Came out to my truck to ask for my receipt made me come back in to show them I had it after they were all in back partying ; I set my groceries on ground my milk had spilled everywhere while employees were outside smoking cigarettes. Will never go here again

This store never has anything on the shelves, always on the rocking carts. customers are made to wait while associates waste space. This store is in shambles and needs new management. I have started going elsewhere

Friendly staff and very helpful! The manager was putting up stock and didn't seem to mind at all when I needed her assistance; she was very helpful in helping me find several items that I needed, one being distilled water. I thought it was sold out but she brought it to my attention that the distilled water was in a different type bottle, I had overlooked it due to that. The price was a very good price too for the same amount as the older jugs. I love Dollar General! I can find so many needed items for a reasonable price!

This is a better location to visit than the one on Hickory Grove Road. The employees greet you with hello. They are helpful. Even at checkout, they do not rush you like you are in their way. Store is well stocked and clean. Been there a hundred times since they opened, cannot think of anything negative. I recommend this store and I cannot recommend other local Dollar General stores. They have an awesome App. It allows you to see the sales and clip coupons. At checkout, just touch the yellow rectangle on bottom right, then enter the phone number associated with your account so it can automatically apply manufacturer's coupons as well as store coupons. BUT YOU must clip those coupons prior to checkout. I do it on my computer. You can do it on your phone. I have saved a lot on household products. I am a Dollar General fan. Now, they have frozen and refrigerated foods. They have a great selection of products from which to choose.

I don't know why I keep coming here. They usually have empty shelves and/or unpacked inventory everywhere. I probably show up once or twice a week and leave empty handed. Then go to the one on cox road that is cleaner and well stocked.

Nothing is ever on the shelves. All the workers at once always outside smoking with randoms. Always make you use the self checkout. I really don't know what they do here

Horrible! I walked in today and immediately noticed 8 customers in the checkout and NONE of them were wearing any face masks . Store policy posted on the entrance says masks required for all customers. ENFORCE YOUR POLICIES. I will boycott and not go back until they get more serious about helping prevent the spread of COVID. Please join me in boycotting this store!

This isn't our regular Dollar General that we normally shop at. Luckily, all Dollar General stores are the same! So we had no trouble finding exactly what we needed. The cashier was polite and the restroom was clean.

This was the neatest cleanest Dollar General I have ever been in my life I'm used to going to Dollar Generals where all the merchandise is laying on the floor and you have to pick out what you want from the floor this Dollar General had everything on the shells tidy neat the Dollar General in Lowell I would highly recommend to anyone

This is the messiest, most disorganized Dollar General around. Most of the employees are nice enough, but they are seriously understaffed. The lack of enough staff keeps the stock in boxes, the toy and seasonal aisles looking horrible, and the outside of the store trashed.

Its not just the store but its the people that makes this location the BEST! Use to shop Cramerton location but its just nasty. JILL is the manager in Lowell. She was at the Cramerton store but moved a few yrs ago. Cramerton went down after she left. Jill is a great manager!! It ALL shows in her store appearance and the people she has working for her!! GREAT WORK JILL!!

This location is tragic!!! The staff is beyond rude, the store is poorly stocked. Even if you're a regular customer they see daily they'll still card you over forty or not.. Never have I been acknowledged as a repeat customer. I visit at least four times a week. Worst dollar general I've EVER visited.

For the guy who said hes not a "fan" of employees who greet the public while smoking a cigarette. One question did they offer you one???Did they put it out on shoe??? Did they go up to your face and blow smoke in it???what is wrong with you?? THIS IS AMERICA! IF YOU WORK SOME WHERE IT YOUR RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO SMOKE IF YOU WANT. WHO ARE YOU TO DISCRIMINATE ON SMOKERS!!!! Those employees only make 7.25 per hr, Those employees dont get time to eat lunch , use the bathroom or finish a smoke because of people like you who treat people as if they are robots made to please your every need. Smoking was around before you and will be here after you!!!! You should get a job , if you have time to get on here and complain about a human being who as you said greeted you like one, if you care that much about "how they greet you" , or what manner of tone they use , or if they have something in their hand or not. You have obviously have so much time, you should work their and see how far you get!!!! I swear some people are a waist of space. "I sip tea with my pinky out" kind of people hahahah Get Real!!!

This is my favorite dollar General store!! It is the cleanest one around!! You can get down the asle without zcart and storage buggies sitting around for 2 or 3 days!! The staff there is awesome!!!! Very nice and friendly!!! When I'm out and i need to go to dollar General i will wait till i get to lowell and go the store in lowell!! I cant stand going in any other dollar General!! The rest of them are junkie and nasty!! I haven't found another one yet that i like better then lowell N.C. DOLLAR GENERAL STORE!!!!!!!!

The time was 9:32pm that I arrived. This rude lady was in the front hollering "we are closed". The website clearly says 10pm ET. Poor service.
