is the worst customer service ever, he needs to be replaced. People like him shouldn't work with the public.

Great crew🏅until 2022. I had posted a 5 star review years ago and it continued to be so until new staff entered the establishment. If you have high blood pressure you need to make sure that you take your meds before doing business with the pharmacy. Folks the place is now a 1 star place to do business. If you enjoy rude, undependable and just plane old bad customer service this is your kinda pharmacy and I highly recommend it to you.

Switched to CVS pharmacy from walgreens because walgreens was so bad. I have now switched back. CVS is worse! Told the pharmacist that I was getting a nice discount on my fathers diabetic prescriptions. She could not offer me anything and shook her head in agreement when I told her I would have to go back to walgreens to get my discount. Total waste of time!

CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLY RAN !!! They went as far as to give me a bogus number to cooperate office. A complete lack of common sense and common courtesy at this location. Drive thru is repugnant. It is impossible to get through to the pharmacy after they send you in 17 didferent directions thru there automated service only to hang up on you. There signage I shared a picture of is a great example of the service you should expect.

The pharmacist on duty tonight, May 10th is very rude. I was talking to him and he literally hung up on me. Male pharmacist with an accent. I have never been treated like this before at this store.
