Restrooms were extremely clean and floor in main area was being mopped as I arrived. Employee was very friendly. The only reason I did not give this station five stars is because the employee's mask was around her neck the entire time I was in the store. We are currently under a statewide mask mandate. I and the other customers were masked.

Thanks to the customer who told me "You look beautiful" to bad the gentleman was gone as I left because I had a very sweet tea for him. Not that I wanted it since the cashier didn't seem to be willing to be polite that day 😆😆

1 star is to many they knew i got covid.at the store and didn't even call me. The manager had 3 covid test took and never told the workers. I worked there over 2 years. Low as it comes they think covid is a joke.

I am a native of Duplin County. Today I stopped by the store to pick up a couple of items. I was yelled at and totally disrespected by a cashier in the front of others shopping in the store. A Mr. Lanier continued to yell in my face being extremely confrontational by his provoking speeches and gestures. I have never had or seen this before at this store as I come by regular when I visit my relatives in this area. I called the sheriff's office and waited for the store manager to arrive who explained his personal life may be difficult for him at this time. I understand people have many issues, but what does this have to do with me getting the outstanding service I and any customer is entitled? I will avoid this store from now on and I feel others should take this into consideration apparently Mr. Lanier with his personal life is supported by management to allow his personal life to adversely affect his customer service obligation to the public. I am sure others would appreciate having a job and actually care about the details of dealing with the public, but persons like this individual doesn't appreciate his employment opportunity and is allowed to render substandard job performance and keep his job while anyone else would be fired. His laundry list of problems seemed to out weigh responsibility, so I will avoid this location period and let the community know about this experience. Mr. Lanier has no excuse for this behavior which his fellow employee who was working and witnessed his behavior also let the officer know he disrespected me by yelling in my face. This African American employee is a problematic person and makes other African Americans look bad as he represents blacks working in the public eye at this store in Magnolia 903 in Duplin County. It was said to me by the manager he has a relative in critical condition, so his choice is hateful behavior instead of an humble attitude when he should be praying for his relative treating neighbors as himself, so his behavior even shows he's not a person who loves Jesus, so maybe this is why the drama has found him and his relative and daughters as it was told to me by his boss lady. Hosea 5:15 and Lamentations 3:38-41. Maybe God is trying to get his attention. Call on Jesus name and change your ways is good advice for this person. I am not even angry I will pray for Mr. Lanier too. This man has issues the deputy that came out even said he was yelling at him as he came to keep the peace. He might just be a loud person, but when it offends others adjustment is in order, but even after being told about his rude yelling he refused to adjust his attitude in the respect of others, so I hope him the best, but no prayer can help anyone or anything unless they are willing to help themselves. Hate towards your brother is a sin against Jesus the Christ, so good luck...John 7:7. Good luck with hating the Christ by your behavior....Titus 1:16.😎
