I called John a couple weeks back and scheduled an appointment for today. We had no other conversations after that, and he arrived promptly this morning at the appointed time, just as we had scheduled. I was more than impressed with John and his finished product. He's very meticulous, and took great care in the process of cleaning two bedrooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs.
