Visited with my cat Churro for her annual exam since moving back in town. We had an excellent vet clinic in our last place and were sad to leave it behind but discovering this care team was comforting! The facility and lobby was clean, and there was hardly any wait time. All personnel were friendly!Both Dr. Crozier and Michelle were welcoming and accommodating to my very (clearly) stressed cat. They were quick and efficient with handling and answered all my questions. It brings me a lot of relief to know such wonderful people are nearby to help me maintain my cat's health!

This was my first time at Animal Hospital of Lewisville, and I had a great experience. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and offered books to my boys while we waited. The assistant and vet who worked with our puppy were friendly and thorough. They answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. Our pup was very comfortable with them. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this office.

The staff was friendly professional as always. I had a medical emergency last year and the kindness, compassion and support was excellent. They went far and beyond to answer all my concerns and question as I called often for advice. I was so thankful for all the love and care they provided me on this journey. My rescue dog made a full recovery. It was truly a blessing.

I called Animal Hospital of Lewisville for a second opinion on some issues my dog has been having. They were able to work me in quickly (45 minutes later) and with such kindness. Everyone took good care of my dog and spent a lot of time explaining the plan for getting him well. The administrative staff, the techs, and Dr. McClure were so welcoming and sweet. I love the FrontDesk app for easy prescription re-ordering and having all my pet's immunization history handy. We are planning to make Animal Hospital of Lewisville our new home for veterinary care.

I have been taking my girls here for some time. Dr Crosier, Dr Allgood and Dr Journell have all seen my babies and I have been so pleased with the care they have received. The staff have all been very attentive and caring. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants undecided attention for their fur babies. My Molly, the black lab has had serious health issues for the last year and I could not have wanted better care for her during this time. I would definitely rate this vet office 5 stars!

Great first impression! I just moved to town and took my oldest bestie Annie in for an assessment. The staff and especially Dr. Crozier were so friendly and compassionate. The doc got right on the floor with my girl and gave her belly rubs and really took time with us. Our old vet in Florida had no bedside manner and it always felt rushed as if he was waiting to get to the next patient.I left feeling my animals will be given the level of care that I would give them if I was a vet. True pet lovers! Thank you for the wonderful experience.Looking forward to our next visit for my littlest girl!

This experience was taxing on everyone and as to be expected with such a tough surgery of a large tumor in a horrible spot.Overall, we really enjoy your office. We were so pleased that you guys didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the surgery and you make it easier on the pet owner in that way for something so huge. We really knew that you cared so deeply for Boudreaux while he was with you. I know of many vets and hear stories of places not truly caring and even mistreatment of animals, but I do not believe that to be the case for you guys in the slightest. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Crozier and trusted Boudreaux in her care! I appreciate that you guys would help me out with the dog and the baby when I had to come alone and you showed us so much love and attention. I am so thankful that we were able to get our boy back on track to being able to run freely and keep up in his older years. Our sweet baby boy can't wait to be able to crawl all over him and feed him all his food droppings from his high chair once more as soon as he is 100% healed.Thank you guys so much, I look forward to trusting all of our pets with you.

Great staff working here. I brought my pupper in for a injured leg without an appointment. They worked me in with minimal wait. Everybody was very kind and professional. I can recommend Animal Hospital of Lewisville without reservations of any kind.

Our small Pomeranian Oakley recently had another teeth cleaning with anesthesia and some teeth removed. We were anxious about the procedure, but the staff was excellent about explaining everything and providing updates. They were also great following up on his status in the days afterwards.

this vet office is amazing! they love and adore my pets! the vet techs, front desk and doctors are always so friendly and they will help you in any way they can! they also will take the time to explain everything in detail if you have any questions! they also are very good about checking emails, i’ve noticed some vets offices are not good with that. this is the only vet i’ll use and the only one i recommend! i’m convinced they saved my dogs live because of his stomach issues! they’re just great! my pets Chloe, Willow and Lafayette just love them!!

We had a fantastic experience! We just moved back to NC and have been researching local vets that fit our family pups the best and they ticked all the boxes! We have an adopted pup that was abused in the past and can be reactivate at times and they went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable. Everyone was so kind to us and Bandit! Also, they were affordable which is a huge plus!

They are only used for routine checkups. My pet almost died due to a bad diagnosis and no matter how many times I took him, the medication was never correct. Thank God I took him to the emergency room although his condition was already serious.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They are my regular vet, but I have had to bring my sweet baby in for two emergency appointments as well. They got me in both times the day I called. They care so much about my dog and every other pet that comes through the door. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are also very flexible with scheduling.

Huge Appreciation for Animal Hospital of Lewisville 💞 My puppy was terribly sick, her own vet was booked and couldn't see her. I called about 9 vets near me and this is the ONLY Vet that would work her into their schedule last Friday. Needless to say, they're going to be our new primary Vet. They took amazing care of my little girl 🐾💗 Words don't express my appreciation for their care and attention to her when no one else would!!!!

And the doctor is very confident and seems pretty knowledgeable especially with my diabetic dog- which is hard to find. Great Experience, the Veterinarian we have used for over 7 years refused to see our Fur Buddy without and appointment. When can I get and appointment? Ten day's from now. You don't have a clinic for sick patients? No you can call around. I took him to Carolina Veterinarian Services, the 24 hour clinic that night and they suggested Lewisville Animal Hospital. OI called the next day and explained my situation and had a 11:20 appointment that day! The staff and doctor were GREAT and took super care of our beloved Snowball. Now we have a new Veterinarian.

The staff there is magical! I've worked with close to 50 veterinarians over the last 30 years for my babies (dogs, cats, horses, and more) and Dr. Journell is the best! I drive over 45 miles to see her. Angie at the front is not only incredible at her job but sincerely caring.Don't trust your babies to anyone else!

Animals are good judges of character, especially dogs who love people more than other animals. Our dog is 9.5 and though she loves people, she was never fond of her previous vet no matter what. Took me long enough to switch, thankfully she’s never needed more than an annual exam, but the minute we entered the Animal Hospital of Lewisville she was excited, talkative and even relaxed as we waited. Like she would be if we were at home and guests came over. Not to mention the welcome I got made me feel like I have been there for years! That is how it should be! I feel very comfortable and confident that my aging dog, and any future dogs, will be cared for by the best, most loving Vets and staff!!
