My experience here is a hit and miss, I’ve shopped here over 7 years some times I’m greeted upon entering the store sometimes I’m not. Sometimes I’m asked if I need help sometimes I’m not. Sometimes I find what I’m looking for sometimes I don’t. The cashiers are friendly when I check out though I’ve never been disrespected. I gave it a 4 stars because my experience is not always Exceptional and consistent.

We got to this store about half and hour before they closed at 8:30pm.For this location, you will need to park your car in the parking lot and walk into the storefronts. The wasn't a line when we went because it was near closing time, but during the afternoon, it does fill up very quickly so they may have to wait in a line.The service here is fantastic. They greeted us at the entrance and asked if they could help find anything specific. There were plenty of helpful staff running around, so finding the right thing you are looking for will probably not be an issue.We found some great finds at this location, including my favorite manny-pack. It is the perfect medium-sized carrier for my tablet and even a pair of shoes! And of course, we were all able to find a pair and pairs of shoes to take home with us. I found some cool Gortex trail-runners that were less than $100! What a deal!Midas 5-stars for the selection of shoes and clothing. And for the friendly staff.

It wasn't too bad. I originally came in to pick up an online order. The 2 for $30 shirts caught my attention. So I figured I would grab a couple xl shirts...hah!!! I do believe everyone wears an xl. I was only able to find 2 and they were the same shirt just a different color. There were boat loads of larges. I grabbed up my few and waited in line which wasn't too bad. It took the guy a little minute to find my order but everything was good. Due to the popularity of the store I think it would be helpful to have either a designated person or area to retrieve online purchases. Because they are so busy they need all hands on deck when checking people out. I couldn't tell if something like that was in place because the guy who went to retrieve my order was not the one that handed me my bag. Just a small suggestion.

This place has a decent selection. I guess the selection is good for the area. The prices are reasonable. The weekends are the best time to get the sales. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they don't have your size, theyll try to order it for you if possible. I'm not giving them 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ cause of anything wrong. I just been to other Nike Outlets all over the country that had bigger selection, wide variety of shoes.

I caught an awesome deal. 40% off all markdown shoes and some apparel. Additinal 15% off if you download the app. Including taxes, I got 4 pair of NIKE for $117! Plenty of staff to help with questions. When the lines got long, employees opened stand-alone kiosk to check out people paying with debit/credit. A good experience.

I was impressed with the customer service at this store. Despite being extremely busy, the employees were friendly and willingly to help quickly. I brought my grandbaby for her first pair of shoes and the gentleman was very accommodating. He measured her foot and was pleasant when she got upset. He helped try in several shoes to insure they were the perfect fit. My experience with 3 employees was very welcoming and they all greeted me as I walked thru the store.

The employees were friendly, but the stock was pretty scattered, unorganized, and some of it completely unaccounted for. Although scanners were showing the desired size to be available, they were nowhere to be found in the store. Some of the sales were very good, though.

When something is advertised as an Outlet Center I expect huge savings, Tanger Centers throughout the country often disappoint. They offer no more savings than your regular Mall prices.

It's a pretty decent location. Oftentimes it smells like smelly feet. And yes, I know it's a shoe store but dang! The selection is excellent and so are the prices! I picked up a pair of shoes and fanny pack!

Nike Factory Store is a nice place to shop preferably on a weekday to avoid the crowds. There was no lines and the staff was very friendly and polite. If you can shop on a weekday you get the exact same sales, sometimes better when you sign up for their rewards program. Become a member and save money, save time and avoid the crowds.

Our family enjoys coming to this store from time to time. This time we came 2 days before Christmas and there was a lot of people. We came 10 minutes after they opened and there was no line to enter the store, but usually there’s a line in front of the entrance, so come earlier if you don’t want to wait. The clothes was neatly organized. The fitting rooms were closed. The workers are nice and helpful. There was a long line to check out but it moved pretty quickly.
