The ladies that helped me at this Dollar General were very nice. I even witnessed them with a rude customer and they were able to keep their cool and maintain a professional attitude. Power to them! Instantly made me appreciate them and this store more.

Chris The ASM is so helpful and very nice. An Always goes out of his way to help u find what u need. And always helping the Elderly with there groceries and taking it to there car. That what u call great customer service.The store is always clean. Staff is very friendly.Love shopping at the location.

Pros: There's one on every corner. Great for common shopping and for the savvy shopper there are deals to be had. They have a store app with numerous functions.Cons: There's one on every corner. Some local, more rural stores have gone out of business with a DG coming in right beside them. Those great deals are frequently sold out, not stocked, and different stores have different set ups and rules. The app often doesn't work inside the physical store building...very disappointing.

This store is a joke. Management lady talks awful to customers. always had fun with being friendly with employees & in return got ban from store because she was having ugly day. I got chewed out two times for where we parked & in front of Customer's she run her mouth. Then third time I didn't take it. Because of her s**t I am ban. Don't go to this store. It sucks & the management. They are better stores. She has to hire New help all the time because she is a b***h. Mangment never dress's like a manager and has awful attitude.

I came here after having a problem at another DG location - what a contrast. The manager here is very attentive and helpful in getting me what I needed. I have had a good experience before and will continue to come here for my DG needs from now on.

Looks like they're getting ready for Christmas right now it's coming quick everybody here at this Dollar General is always so nice and friendly offer their assistance in any way they can definitely a nice experience shop in here

I came get supplies for the office. Kat, who says she's the GM, kept making rude and judgmental comments towards me and my purchases. I wasn't even in there for more than a moment. She also told me she was taking my license info and putting me on her list. What list? I don't want to be murdered, but now she knows where I live. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS STORE unless you want a mean old lady to say rude things to you and make fun of your purchases and then threaten you. Because that's what I got for doing nothing wrong.

Seems like it often takes them some time to get to register & need to open 2 more often because line gets pretty long. Store is clean & stocked but there's a lady there who doesn't have the best attitude so 4 stars

Best dollar general store. It's always clean, and you can push your cart down the isles without running into boxes. Its also no where as busy as walmart. Very covenient.

Dollar General stores are very convenient for a quick trip. Their employees are hard workers, helpful and friendly. The stores are always clean, and have diversified products.

The store was an absolute mess, As 90% of all the stores are a mess The employees didn't even ask if i needed help they were to busy talking about others that worked at the store, and the other employees were outside smoking. So i just walked out and went to Walmart . Doubt that I will go back in any DOLLAR GENERAL....

Visiting this store was like entering an episode of hoarders. It was filled wall to wall, ceiling to floor. I spent a few minutes looking for my items and then left. I also noted that their prices were no better than Walmart.

The Dollar General @ 1005 Wilkesboro Blvd, Lenoir, NC 28645 is worth the extra drive. The employees are more helpful and polite. It also has a better selection of products and will order products for you.

The service was great and the food was awesome. I built a burger with mushrooms and swiss with grilled onions and it was great,the fries are fabulous. Will eat there again.

It's a great place to shop , they have just about everything you need , the employees are very helpful and nice , they have sports stuff , they have food products and candies , it's just an all in all great place to shop , it inexpensive also

They have very bad mannered people running the check out. They don't wear name tags so I can't post their name , but the dollar General on 321 across from advance Auto parts in Lenoir the black hair lady I think she might be a manager. She is very unpleasant!!!

This store has very rude employees I was trying to buys something that was behind the counter and she got the wrong count so I asked what size she had and she rang up another one that was way wrong size I told the cashier that I wanted to smaller one that was in the back for 8.75 and she was like I can't keep doing this sooo I walked out with nothing and I won't be back....the bad this is I work for another store in the same townWON'T NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE....THEY REALLY NEED some customer service training over there

Love the dollar generals! Once the big brick and mortar stores fail, these little convenient stores will be all that is left.
