This particular store is very organized compared to other locations, I don't mind looking, as the prices and finds are crazy good!! The restrooms were amazingly clean, and the gentleman there attending to them was super nice and friendly!! Gabe's are "searching"(my term for them) stores and it does take a few minutes to find items, as they have a gazillion to keep in order!! So, this store is a great one!! Thanks Gabe's! Pleased bargain hunter!

The employees are nice and helpful, but the store looks like a tornado went through there. It is a mess! You have a lot of clothes in the store, but you can not look through them because the racks are overcrowded. VERY OVER CROWDED! The front of the store is cleaner but crowded. The back of the store has stuff all out of place. You need to bring in extra help to clean the store, so people will want to shop there. It is starting to look like a Dollar General. You don't want it to go there, or it will be out of business quickly. I do like your items in the store and prices. I bought this pocketbook there.

They keep the place pretty gross. Was here over a week ago and these two cups clearly molding are still where we saw them last time. Opened food and drink here and there on shelves. Other than being dirty it's fine.

Very nice atmosphere here and they everything from clothes to household items. I can buy something here for my kids and for myself. It is really big on the inside I will definitely be back to do some shopping.

I as a bachelor on a budget really like these stores every discount store has its attributes this one has a good selection of clothes as well as different stuff monthly I suppose if not varying days.. i try to not be in a hurry and carefully look at what’s available

I was disappointed as to when I first went into Gabe's in PA. The Lexington, NC location wasn't nearly organized or clean. The staff was nice but rarely smiled.

This is the most disorganized store I've ever been in. It gave me severe anxiety. It was really difficult to find the sizes that I was looking for. Although it did have so many items. I've never seen a Gabe's more full.

I, like most people, am forced to do the majority of my shopping at Walmart. I try to support other businesses so I stopped in Gabe’s one day. It seems that Walmart is always full of people but’s Gabe’s had very few people in there. I didn’t find what I was looking for in Gabe’s but I did see a clothing item that I needed. It didn’t have a price on it but it was the only one of its size so I took it to the register to purchase. I was in line behind a couple of people. After the couple in front of me went to a register, I waited to be called to the next free register. A register freed up but the lady working the register didn’t call me as next. In fact, she didn’t even look at me. She just gazed across the store for a while. Finally, she mumbled something which I assumed was her way of calling me to the register. I don’t know what her name is. Her name tag said “Cautious.” She saw that there was no price tag on my item so she asked me if there were some of that garment with a tag. I told her that there was one of a different size that had a price tag. She asked if I would go get it and I told her “sure.” When I got back to the register, she had put my garment in a petroleum plastic bag. I care about others so I limit my use of petroleum plastic as much as I can. So I took the garment out of the bag and put the bag back at the bag rack so that she could use it with someone else and that there would be one less petroleum product going into a landfill. Surprisingly, Cautious took the bag I put back, wadded it up in a little ball, and threw it in the trash can. I asked her if she put the bag in the trash. She mumbled something and I explained to her that I put the bag back for her to use with someone else and that I wanted one less bag going to a landfill. She ignored me and stood there gazing at the ceiling as I paid. I finished paying and asked, “Are you going to leave that bag in the trash can.” She started leaning across the counter writhing and gazing at the ceiling again acting as if she were doing horse. Then, she actually said that putting something in that bag would be too difficult for her. With her apathetic attitude, she wanted to make sure that I knew that she didn’t care about my concerns and that, come hell or high waters, she was not going to reuse that bag. Now I know why Gabe’s was empty of people. If this is the kind of people Gabe’s hires, then I won’t be doing any business with them. I guess this is why everybody winds up back at Walmart.

Got these all for less than $20. The comforter for a king size bed, the loft sandals were $6 and the string vine lights, I still got to get batteries for them to light up. But you cant beat that deal!! I got change back so really i would have had enough to get the batteries with the left over change but i didnt think that far. They were about to close.

They have a major sale going on. They have a bunch of different clothes for All different occasions.they have kids clothes, adult clothes. they have underwear. they have book bags ….they have a Lot stuff !!!!the lighting in the this store is great. There is never a long line. the staff is very friendly and informative and I just love love love the clothes there for the price. Would recommend anybody to come and shop here

Do want to see what the end of civilization looks like?Do you want to see what it looks like if you throw grenades into a Target?Go here. There is more merchandise on the floor, literally, than on the shelves. We found an open partially eaten bag of trail mix on a shelf, with a price tag on it. There is zero organization to anything. I cannot believe the store looked this way in two hours after opening. The employees are nice, but just don't care.

I like this store a lot. It is very affordable. I enjoy finding the name brand items for both my son and I. There is a gentleman who is always at the register when we visit. Not sure what his name is but he is AWESOME and very friendly!

Yes, I agree the store is a bit disorganized, however this is a bargain shop. You can't expect it to be organized because they stuff they sell is so eclectic. They can't have entire sections for one brand because that would need a massive amount of room to display. The point here is you can find awesome name brand stuff for a steal, you just have to dig for it. This is pretty much the same with ollie's so I don't see why so many people have a problem.

Gabe's have some nice products but they aren't well stocked when I go there. The men's clothing section on the right side of the store is always trashed, but I understand it's hard to keep clothing arranged and neat when people don't put things back where they found them like a bunch of children. They do have some good people there but I think they're understaffed so they're doing all they can. I still like the store and shopping there.

I love there clothes and shoes but this store is so disorganized. Shoes everywhere and clothes not even going in the correct size it took over 2 hours just to look around to find something. then turns to find out had to go back the same day bought shoes and the shoes even with it having the tags and all was the wrong size one foot was a 7 and other was a 8. Not including after that incident I bought another pair and came home .. the dang security thing is still on the shoes. I was highly disappointed.

Lots to see. Though items were in their categories. It seemed uncategorized in those areas. No rhyme or reason. If you don't mind taking your time, it's a great place to shop for discounted things. I did have to navigate around things on the floor that looked like it had been thrown on the floor.

This store is disgusting. I went here upon opening and there were items strung all over the store, on the ground, in the wrong places. Just very sloppy. Once I found my items and went to checkout, the employee was rude and had his hand down his pants while ringing up my items. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to Salisbury to go to Marshalls.

Went shopping here today because I hadn’t been in awhile, the store was literally turned upside down. Stuff was broken, scattered on the floor, Shelf’s weren’t stocked, and half drunken drinks were sitting everywhere. It’s sad, how peoples work ethics are today, nobody wants to work. Hopefully some good management can get in here and fix it up.

I went in for the first time Friday. I just read several reviews talking about how disorganized and not well kept. I seen several things stolen from packages. It’s the customers who are responsible. Gonna put a new shopping place out of business by destroying it. I will go back because they had little things here for organizing kids toys, our hair products, make up.

Rude employees and they are racist ! The cashier did not want to serve me and my child and made us stay in line until the other cashier came. But took the next customer with no hesitation! Literals stood in line for 5 minutes while she did nothing ! But stood there

This store is new so might take a little time for better organization and keep up with the big mess customers make. They have a huge selection of clothing and household items with great prices. I hadn't heard of this store before one opened locally now I want to go shopping at Gabes all the time and check out stores in other locations.

I visited this store a week ago and I liked the location, and the inside of the store. I looked around for about 15 minutes, and loved the shoe collection and children's toys section, also the quality of the perfumes were good.
