Went today to get more landscaping rock. They had it in stock, but not out for customers to buy. I was told that the product was "buried" in the back area of the store, and "it's raining, why would you want it?" Told the associate that I didn't mind getting wet, just wanted to finish my project, but he wouldn't make an attempt to get the product. I'll still buy the rock later from the same location, just very disappointed in my experience today. If you're not wanting/willing to help customers, because it's raining, why be open?

I was there this afternoon, Oct 30, 2023. The young, bearded guy who was the assistant manager was unbelievably helpful. And he even helped me with a smile on his face. I was very impressed with this young man. Kudos also to the man who took my brand new 30lb propane tank and filled it with propane. Very courteous and professional, just like the assistant manager.I am in Metro Charlotte, NC for the winter and I know that I have found an excellent hardware/propane store to go to for the rest of my stay.

I want to thank the whole team here at the Tractor Supply Co. In Midland,NC. That did a great job. Special shout out to Joan who was working front desk and helped me find the perfect associate Josh. Josh help me find the right gates and cattle pen to fit the barn. His help and expertise were a big help. He even assisted in loading. Great job guys. Leaving the store super satisfied, and excited to naill my task!

Just left for the 3rd visit today, propane this trip,at least I thought,730 cut off time for ever, but I got there 713 with associate filling customer, but turned me away,if changing the time should have been posted for people to see, beforehand, always hunting for something that's,oh it's in the back, come back tomorrow, nope, I won't be back, very poor management!!

Showed up to get propane tank filled 40 mins before they close to have them tell me they shut down propane fills an hour before close! Makes no sense! And that information is not posted anywhere so how would I know! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible customer service! Basically stole my money. I don't live near here and had to return something that I paid cash for, a belt that rid notfit my mower. But because it was a couple days over 30, they gave me a worthless gift card. I don't shop here, so worthless to me. Now I'm out $30 for nothing because I was in the hospital and couldn't make it by within 30 days. Never shop tractor supply!

I’ve been a regular at this store for a year or so now and I have to say the staff is incredibly friendly. I had an issue with an item I needed to exchange and was being given the run around with the insurance company on the product and I think his name is Jay? Went above and beyond to try and help resolve the problem. They also genuinely care about the customers animals and willing to help educate as much as possible 🙃

Bought dog food and one of the bags had a hole in it, I watched dog food spill all over the floor when I picked it up... They refused to take off ANY amount... why would I pay full price for something I'm not getting the full product? They said "it's the manufacturers fault, not ours..." OK. So you let your customers eat your manufacturers problems? That's not how that works... I'll never shop here again, and I spend hundreds in dog food here for my Great Dane. Not again. Beware of this store people..OH, and she literially picked up the bag, and said, "oh it weighs the same, nothing missing"... OH SO YOU'RE A SCALE NOW TOO?! Like what????

One of the few places around that has a good supply of dog food and cat food. Different brands to choose from and a fair amount of stock. We ended up here after going to a bunch of places in the surrounding areas and striking out looking for the brands we prefer. Everywhere else had bare shelves and very few brands even in stock except for the really cheap generic store brands. Thank goodness for Tractor Supply!!

The last two times I have been to this store, Midland, NC, I have had items ring up higher priced than was on the sign showing the items price. I do not know if this is done on purpose or not, but I never find anything ringing up with a lower price. This really upsets me. Usually chaotic at the registers. Prices tend to be higher than other stores.

It's a better location than most. Very nice staff. I delivered a load here, fully loaded 53'. It's tight backing and the way they've stored things on the end of the road used to back into the ally to the makeshift dock makes it difficult. I'd like to see them reorganize that area for the betterment of truck drivers.Overall though they let me sleep and finish my ten on property so not much to complain about. There's a nice breakfist kitchen store across the street you should check out in the mornings. Very good food.

Let's just say I drive 15mins out of my way just to go here for dog food which is AT LEAST once a week. The people here are very kind and helpful. This store must be doing pretty good since they have now added an outdoor greenhouse section and now offer more things especially plant-wise. Never had a single issue with this place and they even do rewards program so every now and then i suddenly have a $10 off coupon which helps BIG TIME. Highly recommend this place.

Sherry is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with. She truly cares about her customers and their projects. I live closer to another store and drive to the Midland store because of the staff and the management. Great team! Wonderful customer service.

Ordered items offline. Received confirmation that the items were ready for pickup. As has happened before, I called to ensure the order was truly ready and stocked.Female employee was rude from the moment she was asked “can I please confirm the order is accurate?”Female states there was only one of the 2 identicalItems I ordered so she pulled another similar one. I then politely stated “I need both of them so perhaps another store may have one?” She then fired back with “I don’t know what you want me to do, I have you a similar green one.” (The green flashlight was nearlyHalf the price and didn’t have any of the other features.She then caught an attitude when I asked for a partial refund or store credit. Her attitude grew worse when I stated “how is it okay to just put a cheaper, somewhat similar item in the same packaging when that’s completely not what I ordered.”Rude, zero care given. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Tonight we went to the tractor supply in Midland North Carolina. Scott and Jacob assisted my son in getting a lawnmower for his landscaping business with a trailer. They answered all our questions and I couldn’t have asked for more helpful Customer service. They went above and beyond. This store is further than some closer locations but I will make it a point to go back there because of the outstanding care they provided us. I am so grateful for their assistance. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Great products friendly people but the restroom was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. It also had no toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands so I assume the staff doesn’t bother to wash their hands after using the restroom.

Order was placed on 8/8/20 with the Midland, NC store for item 1025507. This was an item that was reflected as "in stock" and available for pickup at the store. After having NO COMMUNICATION concerning the status of the order being ready to pickup (something that should take less than a couple of hours) for almost two days, on 8/10/20 I went to the website to find my order had been cancelled! Noticing the funds were STILL pending, and removed, from my account; I call customer service. They begin to tell me the order was cancelled within 20 minutes of me completing (and paying for) the order. And yet here we are two days later without notification, returned payment, and now TS customer service telling me I need to call PayPal! Frustrated I politely state, as a customer, I've already gone above the communication level that should be expected of me and I think it's time for TS to do their part. The TS customer service rep stated he would take care of it and apologised. NOW... Here we are 8/13/20 STILL WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION! The money paid still has not been returned to my account and I have no additional communication from TS or a response in email (as requested) from customer service.

I went in the store there was a man checking out . I did my shopping and then went to the checkout line. The same man was still checking out when I first walked into the store. The checkout line was a mile long, and customers were complaining. There were two people in customer service and another employee walking around like she was lost. I stood in line for 10 minutes and the cashier still had not rang the man up yet, so I walked out . If people dont wanna work they need to stay home and let thoughts who do have a job . WORSE PLACE I EVER BEEN IN

Very pleasant and friendly place. It's basically a hardware store with an emphasis on pet and livestock food. They have a large inventory but seem to run out of the same thing every week. With a few inventory twicks it would be a 5 🌟

Got a dog igloo for well under the asking price of the competition. The selection here goes well beyond "tractor supply" - you can find just about anything you need here for your home, garden or pet. I was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be back again to purchase some more items for our backyard.

This is your typical tractor supply. They have most of your farming needs. Tractor implements, barb wire, fence posts, troughs, etc.. This one feels a little bigger than the one in Albemarle however I'm sure they have the same stock. All in all it was a good visit.If you find this review helpful please give it a thumbs up. Thanks.
