The store itself is on the larger side and they're doing well on the face mask policy alongside social distancing. Overall 4/5 because the employees are slow on stocking and too slow at the register. I'll definitely shop there again.

Love this store! We live in a rural area & used to have to drive 30 minutes to get to any food stores but now it’s 5 minutes to DG! Love it! Their generic brand foods are great as well(clover valley).

Always shop here know everyone working and they know my face when I walk thru the door. Maybe not the most organized or best taken care of dollar General but what more has to be said than its dollar general. You can get mist all of your household needs here at a fraction of box store prices.

These stores are always putting up stock and makes it challanging to get through some isles. Staff are good but seem stressed with checking folks out and stocking the shelves. I've shopped dollar General for many years and will continue for the prices. These stores were callled The Dollar Store,(back in the day). Family Dollar and Dollar General were notaround then.(FYI)

Don't ever shop at this ever at this store the cashier is hateful mean woman who always in a hurry rather stay on her phone and talk to other customers than to wait on you. Ride the store is unkept, unorganized and need different people from district to store emoployess

Girl that claims to be a manager was very rude to us. She was on her phone and acted very unprofessional. She saw my friends security guard badge and called him a renta cop and started talking about much she hates cops. She said she would refuse service if we didn't wear masks even though we were wearing masks. She also preceeded to argue with my friend and then threatened to call the cops because she didn't like what he said in the argument she started. There's plenty of dollar generals in town definitely won't be going back to this one.

Always have what u need for a quick visit. Clean store and very neat hard workers make sure everything is arranged in a way u can find what u need quick and easy if u ever need help finding anything the employees are very knowledgeable with where things are.

Overall good experience cashier seemed frustrated due to she was alone with several customers pushing for help. With that said she was helpful and pleasant in spite of her situation

It's not Walmart, thankfully. There isn't the options and prices are a little more but I'd rather stop by DG for my needs than fight the traffic and crowds at Morganton Heights. There's a DG in nearly all corners of Burke county now so it's way more convenient than going to Morganton.

Never have shelves stocked always have to wait 10 to 15 min to get checked out even if you're the only one in the store

I live near the hwy 18 new dollar store, and spend 80% of my time and money at that store . But today I visited the hwy 18 store Just outside of Morganton, and even tho it isn't my store, which orders//stocks their products according to the community's demand for it.

It was very klutered the alse with palettes that needed to be put away but it could've only been that bad cause the truck and Pepsi truck was delivering then

Great place to pick up snacks in a really convenient location. Kinda kills the atmosphere of the small-town farmland directly surrounding it.

Worst ran store ever seen in retail the manager (regina) refused to give name while her and another employee stood behind the counter slandering my wife in front of everyone because she didnt want to do her job the items were marked on sale and manager refused to even look in to it
