Assets recovery is a little bit over enthusiastic have chased me down multiple times acting like I stole merchandise when checked nothing but purchased items in my cart. You would think they could do a better job seeing how they only have one and they messed that up quite often

They keep all the car radios locked up BUT if you ring the assistance button no one comes and the dudes that do apparently don’t have the key so they page someone who never shows up.

Got 4 new tires, tire pressure sensor installed and programed and an oil change in under an hour. Service is always great and friendly staff. Purchased other items as well and paid for everything at automotive on my way out.

I have only done pickups here. The staff are always so nice! Very efficient and will work hard to get a large item loaded. Definitely recommend pick-up here.

Need to update isle information. Everything I needed had been moved, so when searching in the app to find an item, item could not be located. Asked an associate and was told that the store has relocated items and the app is not up to date. Spent a lot of time looking for items and they weren't necessarily where one would think to look. Employees were very helpful though and was honest if they didn't know where an item was located.

It is Walmart. It is rural NC. About half or more of the people think that the pandemic is a hoax or blown out of proportion.So a lot of people do not wear face masks or follow physical distancing guidelines and will crowd you.The self checkouts are minimal touch so that is good.The pictures are from after the store is closed.

I am an artist and utilize Walmart photos for my prints. Today I had four poster sizes printed. Got home and ALL were cut incorrectly. When I called to inquire, I was told to cut them myself! Now they are ruined and Walmart will not repint them. The photos are usually on point but today they get an F- on customer service! Just one more reason to hate them!🤬

I've shopped here several times a week for at least a year and can't name a single complaint. Self-checkout workers are beyond friendly and I've learned all of their names and hobbies by just shopping there. As someone from a bigger city, the automobile section blows my mind and they are literally more helpful than any auto parts store or workshop around the area. I do a lot of driving in the 828 and West Jeff's Walmart takes the cake (and its not even close.)

Usually, I enjoy visiting this location to shop in the store or use grocery pickup. It is usually neat, clean and populated with pleasant people who are always willing to help. Unfortunately, that seems to be changing. My latest grocery pickup experiences actually require negative numbers. Giving them one star is far more than deserved. I'd started using the option to have my groceries bagged at the car rather than get more plastic. Evidently, that's not something some of the staff is excited about. The last two times I've visited, I've ended up with groceries loose in the back of the truck. Worse, when I asked the groceries be put in the available bags, only 2 were used in a manner that followed the letter of my request; not the intent. The thermal bag contained the meat, cheese, and liquid plumber. The second bag had 4 gallons of water with a few other things jammed in on top. The rest of the order was strewn over the other empty bags. Thanks for nothing!

Okay, in the mornings, the crowds are terrible.There, under staffed, so the selfcheck out is the best option. Go in and get what you need dont expect help finding something. They will help, but find them takes longer than the item you wanted. All and all a good store.

I have been going there for years. Well run store and staff are always helpful. Important: if you have a flat tire in the West Jefferson area the ONLY place to go for rapid help it is the tire center at this Walmart. Their staff will fix your flat in record time and the bill will be low. I have had two flats in the area.... they had me back on the road in 1 hour. Amazing place.

New to the area and went to this Walmart to pickup some groceries and home wares. As many times as I've been to Walmart in NYC, I've never went food shopping there. Produce section was light which surprises me because I see alot of Hispanics around.It was clean, on the smaller side for a super center. Housewares needs a whole lot more items. Ample parking space and very clean parking lot.

Why bother having a jewelry department if no one runs it? Wait over 20 minutes to find someone then it becomes a goose hunt to find someone with the keys.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Tried to get help with a locked item and was sent to customer service. Then was sent back to the location of the locked item to wait for assistance. After several minutes called customer service counter but got no answer. I had to go find an employee to have them find someone to help me.Worst Corndog Ever!Burnt, soggy, and had a foul taste.

My grandfather and I go there all the time, the reason why there aren't enough scooters at the store is because my grandfather is handicapped and crippled, he can't feel anything. He also has one leg, so I help him all the time. Meanwhile, the store's atmosphere and service is excellent as always, but there aren't many employees working there on cash registers for the customers.

Entire month is still left on expiration date but it's already molding.I didn't even know about it till I ate 4 of it because the first 4 tortillas didn't have mold.

You're basic every day average Walmart Superstore. Has everything you'd expect a Walmart to have, including a decent automotive shop, which is the reason I visited here. I had to order a tire after my wife's tire blew out and needed to get a matching tire. Luckily the ones in the car were purchased from Walmart and lucky for me, they had the exact tire on sale. I ordered for roughly 90 bucks and had it sent to the store where I set up an appointment to have it installed onto the rim. I would advise bringing the vehicle the tire is supposed to be installed on, I just brought the tire and since I did not have the vehicle it seemed to cause problems with the computer system. So much so, they had to cancel the original appointment and set it up as a completely different order. I'm guessing that because of this, the charge for the tire, which I assumed went through when I purchased it online, didn't show up on my bank account until like 3 weeks later. So that was a nice little surprise having an almost 100 dollar order go through that I thought had already been taken from my account weeks prior (I'm being sarcastic here). But everything else about this visit and exchange with this Walmart went well and am satisfied with the overall endeavor.

The super Walmart in West Jefferson is great! They are always stocked, you don't go in thinking oh my goodness they are out of merchandise. They always have great sales going on! When I visited there last week, I was able to get 2 pairs of sweatpants & a pair of nice jeans, all 3 items less than $20. That's a great deal! All good quality that will last through many washes & wears!

Went there to see about getting my prescription for Ozempic refilled before Tuesday, April 30th as I was going to be out town. They immediately told me I could have my prescription in about 15 minutes. They delivered and saved my planned trip. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy.

Bakery personnel are horrible, can’t add Happy Birthday to a cake from their display cooler when they have a 6 hour notice?? I spend less & less every month at this store due to the poor customer service. Call 1800Walmart for the best results to your complaints

They need to open up more checkout lanes with humans. Having one open with people lined up is ridiculous. I personally do not like the self check out, they give me trouble every time. Woohoo, way more checkouts were available on my last visit, way to go Walmart.

They need a few more cashiers, but at least they do have cashiers and don't have self check outs. I think the self checkouts are not a good idea. Who wants to shop and pay high prices and then also do the work for the store of checking yourself out and bagging your merchandise? So I like this store better than the ones who want you to do everything yourself.
