Pulled into the repair shop around 1920 hrs on the 19th April 2024, with a leaking steer axle, told the earliest I would be seen would be 1500 hrs on the 20th, fine I need 10 hours no problem, check in on the 20th to get a better time I would be looking at, only to be told.“I don’t have any mechanics at work, they start at 1500 hrs through to 2300@ Hrs, there are 6 trucks in front of you. The 3 mechanics that were on last night all had to be written up this morning because they didn’t see a single truck on their shift”I asked if Loves would be paying the drivers lost wages and fines for late deliveries, the employee didn’t care and said NO.I asked if the 3 mechanics would lose their jobs, he said, NO,I asked why there wasn’t a supervisor on, he said all 3 mechanics were level 5, which meant they were all supervisors, I’m not sure he understands what the meaning of a supervisor is, or what one is, think he needs to go back to school and redo his English so that he can learn the definition of a word.I asked what the manager was going to do about it, he said nothing.Overall disgusting service, or should I say lack of service, I even asked last night if it would be better to drive the 5.5 miles to the TA truck stop, at 500 Buckhorn Rd, Mebane, NC, 27302, I was told no.

The lady at the truck stop desk is rude as all can be. She needs to be fired. Paid for a shower. The app was acting up and not showing anything. But I was charged. Even showed her my online banking. Then when I got mad cause she was being rude she asked me to leave. Only loves I've ever had this problem. Oh amd when I asked her about my money since I had already been charged she said you figure it out. Call customer service. I'll be contacting your higher ups about this. Believe it.

Store was clean and stocked. They were even cleaning and mopping the floor when I was there. And I want to mention Ms Lisa (cashier) she was very kind and helpful. She had a smile on her face and a great attitude! 👍🙂

I have been to several 100 Love’s in my 10 years of driving. This facility is actually really nice. It’s clean and fresh. Where it fails miserably is the staff. I really feel for the ownership and management. The hiring pool must be miserable in the area if this is the best they can muster. 8 people on wait for showers for 4 hours. No change at all. They just weren’t cleaning. It was obvious because they turned off the monitor that shows the customers in line and their position. I called from inside the store just to see what they would say. The girl who answered the phone told me “that’s what it is” and hung up on me. Didn’t state her name and wasn’t wearing a name tag. It seems to be a problem in Mebane finding people who actually want to work.

Friendly faces friendly places?Not at this Loves,,,, Loves is only as good as their employees.Evening shift 04/01/24, that's how a issue I had got taken care off,,My TVC fuel card give me Platinum status just for having the card, for what ever reason (did happen before...) by cut off day beginning off month kicked me out from Platinum to base status,, so I had no shower credit.Off course at 21.00 PM Loves has no back up on Call Center Customer Service they work buisness day hour only, so I couldn't solve my problem.Another driver was willing to give me one off his shower credits,,, guess what,, that employee that was on fuel desk deny me the shower that this is against company policy,,, what company policy,,,🤔 I gave showers to other drivers countless off times and if I needed one and for what ever reason was out off credit another driver helps me out,, common practice.Not at this Loves,, even talking to the manager didn't solve any.Worked all day on my truck, bought parts at that Loves that day...Spend 85% off my fuel for my semi since 15 years with Loves,,, only one time in 15 years I had the same situation👎, Cheyenne WY and now Mebane NC...Both (females) Manager and the other individual on Diesel Fuel desk are unfriendly,friendly faces😅,, no common sense, denying a shower that another driver gives me is a pretty ridiculous and offensive move,,, shame on them...Will avoid this Loves in future if I can,,, and I can,, my TVC card give me better fuel discounts on TA,,,, see you TA next time,, just a couple miles down the road

Showers still down.Both coffee grinders down.Cold brew dispenser down.Bathrooms need help.This place is going down fast.Too bad.Please get new management and fix this.Update as of 3-3-24All those issues have been fixed.These guys are on top of it.Looks great!!!Thank you

I’m usually impressed by Loves, but that was not the case at all with this location. First, they were out of Regular gas in the middle of the day. Second the dog park is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained. There are no poop bags, so owners have left dog poop everywhere. The side gate also isn’t secure. A light push would open it and dogs can easily get out. Unsanitary and unsafe.

Dog Park was totally disgusting. There were no bags for owners to clean up after their pets, so there were feces everywhere! Store manager needs to address this. Tried to post the video I took, but forum only allows for 30 seconds of a video.

Took the time to pull off the highway in order to give my dog a break at the Loves dog park. Which 100% of the time I’ve experienced beautiful dog parks. This particular Love’s dog park is way overgrown with weeds, would not even let my dog go in there. Total waste of my stop, not the usual awesome Love’s gas station all over the country has. Very Disappointed and waste of my time! 😞

Three out of five stars...... Not bad, but customer service is everything. I'm a truck driver and I shouldn't have to go and look for someone to ring up my fuel and food items. I feel like I'm wasting my time and I shouldn't have to do that. I work for CR England, just a couple miles down the road and I fuel there everyday, so you should know after I've been driving all night I'm ready to go home. I usually get there between 4-7am and let me tell you..... The customer service ladies there are lax in the morning. Excuse me ladies, less talking and walking around and more working!!!!

