Purchase some items today 11-19 . Buy one get one 50% off. Young gentlemen said it goes off today, so did not get discount. He was more concern about getting back to his phone watching something which is what he was doing when I came in the door. The items did not go off sale til end of the day, correct? So he just tried easily to find manager but did not make much effort. I walk away but realizing it was $5 worth I was losing. Walk back he was right back on his phone watching something. Paying no attention to the store or customers. Leave your phone in theLocker when working so you can give full attention to your customer!I shop local and regular to Liberty CVS. Concerned shopper

I despise this location! I'm not sure if it's on purpose or they just don't know any better but they NEVER have the CVS brand items I'm looking for. And don't think you're gonna run real quick before they close because they lock the door 10-15 minutes early. Everywhere else in town has GREAT employees, I guess the bad apples had to end up somewhere.

Have been in several times recently and the young hispanic girl at the front is NOT friendly, does not care if she is friendly or not and tonight, walked up to the front and she was more interested in her boyfriend who was in the store than waiting on me. I apparently was disturbing her.

I had a prescription changed to a one month supply and instead of listening to what the doctor said they filled a three month supply. Instead of fixing their mistake they tell me there is nothing they can do about their mistake. My family member picked it up for me when I was out of town and she did not know. SO I guess they can not fix their mistakes, I will be moving my medications elsewhere.

The store is small, old and has no drive thru. The pharmacy is overwhelmed and I had to wait for a prescription that had been ordered days before. They have self administered covid tests and nice masks for sale.

The manager of this store is my all time favorite manager
