My 81 year old mom bought a refrigerator at Home Depot in Kitty Hawk NC this past week. She paid for a new fridge, delivery, and removal of the old fridge. The refrigerator was delivered on July 6 2023 and she was so excited and asked me to come see her new fridge.I came to see it the next day on July 7th. When I looked at it there was a hole in it on the right side with something stuffed in it or stuffing coming out! I said what!That's not right! What is that! Shame on home Depot for taking advantage of the elderly. My mom then talked to Home Depot customer service and they told her they were made that way, for handles for left handed models. Shame again Home Depot.That is not how new refrigerators should arrive. I have included pictures and video. Don't buy and have anything delivered without carefully inspecting the item. Home Depot seems to think this is normal, The elderly are good targets to unload their unsellable appliancesand was normal for their products and service. Shame!

ordered a new refrig 7-11-23. Had 2 delivered months apart and they were dented. Finally got one October 6. No ice maker. Said they will get down next week. Nope! I went away and now I call 10-18-23. Where is my ice maker...they have not even ordered it. Was on the phone and on hold for over 40 minutes. They SUCK!

Great experience. Bri helped us at customer service and she was wonderful. Kind, understanding and even entertaining my two kids while I was looking up the information on my phone. And she can multi task like a champ. She helped like five customers and answered a few phone calls while my transaction was on one of her computers. You have a great employee Home Depot. Mr Clay “Candyman” is a treasure and Home Depot is so lucky to have him! We have spent over 40 years going to Home Depot’s across the country for moves….and Mr Clay went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and restored faith in Home Depot as a company. Angela in the cabinet department has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service at any Home Depot location. I travel the country working on remodels and she has serious impressed me with customer service and knowledge about her department. 10/10. Great job Angela! Highly recommend

Customer service was a bad experience. I placed an order to be shipped straight to me and finally after a month I checked on it a couple times and could never get a straight answer what was going with my order. I finally get an email from the store saying my order has been cancelled. I still need these items and Home Depot is not offering me any options to place this order. Not a good experience!!!!

I ordered ship-to-store for a "small" appliance.I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. As I was walking through the store I was immediately asked if I needed assistance. The associate looked up my order and request assistance from someone in the back to bring it to the front.When it arrived I pulled my truck to the loading area and the associate put it in the bed for me. Including wait time I was in and out of the store in less than half an hour!If it wasn't raining I may have lingered longer to shop!From my limited trip inside the store everything seemed well marked and was clean. There was plenty of walking space considering the different types of carts they have available.

Clean, friendly, have just about everything, or you can order it online.Just wish they only allowed service animals in the store. I don't like being approached by strange animals even when they're on a leash. Those isles are not big enough to get away if something goes wrong. Getting bitten is not fun!! I have the scars to prove it.

We went there the week before and bought Christmas blow ups. We ordered a washer and dryer and had to go back with the coupon 18 months same as cash. Delivered 11/11/22. Love my new washer and dryer.

The gentleman who helped us with the washer was so helpful, courteous and patient. He didn't hover, which I loved! Nothing is more irritating than an associate who follows you around while you're trying to look. He was able to answer all of my many questions & was able to help us find something that could be delivered quickly (our 3 yr old washer died & would've been too costly to repair versus buying a new one). I think the gentleman's name was Stephen. Loved the no hassle buying experience!

I had a hard time finding someone to fix my lawnmower that was less than a year old. The guys in the Tool Repair/Equipment Rental department were exceptional. They called me several times after testing things and always kept me updated. They also called me with their final determination and the cost before repairing even asking me what I had paid for the mower to be sure I wasn't wasting my money repairing it. They installed a new carburetor and it runs like new! Done in a timely manner as well. Thank you for your hard work and honesty along the way.

We came to the home Depot today looking for a water heater and Eddie in plumbing did a fantastic job helping us. He was very helpful over the phone before our arrival and when we were in the store. Good customer service is hard to find. Thankfully we found it today.
