Just left there 5 minutes ago. No men workers were there to help me load a 400 pound gun safe. I don't know their loading procedures so I thought they just loaded it with the forklift onto the bed of my truck. She gets rude with me because I didn't bring help. I'm like when I paid for it I was told you guys loaded it with a forklift. So from then on she was very rude and even turned away from me. She's pregnant but that's no excuse to have terrible customer svc. The other lady helping was great and the lady with glasses at the register is always nice. But the pregnant girl with the nirvana shirt on was very mean. I won't be back and will have the manager in the concord store to reach out to their manager. It's no excuse.

Have been dealing with this store for many years now. Have found his time goes on the whole atmosphere, selection and cost-effectiveness have continued to deteriorate. Very unfortunate

The website stated they have Venus Flytrap plants. I thought I’d better call before I went because of the time of year. The man I spoke with at the Mooresville store checked and they did not, in fact have any. He was very polite. You might want to call to check before you make a trip.

This store has become my new go-to place to have my LP gas tanks refilled. Very easy and quick to have that done here. Oh yeah, they have a nice selection of other items in the store too. I like to browse through sometimes.

Always stuff to ponder on. Country at heart I always find cool things for the backyard, plus the little chicks. Wherever we find TSC, all over the country, we always stop in to see what unique items they have. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service every time we shop here! Sue is super helpful and personable. This location also has the most variety of chick breeds in the area (4-5 different varieties vs the Concord and Salisbury locations which only have 1-2)

Big fan of Tractor Supply Co. & this one is no exception! Great selection of tools & pet supplies (the two sections we frequent most). I will say their clothing department is a bit smaller than some others, but that's ok. A few weeks ago my husband found a tool with 2 prices on the shelf and one of the associates honored the (significantly) lower one, no questions. That same visit I was looking for a particular dog food and they didn't have it, but they gave us a small bag of another kind to try as a sample. Both actions were greatly appreciated and are the kind of things that will keep us coming back.

Store was fine and people were nice. They have carheart gear, bbq items, power washers, generators, pet supplies and more. I noticed some shirts priced a little lower than the same at the harrisburg store (3 bucks). They had a beef jerky area as you walk in.
