Food Lion is our go-to store when we don't want to deal with the crazy people at Walmart! This Food Lion tends to always have what we need and is a very clean store. I would say that they're only fall back is that a lot of people like to shop this Food Lion so expect check out lines to be at least three people deep at all times.

Employees are not as friendly, attentive, and helpful as North Laurinburg Food Lion. Customers aren't as cheerful, nor are they greeted with a smile like they are at the North Laurinburg Food Lion. The North Laurinburg Food Lion is a warm, welcoming, light community atmosphere. The Scotland Crossing Food Lion is not a friendly place to shop.

Definitely clean and stocked well. Just wished that they had more cashiers open during the peak times. It always seems like they never have enough help or when they do, they don’t wanna open another line until the lines overflow into the aisles.Lastly- thank you for being back the regular sized carts back! Those double wide carts were garbage!!! They often broke more and difficult to navigate around the store. I’m so happy that we have em back!

I wad truly impressed with the service I received at your store. It was nice and clean with the shelves fully stocked. I didn't have to wait too long in line and the cashier's was friendly and polite. I am glad that you care enough about your customers that you are willing to hire cashiers to run your registers instead of the customer. That makes a big difference in gaining and maintaining customers.

Food Lion has always been a very nice place to shop. The store is always clean and the workers are always friendly and respectful and the atmosphere is great

I never really cared for Food Lion but this particular store is top notch. It's clean, smells good, always stocked, and great location. This is my go to grocery store in town. The employees here are so friendly, helpful and great people. I always have a great shopping experience here.

The customer service department is lackluster at best. If the scale was 1-10 on one is bad 10 is great. They get a .05 not even a 1The customer service at the bill pay department is horrible. No patience, an they act as if they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed on a daily. Sad as this has not always been the case. But the past year has gotten so bad I had to leave this truthful but sad review. The store Manager is not to blame here, it is the people that just don't care about there job or doing a good job at customer service, wich is what they are paid to do.

I love visiting this Food Lion location. The place is clean. Friendly staff. I love getting fruit from this location because it's always fresh. I have no complaints. This is my favorite Food Lion location.

Great place to grocery shop, not crowded, easy checkout, clean aisles everything's easy to find and great customer service.Update 9/16/2022:Food Lion is still a decent place for shopping. They've had a lot of issues with stocking and personnell, but they at least try and I can commend that. Still 5 stars.

My rating for this store is on cleanliness. 1 toilet seat was covered in dirt/dust, another was covered with water(?). Normally Food Lions are pretty clean and I'm lucky enough that I was just passing through. (I did make a purchase too. Hopefully that helps.)

Clean store, shelves stocked, helpful staff. Very pleasant visit. Whoever decided to use blue bags for perishables was a genius! So easy to unload and put away groceries! Just went for milk and coffee but also got pork roast and mt.Dew

Great deals and the personal attention you get. it is so nice that in this day and time, you can still go to Food Lion and you don't feel like you're lost in a crowd. You are treated like they really care for you on a personal basis. Thank you to all my Food Lion friends.

It was clean and I felt good walking through the store. But I didn't get to try out the green onions. That I was looking for. Might have overlooked it and was moving to fast. But if I be in the store to long I pick up stuff I didn't plan to purchase. 🤦🤷.

Was trying to purchase a buy one get one special. They were determined not to sell the item to me for that price. I had to take pictures of the sign and waited 45 mins for them to finally say, okay I guess it is supposed to be buy one get one if there are signs in front of this product at 2 separate places in the store.

Since Harris Teeter closed in Laurinburg, it has become to "go to" of grocery stores for sure.. the prices aren't as good as they once were, but still not terrible. I shopped there before HT closed, so I definitely recognize the changes..
