This place has gone off the deep end since that big guy and dark headed older fat woman is running it. They shut down the self checkout 2 hours before 10, they turn the screen around and take the money till out to make it appear online still. They refuse cash back everytime that big old woman from Bradford Place is in there. Not a reliable store anymore and needs to be under new management or shut down

Every morning the store opens late! This morning 15 mins late! Almost never is there anyone working the register! Several times all employees have been outside smoking; the self checkout has become the employee of the month since it was installed.

Pretty nice location when it first opened. Now the group of people in there working in beyond unprofessional. I understand they may be having a theft problem but when they start accusing upstanding members of our community of theft, they won't last long.

The most rude "manager" everShe's always rude to female customers but males she's nice to I seen it first hand.She's nasty towards female customers she's looks at you like your bothering her by coming into this location and her having to ring you up though that's part of her job. Dollar general needs to demote or fire this woman she's obviously not able to handle customer service as she switched from nice to straight go to heck look once I came up to the register. I can only imagine how she's treated other customers, seeing these reviews I'm not surprised at the slightest that there are complaints about this lady. I don't think they clean as often as they should as you smell dirt upon entering the door, they aren't always stocked properly as some reviews say otherwise. Not the best location to get anything from there is a dg near the Grover school that has the nicest people working and it's always clean looking and smelling

Must say I love the dollar tree who doesn't but this place is really nasty it would not have been so bad if they where hard workers and super busy but during my visit I stayed in line for 30 mins only to watch to people stand in the back office talking while one register was opened that poor girl needs a metal for being solo while the others done nothing.

Cashiers are always friendly. Good hours. Good location. Easy to run in and out quickly for items were forgot at the grocery store or need to get quickly.

Every time I go in there I feel like I am being watched. As if I am a thief. But then I go to the register with a buggy full and pull out my debit card and then they start to be friendly. But until then I am being watched as if I am a thief. You can't always judge a book by its cover. I don't dress like another dog I just am a little slow because I've had brain surgery.

Only been there once so far but service and experience were exceptional, right in and out no crowd, close to home, brand new store, open about a month so far they said, very clean and well laid out.

Dollar General off of margrace road in kings mountain, is a clean organzied and spacious store. Jason is an incredible people-friendly, store mamanger. Lynn and Lee are great employees as well. Friendly as soon as you walk in. They all three create an extremely welcoming atmosphere. They all are willingly helpful and kind.

The female manager is very rude. I only stop at this one if I am desperate. It's amazing how the lack of courtesy and kindness makes you avoid going to certain places.

One of the cleanest store in the chain. Prices are really higher than Walmart though. Go on Saturday when you can use the 5 dollars off coupon for your paper products.

Fairly decent store off the beaten path ...staff were ok ...not for every day shopping prices are a little higher than Walmart..but ok if you live close by and don't feel like going to the big box stores..
