My dog is super reactive towards other dogs and he did great here! I called ahead of booking and the owner made me feel so comfortable with bringing my dogs to them. Were boarding for 9 days in August and i have bo doubt that my dogs will be well taken care of!

We've been clients of theirs for well over ten years. I truly knew that our elderly dog was getting top notch care when we needed to board her towards the end of her life (possibly even better than we were giving her at home). I cannot imagine boarding a pet anywhere else (and we had tried other places prior to finding Bed and Bone). The staff is amazing and I was heartbroken to tell them when we lost our pup. We have a new dog and fully intend on boarding him there when we need to. Fantastic facility and even better staff

Such an amazing experience here. Had to board my 12 year old Pitbull for the first time ever. He was there for 10 days. Clean, friendly and attentive staff with and transparent and individualized approach. Since our pup doesn't play well with others, I was concerned about separation. I was glad yo find out there is no group play and all dogs are kept separate from one another. Pricing is affordable and reasonable. Would recommend!!

One of my dogs is highly reactive to people and is very anxious in new environments so it is VERY difficult to find places that can accommodate him. Bed and Bone is one of those places that boards dog like him and has experience with dogs like him, which is a godsend. He does not like to be interacted with and they are able to care for him without touching him.

They took such great care of our cats while we were away. Both have prescription diets and one has medication and chronic illness. Pete and Parker were happy upon pick up and made friends with Antonio, the kennel kitty. It was obvious how much the Bed and Bone staff cared. My vacation was so much better knowing my cats were doing well. Highly recommend!

Our boy, Bentley, came home happy and healthy after a two night stay at Bed and Bone. The staff at Bed and Bone are friendly and helpful. They are also knowledgeable about dogs and see them as the individuals they are. I was impressed by their accurate assessment of Bentley’s personality. This told me they took notice of him and learned who he is. We are grateful to have a safe and caring place for him to stay.

Jennifer and her staff exhibit top notch customer service. We board two of our labs with them frequently and they always seem to come home happy and they always smell great, with trimmed nails! One of our labs has a sensitivity to certain foods, treats etc and Jennifer makes it a priority to make sure her needs are met! In addition, we have had to make numerous modifications to our reservations through the pandemic and they are always able to accommodate them, with a positive attitude. You can tell this is more than just a business to them, they truly care about your animals(s).

My Mishka came back healthy and happy. They are super clean, it doesn’t even smell like dogs in their office. Very observant. They can tell when something is amiss with your pet and will inform you. I’m very impressed and happy with the services. Just remember they are closed on Tuesdays. I somehow missed the memo, but it ended up working out well. Highly recommend!!

We've used Bed & Bone exclusively for several years for both of our dogs. Their prices are reasonable, hours are convenient, and they take great care of our pups. You can tell, because my dogs get so excited to go there, they don't even look back when the handler takes them from me! 10/10 would feel completely unappreciated by my own dogs again.

Left my baby (aka my pup) for 10 days during a family vacation. She was so well cared for that I will not hesitate to schedule our next boarding with Bed and Bone. I emailed and called several times to check on her, and everyone was so friendly about it! I also made an appointment to have my pup groomed while we were gone (her first time!), and she is so soft and even prettier than when I left her.Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for almost ten years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The first time I ever dropped my dog off here I was a wreck. The staff constantly checked in with me all week to let me know my girl was doing good. I am very picky about my animals. Bed and bone is definitely the cleanest facility I’ve used in Alamance. The staff is excellent and super nice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love that they can describe each dogs personality and habits when I return. It tells me they get to know each dogs needs. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to board their dogs.

I have been bringing my dogs(4) to these folks for boarding and grooming for 15 years. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. These folks give them special attention and take very good care of them. I know that when I drop them off they are happy to see the staff and I have only one who is a little clingy. When I pick them up they are happy and obviously well cared for. The place is clean and neat all the time.

Bed and Bone is fantastic. Our dog is reactive and very scared in new situations. Our trainer recommended Bed and Bone because their staff is used to working with large, reactive dogs. I called and Jen took the time to explain to me on the phone how their staff cares for dogs like ours. We drive from Durham to Mebane because it is worth it to know that she is safe and being taken care of while we are gone.
