Super cool use of industrial space! The location had everything: wine, beer, coffee, Popsicles, boutique, hair salon, etc. Nooks everywhere to sit. Live music and comedy shows on the weekend. SO happy to see places like this thriving in King.Parking: Plenty of spots

I really like their drinks and appreciate that they have coconut milk as it is the only milk alternative I can have. But I will not be going back there due to horrible customer service. Every time I go, I am not greeted until I am the customer being served. My presence isn’t acknowledged until it’s my turn and I’ve been corrected for asking questions while they are making someone else’s drinks.Today was the last straw though. The server left the register screen facing me when she left to make the drinks from the previous order. There were two people working the counter, so I thought they wanted me to place my order. Neither person said anything to me as I ordered and paid. I stepped away to wait. When I came back, they corrected me for using their touch screen and never acknowledged their mistake. This place is horrible!

Excellent selection of beer and wine. They had coffee too but we did not have any. They also had a food truck and live music. Staff was very nice and accommodating with our dog. We sat outside and enjoyed.

not a great experience. The topic of conversation at the counter was the sticky gross mess that had been on the floor for days. I ordered coffee and a toasted bagel, and sat in the side room...only to hear the staff/patrons talking about me unknowing I was sitting there. To top it off, the barista forgot about the bagel in the toaster and when I walked up to the counter to get it, it was handed to me cold.

I've been here quite a few different times over the last few years and it has always been great. Bar drinks are tasty as well as their treats.There is a nice area to work or chat as well...Update;This place is still going strong...Serving great coffee and bar drinks as wellas hosting a vibrant night time scene.

I love this little coffee shop. The inside is gorgeous, nice seating arrangements and the decor is so pretty. The staff is always friendly and quick. The regulars are really nice. The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out and having some good coffee.

I have been here on several occasions, for coffee, muffins, for special events like the Halloween "Paint your own pumpkin and wine" event which was a blast. The decor is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The coffee is delicious. I love everything about this place.

Today was my first time visiting Fannie and Ira's, the setting is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. I called and placed my order over the phone and it was hot and ready when I got there. It is the best latte I have had yet. It can be a little pricey, but it was worth it.

I'm really disappointed in this place. It's a beautiful space to hang out, but I can't get beyond the inflated pricing and lack of customer loyalty incentives. For example, I had a "coffee club" card with around 7 punches on it. When they decided to go to a digital system, they simply disposed of my card. When I asked how many coffees I needed to purchase in the new system to receive a free one, the young woman told me I had to spend $100. Seriously? You want me to buy 30+ coffees to be rewarded with one?Today I went in and ordered a small drip coffee--listed on the board for $2.25. I asked for half and half, at which point the price of my coffee went up by $0.75. Really...for milk in my coffee? I mean, I didn't ask her to heat it up, add foam, etc. That's a 33% increase for a totally standard addition to your coffee. SMH. Be careful, they are likely to begin charging $.50 per sugar packet. To bad. I really like supporting local businesses.

This place is too small, they need a bigger place where people can actually sit down and enjoy the music, but all people go there for is to stand around and drink, they don't even pay attention to the music, they're talking so loud and constantly on their phones.

Best place to grab a warm coffee or a cold beer in King! Staff are very friendly and if you aren’t familiar with what’s available they are super helpful and informative of all the options. Best of all, they’re family friendly! Definitely will be a frequent customer and will recommend to everyone I know.

Great coffee, cute atmosphere, love the patio, and it is nice to have a place in town that has some social activities and live music going on that we can enjoy outside this summer!
