First off, management is deceiving. Second, their prices are higher than Lowe’s or Walmart, they’re just closer so you don’t have to drive far. They don’t take the time to teach the people they hire. They hire you saying they’ll teach you and then don’t teach you anything. They’re told to smile and they follow you around the store so that you don’t steal. They don’t schedule the workers breaks right. There is no full time employees and that’s how management saves money.

Went in to get some keys made. Was out under 10 minutes. Gentleman was so nice and helpful. You surely don’t get that at other hardware stores. Great service!!

Love this place! Staff are so friendly and helpful, hard to find these days. Saves me a trip and gass going to rocky mount and long wait times and no help at lowes. I can spend hours in this store.

Friendly staff, and some interesting things for sale but they don't value the customers enough to provide a restroom.I was going to purchase some tarps and fishing supplies, but left when my girlfriend needed the restroom, we won't return.

The guy at the service desk ..... smh. Find him a new job. Customer service is not his thing. The big guy with the gray goatee. .. miserable. They have a few young guys on the staff who would break their necks and go above and beyond to help you!!!!!. Sadly I overheard the management tell them often, " don't go outside, there's nothing we can do about that" smh. One of the guys came out and helped anyway. I would say his name. But this place would probably fire him instead of give him a raise.. Then its an older black gentlemen. Really easy going. He does whatever he can to help. I would say his name. But management would probably get rid of him for helping... honestly. Imma leave you with this. I went back to get my machine the next day. I asked can I buy 3 more spark plugs, Mr parts desk goatee guy says , " didn't you buy 2 yesterday "? Wow. Is it a limit of spark plugs you can sell. Plus their labor cost is about the same as the Mercedes benz dealers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Super nice staff that went out of their way to help me find what I needed. When they didn't have it in stock, they offered to order it for me. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because I went back twice for the same product and found out they didn't have it twice even though it showed in inventory online. It would have been helpful to know it was a discontinued product that had to be special ordered the first time I went. Aside from that, it is an awesome hardware store with a small town feel and you feel right at home when you walk in the door.

the store nice and all, ACE needs to update there website, cause one minute it said i can pick up an item, next minute it’s sold (processing)🤦🏿 so i have to wait a week for an item i was expecting to get the next day🤷🏿♂️. I guess it’s first come first served even though you paid for it already 🙄🤨.

My experience was delightful. I had a wondeful assistance. I like to add that the store was comfortable, organized and well decorated for the fall. They also had Christmas and beautiful garden flags that caught my attention.! The employees were soo kind. They made me feel at home. The painted windows were so entertaining! I wanted to go show my little ones. Thank you for your service!!!

I went to the Store two days in a row. The first day was 5/2/20 they were so helpful. Walked me to everything I needed. I had my Mask and gloves on and they respected my space. I was so pleased I went back the next day shopping. On this day I was waited on by a nice young Man name Jordan who could not get his register to act right so he asked a lady name Sarah for help. I said very nicely can you please help him I just want to leave because nobody had mask on and was not practicing social distancing. She was real nasty to me and said if I didn't like what was going on I should have went to Walmart after I paid for my stuff. My Grand kids was in the car. I got her attention and told her she was very rude and disrespectful and reminded her I had a right to wear my mask and be safe. Never going there again. I will ride all the way to Lowe's like I should have.

July 23 2022, returned to Bells Hardware were on July 17 I had left LOWES intent on purchasing a power washer. Spending the type of money I intended on spending I figured why not do it locally with your friendly hometown Ace dealer. We call the store and found that they closed at 5:00 and in fact had the Craftsman power washer we were going to buy at Lowe's there at the store. Being an ace customer for over 40 years we went to the store in fact were helped by a long time friend who work there purchased the Craftsman power washer and handed the clerk three coupons I received as a Ace rewards customer. The clerk rang the power washer up accepted one of the coupons for $10 off. I paid the bill with a credit card and walked out of the store. Now keep in mind Ace has a 30-day return policy no questions asked. Today I'll pay bills I discovered that I had received $10 off on the power washer instead of the clerk using the 10% off coupon I had available which would have saved me a savings more than three times what I received on the date of the purchase. Late in the afternoon July 23rd my wife returned to the store with the coupon and the receipt. After 15 minutes of attempting to convince the so-called manager on duty of the mistake my wife left totally disappointed with Ace Hardware. He insisted that in order for him to fix their mistake I would have to return the entire product back to the store. Attempting to convince the clerk and the store manager I wasn't disappointed with the product I just wanted to receive the proper discount my wife left totally disgusted with individuals who cannot think outside the box. The receipt is dated, 1609 hrs on the 17th of July 2022. I guarantee you before the 17th of August 2002 if the matter is not resolved I will return the power washer for a full refund, and go to Lowe's and buy the same power washer and received my 10% guaranteed military discount.Ace tells you they're the hometown store and want you to shop locally think again. Guaranteed if they don't fix it I won't be coming back.and they will be getting their power washer back ‼️Bells ACE Hardware tells you that the friendly hometown hardware store, frankly they're full of ****‼️Istopped to get some bee spray and a water wrench. I wound up spending more than I intended to only because I found a couple of sale items. It is not often I am able to find what I am looking for in this local store today was the exception. Thank you bells for keeping your shelves stocked ‼️

I love Bell's Hardware. It is my new best store to shop at. I can spend hours in there and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.They have some of everything it seems like; well, everything I have needed so far anyway. It is much closer to my house than Lowes too. Welcome Bell's Ace Hardware. I hope you stay here forever.

We are happy with Bell's Ace hardware, and the excellent customer service that we continue receive. We purchased our second riding lawn mower from them today. I would recommend this small hardware store over the Big Box Mart to anyone who values supporting small business, and appreciates personal customer service.

Management needs to learn how to supervise employees without favoritism. Also, they share confidential information about employees to other employers. Management changes there work schedule days after it is put out without notifying the employee to make sure they don't have further obligations. Mistreating your employees is NOT ok. Kris Parker needs to learn how to be a better supervisor and Jeremy Bell should listen to his employees when they come and talk to him about how they are being mistreated at work. I do not recommend this business!!!!!

Bell's Ace Hardware is a great addition to the town of Nashville. Always friendly service and always have what i'm looking for. Kitchen trash can, cabinet hinges, outdoor wall light and a tank full of LP for the grill. Also have seasonal decoration, picked up some pumpkin carving stencils for my kids today. Going back Saturday for pumpkins. Can't beat that!

Welcome to your new facility in Nashvile Jeremy Bell! I know it is a very difficult adventure to go from having 2 or 3 employees and now 20+ to oversee. The COVID mess doesn’t help as well. I am a Veteran as well, but would not consider giving you a low rating because of my impatience and inability to understand your major transition you have taken on. Congratulations on your endeavor and wish you the best!