Out of all the loves I go this is probably the worst. We as truck driver have pretty simple needs as some of us don’t go home. So shower and a nice customer service make us keep going. But when you get rude people and no shower without warning but having to walk in to find out showers are down by manager because the cleaning? That’s not a good feeling now who knows when you can shower because you plan everything.

Worse loves tire care ever if you can stay away do so Not sure if you ranked your truck stop number 300 in Bennett Colorado so far we are waiting over 16 hours for two tire changes. I honestly believe you need to change the name from speedco to slowco. We called after waiting 4 hours and they said 4 trucks in front ok no problem. Called after waiting another 6 hours the man said and I quote it’s cold outside (seems to me he took the job knowing the temperatures) and that he is busy cleaning up the shop. Then when asked how much longer he said there are 12 trucks in front of me, now I think he needs to go back to school because the number of trucks should be reduced not increased. When asked how is that possible he was rambling on about the cold again and said he will get to me when he does. Not once did I get nasty because truthfully no sense in it when you are dealing with a liar. Think about putting cameras In your shop so you can watch the guys make truckers wait while they clean up the shop and see them keep warm because it’s cold outside. Ridiculous I will update this when we are finally taking care of.

Absolutely the nastiest Loves i ever went to. Went into the shower got undressed and ready to shave and shower .. there was no toilet paper at all the floors were nasty and dirty toilet was dirty there was no soap in the shower one sope dispenser was torn off the wall the other broke and the trash was full i got the manager on dutyand she said sorry she wasnt able to come check on the worker and she was just comming in ... why should that matter they should be doing their job correctly especially with all the covid and everything going on i will be reporting this to the local health department

Where is Health department? Inside showers are build up mold by being not clean. It is a bacteria factory. Seems like anyone taking shower, it has being quick viped off and ready for next person. I can't imagine how the kitchen side could be. Showers are not being taking care. The building looks new but as far as the condition, absolutely poor. I checked in twice and different shower. Supposed to be clean, but it's not. When you look at the floor, you can see, they don't even doing clean condition mopping. 😒

This is especially for Devontae. My hubby and I were there 3 days ago ate in McDonald’s in Mebane NC. He had helped us and served us the foods with a big smile. He comes to our table and served the foods to us even though he was busy with other people. This particular McDonald we’ve noticed that the workers worked hard to give customers satisfactions. We see their working and helping together. 10 stars to all of you!!!!

Showers have been closed all day. Asked the manager when will they open.He was rude, and snapped on me, stating in a demeaning tone; the showers are closed for reason. But I didn't say what the reason was or when would be back open. I just asking when they'd be open 🤷🏾‍♂️

The worst shop I have ever been too, I got here at 730pm last night to get work done to my trailer it is now 1200pm the next day and I am still waiting. Techs are just walking around doing nothing, they claim that there’s no one here to perform the work. I suggest going to the Petro at exit 157 or the TA at exit 138

The reviews are correct! Showers still down and disgusting. Theres a shipper around the corner with cleaner showers that are free than these ones that are paid for. I come here for shower and sleep. And cant do either one. And yes ppl knock on the doors at random times. Sad. This is also the only loves a cop patrols. Whats up with NC?

I stop at Love's almost every day and this is the first time I've been to a loves in the past 6 months where there's trash left where the trucks park I've always known love to take a little more pride than that but this one I guess employees just don't care this is just nasty

It's an OK loves. It's got its problems. Computers force you to donate. Screen needs recalibrated. Was doing laundry waiting on a shower. Seen how grossly a lady cleans with the used towels. Picked it up off the floor then dried the shower out with it. Wiped the toilet seat off with the same towel and the sink. You'll notice the build up of soap scum on the mirrors. The whole time she was doing this she was complaining about the people leaving water everywhere. She said their like pigs. Place needs an alchol or bleach cleaning after she gets ahold of a shower room.

This is directed to shop.At 3 pm I called for a tire service call. I was told 2 hours wait, which I was fine with that. My maintenance manager was leaving work early I called back to see if they would send the shop connect request so he could approve it.3 and a half hours later I called for a eta. They never picked up the phone let alone even sent the dam request to get approved.Wellpetro/ta appreciates you doing this because in this area they'll get my business if you treat dedicated loves customers this way.If anyone reading this avoid any work done here this is how they treat their well was going to be customers

They barely clean the showers. There's old q-tips laying in the floor with ear wax on them and trash all in the garbage. And there mildew growing in the showers. That's how much they care about their jobs and drivers that spend so much money with them. I came in at night and there weren't any napkins in the suspenders, there was sugar and liquid all over the counters, and there was no sweet tea and that's all I saw. This place needs new management.

I came into the shop at 8am still here after 4pm was informed that someone would be in to work on my was told there were only 2 trucks in front of me now there's no one to work on them. Was also told after there works hit 40 hours they are told to leave it doesn't matter if there's trucks in the parking lot from last night that needs work on this is crazy
