I always found their staff really helpful! But Mr. Scott Elliott is above and beyond! He is the best person seek help from. Always ready even if he is busy doing other tasks.I never had any issue with their service or by any of their staff members. They are always willing to help and guide you until you understand how you have to take your medication. Thanks for their service during these tough times.

The staff in the store are excellent, always very nice and helpful. English helped me last time and he was very nice.The pharmacy...different story. The pharmacist Avery I believe was her name, wasnot at all friendly and very condescending. If she has a problem in her life, I am genuinely sorry. But I was there because someone in my family was in need of help. I will always shop the store but won't use the pharmacy.

One mistake after another, had to call in twice to get my prescription. At the end got the wrong prescription as their systems automatically update to generics. On a positive note the drive through testing is good and some staff members do provide good customer service.

having read all the negative pharmacy reviews I am shocked! I came in just before closing to pickup a prescription I urgently needed and the pharmacist was very helpful and filled it promptly. being new to the area he also had time to answer some questions regarding prescriptions I would have to fill in the future!

Pharmacy needs to get their act together; I got an email this am, after I had shut my computer down, getting ready for my 2nd vax- The email was to inform me that they had no vaccinations in stock and this was a Tuesday morning. I left the house by 8:30am to be there (given the allotted time they ask you to be early), walked in and found out they were out of stock. With automated systems and email, I see little excuse for getting a notification at 8:09am for an appointment at 8:45am. With a system like this, how can I be assured I won't have the same thing happen for my rescheduled appointment? You had an entire day to get notifications out. I see no excuse.

I’ve had several bad experiences with the pharmacy department. The people working here are completely rude for no reason. Not only has the customer service been horrible with me personally, I have witnessed them be extremely obnoxious to others (including elderly people).Instead of explaining in detail via the public posting, I prefer to speak with someone that can fix this problem. As angry as I am, this would be fire them all and start over.

If I coud give store a zero, I would! They dont even deserve a 1. My daughter had to have a prescription sent over to them from another pharmacy and that was a week ago and it still hasnt been filled. I called on Thursday to see if it had been filled and was on hold for over an hour the first time I called and for over 20 minutes the second time, neither of which I got speak to anyone. Now they are giving some bogus excuse to why it still isnt filled and getting nothing but the run around. No phone calls to say why it hasn't been filled or when. I've let my normal small pharmacy know not to send any of my prescriptions back to them. I would suggest to anyone else not to use them either. Sorry service and poor management!

I had hiccups regarding my prescription and the refills sent from my doctor. I didn't know what to make of the situation, but it took speaking with a manager to get to the bottom of the issue. I don't think the staff is incompetent, but they're definitely worked enough to tell you something just you'll go away and not actually look into the problem.

As I stated before at the current time Only a few family members are still using the CVS Pharmacy located at 600 s. Main street in King due to the discovery of some file tampering from some of the Pharmacy staff members who have chosen to take it upon themselves to break the HIPAA laws while tainting the files of certain individuals they apparently do not like or so it seems any way.So pending further investigation by CVS Pharmacy officials I suppose it's best just to not say anything further about the situation.Either way I will at least offer my personal opinion due only from previous experience that I personally would not trust in the current Pharmacy staff members with any kind of personal or private information,Although I will also say that I have been in touch with the higher CVS Pharmacy Officials and I am truly hoping to rectify this whole situation so that soon I might be able to amend all of my personal comments. So me and my mom went to pick up my prescriptions and my mother was driving, we pulled to the window and the woman asked our address... we had told her and she made a snarky comment on how we must like to travel and we came a long way to get our “medication” when our doctors office is only 10 mins away. She first told us it would be over an hour then had said she could try for 3 pm (it was 2:42) how do you go from an hour to 20mins? Turns out it took an hour, they hadn’t even called the number we told them too. So we arrive back and my mother pulls up to the window and the woman says “oh so now your picking up for someone else” my mom said “ No I’m picking up the prescription I just dropped off” and she replies “well I didn’t even look at the name” and started getting an attitude with my mother and walks away and doesn’t return leaving her coworker to have to stop what they were doing to finish our order. We have been coming here for 12 years and will NOT continue. Don’t work with people if you can’t handle it.

Please go anywhere but here. There is always long line in drive thru pharmacy pick up.Going inside to avoid the line is even worse because they ignore you. The employees either receive no training or all of them are on thier first day. Every thing you put in your profile in pharmacy(no child proof lids etc) must be corrected every visit. If you provide phone # they call or text all day every day until you pick script up even if u request not to be called. They refill script not requested and get huffy if you refuse them. They also refuse to admit mistakes and blame is placed anywhere except themselves.Today I tried to purchase (holiday) clearance item and was told I couldnt purchase without a CVS card.(No offer of a card was made.) When I showed 50% off sign on clearance items didnt require card mgt was summoned. She ask me if items would ring up w/out card..I told here cashier didnt try just told me I couldnt purchase them and put under counter. Mgr had no problem ringing them up as no CVS card is needed. I let them keep thier mdse and went elsewhere and bought it.I will be transferring all scripts to Stanleyville Pharmacy. They are amazing. No waiting ever. A few months ago I gave them 5 stars and continue to receive 5 star service EVERY VISIT. The nightmare of CVS is now a thing of the past. If you continue shopping there you are foolish...I did realize the employees are only hired if their roommates work there..that way one knows the way to work and the other one knows the way home. I don’t know what has been up lately but the pharmacy drive through has been absolutely TERRIBLE. Like 20 mins to serve one car the past two times I’ve been. They need to step it up.

I have been on hold for the pharmacy for 27 min and no one is picking up. and I just got 2 texts from them while waiting on hold. I mean at least pick up and let me know u r busy before my dr closes!

We have had 2 prescriptions filled here in the past 2 months. 1st time they printed the directions wrong, this second time gave us capsules instead of tablets, which made taking the proper dosage near impossible. Will not be filling them here again.

I personally get my prescriptions at another pharmacy, but have had to pick up prescriptions for my mom and dad several times lately. Every time, there is a very long wait in the drive thru...today, they are averaging 10 minutes per car. This is really unacceptable..

The parking lot looks terrible. Trash over flowing out of the trash cans. I would think if the outside looks like this we can only imagine what the inside looks like. It was actually clean and the employees very helpful. When I asked to speak to a manager and told her about the trash can she said that they have a contract with someone to clean the parking lot. I would say they are not doing a very good job.

Drug needed to prepare for upcoming surgery and they made no attempt to locate it or inform me they did not have it. I called walgreens in King and they called around and learned King Drug had it available and problem solved. Great service from walgreen and king drug very disappointed in CVS.

Almost every time I try to use this pharmacy there is an issue...they have put my prescription back after telling them I was on my way to pick it up ....accused me of not being ME when giving them my ID to pick up a clients prescription....NEVER have my son's prescription filled at time promised....that's just a few examples!! The pharamacy needs to get it together!! Fire all of the current staff and start over!!!

You may get what you need here, but you WILL suffer to make it happen . Super rude customer service over the phone (if by chance you get to speak to an actual human) and high prices to ensure your experience is as miserable as possible. Use this as a secondary option.
