I absolutely 100% recommend! I brought my dog there for a day camp from 9-5pm, and they loved Bentley like I do! They played with him a lot, tons of friendly dogs for him to play with, and he even took well to the comfy and cozy suites for a bit of a chill time. When I picked him up they gave me a report card and couldn’t say enough good things about my boy. And I had my doubts he’d be too rambunctious for them, but in return HE WAS AMAZING. They even send photos of him and a personalized message to the dog parents as if their puppy wrote it! 100% check them out! My bentley will be going back.

The staff was truly fantastic and very attentive to our dog. Even hand feeding him the first few nights. We really felt like our dog was loved like he's used to. I highly recommend Pet Paradise!

My dog, Emma, is a 3-year-old Lab. We dropped her off at 4 p.m. I asked if i can see her actual room but the girl said she can’t its a company policy but she shown me a different room. The following day around 11 a.m., less than 24 hours upon Emma’s arrival, I received a call telling me that Emma, who is generally a loving dog, was aggressive, growling and doesn't want to be touched or go outside; then she stated that they will charge $20.00 extra for one-on-one care next time. I was worried the whole time while we were on vacation.. I had to call the facility everyday and I got offered to charge $10 a day for 3-5 pictures and a summary about my dog that day.. which I declined the offer..The day I picked up Emma up, i checked my account and the total bill was $600 plus for 7 days. I called them and found out they tried to charge me for one-on-one service! And also, I purchased ice cream on her 2nd day she never got it because they ran out and they still tried to charged me!The first 2 pictures of my dog's teeth when we picked her up after a 7 day stay in this location.The last 3 pictures are after she came home and brushed 7 times. I never brushed my dogs teeth so often until now. I called to ask if they gave her anything different than the food we supplied and they said “yes”. When the dog is a picky eater they give chicken broth mixed with her food.I wish they have cameras inside dog’s room.This is not a good place to leave your pets. It is about $$$ not care & compassion.

After having a bad experience at a previous boarding facility, I could tell Zuri absolutely loved her time at Pet Paradise! I love that she was sent back with photos and a report card. The small details made sure that I will absolutely be bringing her back for future stays.

We have 3 dogs that we regularly bring to visit when we are away. Our dogs love it and are always excited to go. The people that work at this location are the best! They are friendly and are true animal lovers. It brings such peace of mind to know the dogs are so well taken care of when we are out of town. Thank you for all you do!!!

Simply the best place for our dog to stay while we travel. He loves his play time and treats while staying in a comfortable indoor with outdoor patio access. Staff goes out of their way to ensure he is safe and happy during his stay.

Took our dog Chip for an overnight stay. People were friendly. Facility was clean. The only thing I wish they'd had was a "report card" saying how Chip did. When we asked at pickup, nobody there knew. So we don't know if Chip had fun or not.

I booked an appointment for a grooming service. I received and email confirmation and received a call the day prior calling to confirm the appointment and time for 10:30 the next day. Then the day of the appointment I receive a call 2 hours before the appointment to say that they had to cancel my appointment because there was no availability. I explained I confirmed the reservation the day prior, she rudely claimed the front desk doesn’t know the groomer schedule. That makes no sense and she then said I could rebook but they were over 2 weeks out. Extremely poor customer service and scheduling.

Boarding our Doodle and Maltese mix, they had the time of their lives. Loved being able to see them on the cameras. Was nice to enjoy vacation and know our fur babies were absolutely thriving! I recommend!! From the scheduling to drop-off and pickup the day was seamless! The staff is so sweet and you can tell they truly care about your baby. I was nervous to drop him off at first but Zo was so happy and it sounds like he made a few friends. Getting to tune into the puppy cams from work just melted my heart to see him playing. We will be back!UPDATE: We have gone to maybe 5 days of daycare and he has gotten Kennel Cough now twice 😔 I love the daycare but vet bills are expensive and my puppy is in pain.

Outstanding business! Our Husky/Shepherd, Odin, had a blast at day camp! We love that you can watch them on cameras and how attentive the staff is. They do a great job grooming as well and the rates are totally fair for what a quality facility this is. Don’t look anywhere else, we’ll be customers for life.

First time I used this daycare. I spent over 300 dollars for 4 days. When I picked him up he peed for almost 2 minutes straight. Had not been out in a long time. My dog came back with a heavily infected hot spot on his face. He has never had a hotspot. It was oozing pus and has required a vet visit. Hotspots happen but I had to call to ask about it. They were aware of it and said it happened after he had jumped in the pool. I would have really appreciated communication about this upfront. Will not be bringing my dog back. Definitely not worth the price as they don’t REALLY pay attention to your dogs well being.

Dropped Zena and Ryder off on 8/12 and picked them up today. I have use pet paradise in mooresville, prior with my other babies, that are no longer with us. Seems to me you have gotten to commercialized. We recieved no report cards in paper or via email, I was wondering how they did, with other dog's, due to this being their first time boarding, but got no feed back just pay the bill and take your dogs. I had also requested a wash and go for both dogs when doing the reservation, but that didn't happen. It will have to be an emergency or have no other options before boarding here again. SO disappointed

So disappointed in this boarding facility. Not only did my dogs get kennel cough the first time they were here (we took care of them and just brushed it off), but now I’ve learned that they are incapable of administering insulin injections (& they have a vet onsite??). This is HIGHLY disappointing, as multiple other facilities have the capability to do so.

