Nice pet store, huge selection of products.friendly staff. I really like the selection of dog foods, my boys are picky. Leashes and collars in every color imaginable. This is the best pet store in the area. Just had our first training class, It was awesome, we learned so much .

Wonderful pet supplies supplier that also offers grooming and dog training but we are there every other Saturday to showcase some of our foster cats that are available for adoption they graciously allow us to even leave several in there cattery for 2 weeks at a time

I have had my pomeranian groomed there in the past 3 years. I have driven an hour and a half to get him groomed there.I've always been super satisfied with the groomers. They are very friendly and they do an excellent job.

I took my dog Maggie to get groomed for the first time at this location. Hannah I believe was her name did an excellent job with her. Maggie was abandoned before we got her and this was only a second visit at a PetSmart but she did so good and I know it because they showed her affection! I will continue to take my dog to the Morganton PetSmart. Even the cashier was talking to Maggie as I was paying. She said she went in while they were grooming her and petted her! It was an awesome experience!!! All the associates were so sweet!!!

I keep seeing that the Morganton location has curbside pickup? They even have parking spots designated in the parking lot. Why can't I find a way to order a curbside pickup????!

This stores Staff was knowledgeable. The lady assigned to the fish department actually knew what she was talking about. Such a relief to see a PetSmart that actually has knowledgeable and experienced keepers in key places. Will return to this one for sure.

Purchased a cat tree the clerk was helpful and I told him I needed help ot seem like maybe a minute and another fella was there to help ...they where nice seemed like I was only in the store 10 or 15 minutes...

Place always says it hiring but never hires anyone and the people who work here doesn't tend to know anything at all about animals I go in there talking cause I do my research and it's like talking to a 5 year old about the stuff

Haven't visited this store in many years, but recent visit inclines me to return more often.Tanks were very clean. Staff was helpful & not making us feel like inconvenient morons. Very much appreciated!!

Kinda hit and miss here sometimes the people know what they are talking about sometimes they dont. Also sometimes get good fish and sometimes u dont. So it's really hit and miss every time u go. Best part is they do price match so that's always good.

Took my dog for nail clip she is an American pit bully she is great with people but gets a little excited with other dogs around she won't bark or growls to them the groomer not even took a look at my dog she just told me that dog is better to go to a vet... They not even try.

Man working the aquariums suggested, for the second time visiting there, that we go to another store to purchase fish. He constantly talked about how he knows everything about fish and assumed we had no clue. Then he denied selling fish to a woman and told her he believed she'd just kill them. Will go to other pet store much further away to avoid him.Update, he's still there and still acting pretentious! Didn't want to sell us fish and marked "NO RETURNS " on bag. We have never made a return there. All of our fish are thriving. We're really done this time. No more of any of our pet supplies will come from this store as long as that's the type of employee assistance you provide. He even called another employee to talk about us in our face! On to somewhere we're not treated like idiots!

Made an appointment for my dog to be groomed and it got canceled 20 minutes later. They said the bather was gone. They knew that 20 minutes earlier! Then couldn't get another appointment for a week or more!!!!

Grooming - very short staffed. No one came to the front of the salon even tho we had an appointment, my husband even asked the cashier in the store who said, they're short staffed you can wait if you want to. Mind you, I've taken my pet there for grooming for a couple of years now, so I called to speak to the manager, who did not offer any type of an apology for inconveniencing us, her comment was we're short staffed all I can do is reschedule . We live 20 mins out of town and I explained that to her, it would have been nice if she would have said I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but she didn't. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Unfortunately, PetSmart's grooming department needs staff and a course in customer service.

Miranda Sigmon (Salon Leader) is the best in the business. Professional and gets my fur babies looking perfect! Typically I would refer buy locally but her and her team are the best in Burke County.We need more groomers like Miranda!

I am posting this because I love my dog just like many others love there animals. Just be aware of what I am telling you for your animal. To start with I had called several times and when I go to pick her up I ask how did she do.They said we were not able to grind them. I said why not they always do. Her nails were to long and they started splitting when we clipped them. I said well can I go ahead and make an appt. In 2 weeks then to get them done then.Especially since I had been trying for weeks and your response was either we are too busy or not enough help. I was even turned away at a walk in. She says we don't make appts. For nails. I said well I can't get an appt. I can't get walking altho sign says that. So therefore you have lost a customer. Then here's the icing on the cake. I pulled over in another parking spot and called back and ask to speak to manager and told him I was just letting him know that what happened earlier they have lost a customer. He didn't even ask my name the dogs or what happened. No apology. His remarks were OK THANK YOU.This reasons we will not be back.

We took our dog Tillie for a grooming appointment at this location. Rachel was wonderful with her. She asked lots of questions about how we wanted her groomed. She even called during the appointment and gave me several options with how to proceed with her cut around her ears. Tillie was very happy when we went to pick her up and looked adorable. We will be back and will request Rachel again.

The sweet young lady at the register not only found the two 30 pound bags of cat food I needed but also had an employee look to see if there were anymore, as I have 30 cats. Sadly there were only the 2 bags. She even kindly loaded my cart for me. Being disabled I truly appreciated her help.I was twice blessed by a nice gentleman outside the store asking if I needed help and putting the bags in the back of the car.My deepest thanks to both.💙🐈
