Finally, the vented natural gas logs and working fireplace we have dreamed of since we bought our house 2.5 years ago! The team at Chimneys Plus was first rate - from J.R. who did the initial survey and showed us replacement options and quoted/ordered the new logs - as well as competent, courteous, efficient, and very personable. We had excellent communications with the company, and scheduling for installation was transparent and as expected, even when we changed our mind on the design. The A-team of Scooter Buzzetta and Josh were actually able to come a day earlier than planned (yay!) and when they were going to be 45 minutes beyond the start of the time window provided, they called. Wow! They used drop cloths and shop vacs, removed the old logs, and left absolutely no trace of their service call - other than our gorgeous new system! Scooter went above and beyond to teach me the remote and ensure all my questions were answered. All in under an hour! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend! Our church just had Chimney's Plus out to install new gutters on an extensive porch on our building. We received excellent communication regarding scheduling and the work itself, and they came right at the appointed time. The guys on the team were very polite, efficient, and accommodating. They kept a clean and orderly job site, and our gutters are just gorgeous! This company is the best out there!

Chimneys Plus is THE place to go for any of your chimney needs. In our case, it was installing a free-standing wood stove into a fireplace. Although we had to wait a long time for our installation appointment, that's because Chimneys Plus is so popular. We were happy to wait in order to get such great service. Phillip and Scooter are the best -- on time, pleasant to work with, skilled, efficient, and highly professional. Plus they did a great job of cleanup. Five stars for Phillip and Scooter, and for Chimneys Plus.

Our old LP fireplace was malfunctioning, and we called in the expertise of Chimneys Plus. They sent over technician Eric Castro to help. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our property (used tarps to protect our flooring), and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to educate us on proper maintenance practices, and he explained his recommendations going forward (old fireplace). His combination of professionalism, thoroughness, and exceptional customer service sets his company Chimney Plus apart in the industry. Chimneys Plus replaced the gutters and added guards on my house about 6 years ago. They have held up well and the guards have worked great. I was also happy with the price and installation process.The new gutters had to be larger than the previous ones so if you have this work done be aware that the gutters might stick slightly below the soffit.

Nathan from Chimneys Plus came on schedule and did a thorough job of cleaning our masonry fireplace and chimney, and as they always do, cleaned up very well afterward. We had some concerns about our aging chimney and cold leaks in the winter, and he had some good advice to offer about remedies.

It took a while to get an appointment, but I had made the mistake of waiting and putting it off and of course they are super busy in the winter months. I was very pleased with the whole process with Chimney's Plus. They were honest about how far out their appointments were, they kept the appointment time and they communicated with me the whole time with a reminder text and let me know exactly when the tech would show up. Eric Castro was our technician and he was awesome. He worked hard for at least 2 and a half hours to get all of our issues resolved. He cleaned our logs and placed them back beautifully. It looks like a new fireplace! I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend using Chimney's Plus!

The install of my wood stove insert ran into some bumps along the way. Lane,, Phil and the whole Chimney's Plus crew that I interacted with were professional, calm, patient and focused on solving each problem that arose. Lane and Bill were rock stars, they worked long, physically laborious hours, dealing with each idiosyncrasy of the old chimney. The owner, John, came out to the house to deal with other issues personally. I am so pleased with my stove- it fires beautifully and efficiently and looks great.Thanks y'all!

Beware of this company. I was unable to start my gas fireplace. Their representative came out, I believe his name was John. What he didn’t do was examine the fireplace to find the source of the problem. Maybe he didn’t want to get his hands dirty. What he told me was that it would cost me $15,000-$20,000 to overhaul the fireplace to get it working again. I didn’t believe it. I had another company come in. After an hour of taking parts out and examining, he found corrosion inside the battery operated remote control box. He cleaned it thoroughly and the fire started right up. Shame on Chimneys Plus.

Quickly confirmed my cold air leakage with a high tech gizmo and then expertly disassembled my insert and resolved the problem. Carefully cleaned and reassembled. Was in and out no muss no fuss. Received a detailed inspection report with photos before he even pulled out of the driveway. All around fantastic experience.

My fireplace insert was installed last November and I used it all winter. The entire team from Chimneys Plus was easy to work with and answered all my questions. They were careful to not damage my doorways and walls when maneuvering the large and heavy insert into and through my home. If you are frugal and have access to a free wood supply an insert beats a heat pump or furnace for low cost heating. My insert has a glass door which adds ambiance to the comfort the heat provides.Chimneys Plus gets six stars from me.

Our tech, Eric, tried and tried to revive our gas fireplace so we would have it for Christmas but it was not to be. We had to have a new part, which he promptly ordered and will arrive when the supply chain gods deem appropriate. Then Eric will be back and win the battle he so valiantly fought. He really, really wanted to get the fireplace fixed for Christmas. A great service attitude!

I highly recommend Chimneys Plus LLC - they are friendly, professional, and extremely thorough! Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He placed drop cloths down from the front door to the fireplace and made sure to keep everything clean when he inspected and swept the chimney. After the cleaning and inspection he sent me a detailed report with photos of the inside of our chimney all the way up to inside our chimney cap which is quite a height! The report even included drone photos of the chimney cap from the outside.

Extremely dissatisfied, the technician was remarkably ill informed on the technical aspects and safety on chimneys especially those that are older. He was unable to provide any useful recommendations on any of the four fireplaces I had evaluated. He was unable to evaluate the flue of our pizza oven and declined to evaluate the fireplaces from above. I never received a report (with photos) as promised for over $1000. The service was basically a a video survey.
