The store was laid in a way that was very easy to manage. The workers throughout the store were kind as well. I shop here often and the cashiers are always a delight. The chicken from the Chicken Kitchen was delicious!!!

bought half price sushi on Wednesday, per their promotion and an suffering from Food Poisoning 5 days later still. I have never felt this bad in my life. I trusted them with my money and my health and they literally poisoned me.

This is probably my favorite grocery store that I've ever been to!!! They have a huge variety of literally everything. Although, they are slightly more expensive than a lot of grocery stores. They have really great sales on their sodas pretty frequently, I've ran across several buy 2 get 3 free sales and they are totally worth it. All of the employees are always friendly and the beer den guy, Rick, is probably my favorite person there. As soon as he sees me, be whips my drink right up without question. Great grocery store overall, I don't might spending slightly more for groceries to enjoy this store!!!

This is a good store. It is clean and the staff are friendly. When I first moved to the town, my favorite place to take my friends was the Beer Den. I had never seen anything like it in a store, and I would make a stop at the store just to visit this novelty. I started joining the group of other locals that convene at this store's "Den" every Thursday for Thirsty Thursday, where we meet new faces, talk about the work-week, and even trade business cards. It has become a bit of a local hot-spot from 4-7pmWith the number of people enjoying the craft beers in this store, we have been disappointed with the lack of attention to this Beer Den, especially as compared to other Lowe's Foods stores (Clemmons, Kernersville, Reynolda). There is a lack of available seating, and the placement of the wine isles in reference to the Beer Den serving-counter make it uncomfortable to stand and sample beers in the Beer Den.Every week, another new visitor to the Den makes the comment, "Have you seen the Clemmons Beer Den? It is super nice!" Those comments don't fall on deaf ears among the patrons in Lewisville, and had we lacked the social community that surrounds our Lewisville Beer Den, I'm sure most of us would head to another location on Thursdays.Make no mistake -- this is no commentary on the regular Beer Den "Master"... he and the other folks do a fantastic job making sure the patrons are as comfortable as he can. However, locally/regionally the management is overlooking what more the Lewisville Lowe's Foods Beer Den could be with a little attention to the folks regularly supporting it (with our wallets). Lest you think this is over-dramatic belly-aching by a spoiled patron, please join us on Thursday at 5pm and see for yourself. You'll meet some new faces, learn some new names, and experience the first-hand the inattention of store management to the Lewisville Beer Den.

Let the shopper beware. Always check to see if any marked down item (especially meat) rings up correctly. I have lost count how many times I have had go back to the store to collect my money from being over charged. No store credit. I want my cash back.They know it is a problem but choose not to fix it. More money for them if they continue to over charge and the shopper does not catch it.

Fantastic grocery store. Very nice inside, lots of helpful services and the precooked good is very tasty. Also, they offer buy online pickup in store and curbside. They are super good at that.

Attentative servers and food tastes good. We got there at their opening time and had to wait 55 minutes to be served because they didn't have any rice and were waiting for it. No one else was served as well. Perhaps this was a fluke since we went there a week earlier, and everything was fine.

Great store with great selections! Some of my favorites are the Lowe's spices. One of my favorites for smoking pork is the Holy Smokes rub. I just wish it was sold in the extra large size jar. I was pleasantly surprised today that I found dried lavender buds. Now, I can make some lavender lemon cupcakes!Also, they have a fabulous selection of craft beers. Most of them are local to NC.

I had gone to the farmer’s market in WS this morning and spent all my cash and found that I had left my debit card at home, but had my wallet and DL. I came to the Lewisville store; a place I go weekly and asked one of the managers whether or not they took checks, explaining my dilemma about my cash and card. Before I could tell him that I had my wallet, he immediately told me that without my ID that he definitely would Not accept my check. Although he had been helpful to me in the past, when I asked him how many times he had seen me in the past, he denied ever having seen me at all and was so negative that I left and spent my money elsewhere. I did however stay in the parking lot long enough to write a complaint in their reviews and within ten minutes I received a response and an apology as well as an offer of a phone number to call to discuss. I did so and I was told that I would hear from the staff that day. A couple of hours later I got a call from a manager by the name of Jessica who discussed the situation. I received an apology and an incentive to continue shopping at the Lewisville store. We all make mistakes, but it’s how mistakes are handled that shows the value of your local team players and whether or not they care about you as a customer. Jessica stepped up to handle a situation that another player had failed with. He, apparently never learned about the Not responses, for in his first three sentences he made assumptions and told me he (would not),(could not) and (did not) have any options to help me, relying on “policies “ as an excuse for his failure to see me as a valid customer. She also explained that the coupon/discount card would have identified me, as well as my id, options that weren’t offered by the first team member, in fact, he never considered. I hope that this team member will learn the difference between a team player and a team member. I already knew who Jessica was as she shows she knows the difference between a member and a player in her outward appearance and personality. She reiterated her commitment to professionalism in how she handled the call. She and others like her keep customers shopping as they know how to retain customers by knowing the difference between team members and team players.

It's a really great store with a terrific salad bar to go when you're wanting a quick fix of greens + all the extras: fruit, cheese, meats, always fresh. Be sure to check out the fresh baked goods right across from their deli, which by the way is totally Great as well. Good brands like Boars Head. Check it out for yourself! You will be Glad you did!!

Always friendly staff. Never have trouble finding what I need. Very clean store...kinda important when you are shopping for food. Highly recommend! Have shopped here since the day they opened and will continue to do so. LOVE the fact they label ALL food that is gluten free. Wife has celiac so important to us! Happy shopping!

This store usually has everything we need and it’s always clean and well-kept. This trip however I could not find the Lipton onion soup mix anywhere and I could not find an employee to ask for help. Oh well I’ll keep looking!

If you are handicap or mobility impaired do not go Here. The general state of disrepair of the The mobility devices is only trumped by the filthy state they are left in. I would sooner believe they are giving away the stores inventory before those things have ever been cleaned.Now is the sticky fire Hazzard is not an immediate turn off the inability to use the mobility device in the store will be the final hindrance.I feel for the staff that work in the OSHA nightmare of an obstacle course that is shoping Isles. So much back stock left in shopping carts one must wonder if the primary good of the store is just clearance items in shopping carts.

I give 4 stars because typically I enjoy this Lowe's very much however this evening they have the happiest of happy crowds working. And yes that is sarcasm. Seems your young employees this evening don't want to be at work. Welcome to the real world folks. Quit complaining.

I will never visit this beer den because we were told that over a certain ABV was not allowed in a flight. This bartender was only looking to make extra money and not put in our flight but was willing to do a small pour. Make that make sense…the manager of this store needs to fix this issue or continue to lose customers.

Awesome beer selection, prepared deli foods, and a great selection of staple items as well. Cashier's were friendly, and the other staff in the store were helpful. They also have a place to sit and sip beer served right there on site. My grocery store of choice when asked to "pick something up on the way home."

We so love this Lowe's. It is better than our local one so we make the drive. The freshly cut fruits and veggies are always a favorite for us. The staff has always been so willing to help. We love the sandwiches and the sushi as well. They are so tasty and fresh. Great experience for a grocery store.
