New manager is amazing. She is helpful and cleaning everything and really trying hard. Stickers have really stepping it up. There was a older shorter (manger) so she said was really ugly attitude towards my son. She said I was wrong it wasn't her that needed help it was the new store manager and rolled her eyes at us.

Never seen such bad customer service especially from the manager. The store was a mess, could barely get through aisles. The worst Dollar Tree I've ever been into.

Worthless place now. Nothing is on the shelves but a bunch of boxes everywhere down the Isles. Manager is always in the office or outside talking on the phone never helping the employees. Used to be quick in and out but one check out lane is all they ever have available with 10+ people standing in line. One employee said her boss talks down to her even. I wouldnt work here and now I wont shop here either. Dollar General is back open with plenty of stock, smiling faces and they are great people!

I usually frequent this dollar tree location and the blue ridge location. Because each carry items the other does not carry. I visited this location on 03-16-2019 to pick up a few items I needed off my shopping list. I usually let my kids sit in the car with their dad while I run into get the items I need. But this recent visit I decided to bring my 2 sons with me into the store their dad came in as well. I was getting my items off my list while my sons and their dad went ahead and checked out the items they had picked out the cashier thought my 3 year old son was a girl but his dad corrected her by saying no he’s a boy he just doesn’t like haircuts so we grow it out well they proceed to the car to wait on me. And as soon as they walk out of the store you can hear the cashier whose name is Rose and the only other female employee in the store at that time (almost closing time) very loudly start saying that that is exactly the reason that the world is the way it is today and that children shouldn’t make decisions the parents should and that little boys should have short hair they were so loud every customer could hear them. So I went directly to checkout and after I paid I was sure to defend my child and set the facts straight that it’s very unprofessional to be very loudly judging and talking trash about any customer much less a child and that the 3 year old with long hair you were just trash talking is MY autistic son who is barely verbal so doesn’t talk well enough to make decisions. My son and his long hair isn’t what’s wrong with the world today it’s grown adults who think it’s ok to trash talk about any child especially a child with special needs. I have called corporate and left a message for them and a call back number and I will not stop calling corporate until something is done about her behavior at work and the nerve to trash talk a special needs 3 year old child. I will never shop at this location ever again. Because any location or place that doesn’t see a problem hiring a person who thinks it’s ok to talk trash about customers and children and special need children so loud though out the store isn’t a place I will shop at and whoever hired this bully should be ashamed of themselves. People like Rose are the reason why the world is the way it is! Not an innocent autistic boy with long hair!

It was a nice it is a nice daughters Tree store they have a little bit of everything in there and I liked it today is cuz it was very busy and they opened up another register while we were in line and asked us to come over to that register which made it very nice

One line check out waited 30 minutes to check out didn't have nail glue either but had all other stuff I needed would give 5 star but waiting to long in line hurts my bad knee and had 2 surgeries on it.

I've always liked dollar stores. You can save a lot of money on certain things. Employees should be treated better by corporate. They never seem very happy

Number one Dollar Tree in the state best customer service baby. Walmart by a mile when it comes to customer service Walmart does it know what customer service is but Dollar Tree sugar does