The manager handled my arrangements personally and was extremely professional and kind! All of the staff I have met so far are also top notch. My dog is family to me, and I felt as if the team understood this and treated her the same way by giving her loads of attention, patience, and comfort. The facility is state of the art, very clean, and has several fun things to do for playtime. We booked the VIP suite which has tons of perks for your babies too. I highly recommend this facility and team to anyone looking for quality care of your pets!

Absolutely terrible experience. First and last time we ever use this facility. We booked a boarding stay from 1/4 to 1/17. Because our dog wasn’t fixed, they charged us an extra 20.00$ a day for mandatory play time. Whatever, it is what it is. Policies are policies.We end up cutting our trip short due to weather reasons in the north eastern part of the country, so we pick our dog up early 1/13/2023 after the facility gave him his bath. No issues. Great staff. Returned all of the food he didn’t eat (because the trip was cut short)Price was as advertised. Now the BADSunday, 1/15/2023 we get a call from pet paradise saying our dog was playing with a staff member, scratched her, and the staff member sought medical treatments for a bite. Now, as a courtesy, they’re giving me a heads up that the county was contacted and will be reaching out shortly. Are you kidding me? You’ve called about a dew claw, about loose stool, but somehow overlooked this? Now we are trying to figure out what happened, and every time we call someone’s in a meeting. Absolutely dreadful.

Always smells. Can’t imagine how workers stand to work in such a gross environment. Can only picture that odor will increase with the temperature change of the season. The business should do better about this issue. No person who truly loves their pet would want to have them boarded where it smells like a waste treatment facility.

We have taken both of our dogs to this facility several times for overnight stays. This is the second time that both of our dogs have come back with kennel cough. The staff is polite at the facility however it appears that sanitization of the kennels is a big problem. The last visit (10-29-2022) was a one night stay and both dogs began coughing the by noon on the day of pick up. Both dogs were taken to the vet and diagnosed with kennel cough.The other case occurred about a year ago after a multiple night stay at the facility. We decided to try again since it was only a one night stay however once again we are spending hundreds of dollars for treatment for kennel cough. The facility was notified of this in both instances.Needless to say, we will no longer be boarding our pets at this facility. The cost of boarding, cost medical treatment, and suffering our pets have endured from this facility has prompted this review. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR PET TO THIS FACILITY!!!!

Both of my dogs went to doggy day care the last week in September. Two days later they both started coughing up sputum and wheezing. We ended up having to take both of them to the animal emergency hospital. They were found to have a bronchitis that progressed to a pneumonia. The vet bills to treat them surpassed 1000 dollars. The vet said that Pet Paradise is ground zero for this illness - that they are seeing multiple dogs daily from this same facility with the same illness. Wait times to be seen over 8+ hours (can you feel the strain this puts in the animal medical system?!). Now that being said, and what doesn’t sit with me well (as a medical professional myself) is that pet paradise does not warn the families of their beloved pets of what is being spread or the risk. Can they truly say they even care for your dog with these practices?! They MUST know what is going on - look at prior reviews with similar comments!They should be ashamed of continuing to operate with such an contagious outbreak going on putting the health and lives of dogs at risk!

Our dog Buddy has been part of the Pet Paradise family for over a year now. His first visit was to try out the vet and that went great. Then it was a 3 night stay while our family traveled out of state and that went great. We loved being able to log into the cameras and see him everyday. We booked a grooming for the close of his stay so that when we picked him up he was looking his best. He came out amazing and seemed so happy. Staff said he was very sweet and gentle which we were happy to hear as he is 17 years old and hasn't stayed anywhere outside of our home in 10+ years. He's already returned for follow up grooming appts and has a vet appt later this month. We highly recommend this place. Our pets are our family and they treat them just like they are theirs.

We left our golden retriever puppy Gilbert at pet paradise mooresville and he had a fantastic time! Staff was friendly, great with Gilbert, and answered all of our questions. The pricing was transparent and extremely fair for the services received - we are so happy with the facility and care gilbert got, and loved the ‘pawgress report’ with how he was doing. Will certainly use pet paradise again when we need to leave our boy!

READ!!! BEWARE...you'll spend thousands at vet due to this facility!!!!!!My dog Jax, has been boarded at Pet Paradise twice within the last 3 months and both times he ended up being extremely sick. Each time I approached management, I'm told it's because I have an older dog. I called multiple times and emailed to check in on him this last time I was gone. It took multiple times to get someone on the phone and they said very apathetically, "I mean I guess he's OK. I haven't heard anything else." Needless to say I was less than pleased with that response. The morning I head home they give me a call letting me know my dog has a cough. (This was the next day after speaking to the other staff member.)Long story short I took him to his vet and he had a bad case of kennel cough. Two days later (over the weekend) he took a turn for the worse and I called all emergency vets around the area (3:30 am Saturday morning) and they wouldn't see him because so many dogs were hospitalized and they did not have room for him. I said in passing he was at Pet Paradise and the individual on the phone said there were multiple dogs already there from that facility!!!! I finally got in at VEG (amazing!!!!) And he had bronchitis and was hospitalized. Keep in mind this was 3 days after picking him up from Pet paradise. I've spent $3k so far on vet bills and he still has a long way to go to recover. Please keep in mind this doesn't include the $1500 from his July 4th stay. (He had pneumonia) Shame on me for believing my dog was the problem. They take zero ownership and are less than concerned on warning their clients. They couldn't even tell me their protocol when an outbreak occurs. Please be careful. What happens to those pets when people can't afford emergency vets? This is not OK! Shut your facility down and clean it, Pet Paradise and tell your clients what's going on! This is bad business and a poor business model. You only care about the buck. Cheers to in-home doggycare. It'll be much safer and cheaper.
