Had dryer on display with discounted price. It wasn’t even an option I could buy. In store or order. I’m so upset should have not been priced to sale if they couldn’t even order it. Was told to come back in few weeks. Once they get new dryers in for display. I could then buy it. I didn’t need it 2 weeks needed one that day. Was told lady had told 15 other people that same day it wasn’t for sale. Well then do your job stop false advertising a dryer that Lowes doesn’t sell and can never get again there. Then paid $800 for one because had to have it that day. Had to not only pay for delivery but wait days for it. Then I was under impression that they was going to not only deliver it, but install it as well while they was here to be told. No, we’re just here to deliver it. Then they didn’t even come with books paperwork they took it out of the box, set it in the house live or cord. I called I complain but all they wanna do give me a complimentary $25 Lowe’s gift card not to mention, the staff. And how I was treated, but not just one staff member but three or four staff members. Because I was upset because gentleman had told me and a lady that they would be right there to help me and to get me that dryer, they were still one more in the back. So I was a little upset when I was, sell it to me and they can’t even order it somewhere else next time.

I strongly suggest anyone that needs to order materials to go into the store and make the order rather than doing an order online so there is a way to have clear delivery communication.I had made an online order for large materials to be delivered to my residence and the delivery, there was a lack of communication due to the online order system and the driver not calling ahead that he was going to be 4 hours before the delivery window.Ricky in the material delivery area and his team did everything they could and corrected the issue. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile! Thank you

The “Lowe’s” truck ran off the side of my driveway tearing up the asphalt. It needs to be repaired. It’s been 6 weeks and Lowe’s investigated, then they Decided the claim is valid, so they connected me to UST, which is the company that they subcontract for deliveries, who investigated, who said it was a valid claim after repeating a similar investigation , and now it’s in the hands of their insurance company who is investigating to see if it’s a valid claim. You can’t make this up.We’re now in week seven and I’ve had promises, but nothing actually done. I understand it takes time, but this is now the third investigation to see if it’s a valid claim.I would give the local employees 5 stars but corporate responsibility zero so far.Also Marissa at McCord Claims doesn’t seem to read her email. Her star rating is still being investigated, more to follow.

1 star because it's the lowest it'll go. Tried to buy my wife a stackable washer and dryer for Christmas. Bought a set, got home and ready to hook up and the dryer was gas. Took it back. Refund2-3days... ordered a new set. Delivered today and dryer was broke... They offered 80$ discount but no warranty haha what a joke!!! Now they have to process refund on dryer before another can be sent and want us to purchase another one and then they'll refund our money.... LOWES IS A JOKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Definitely not what they use to be!!! Home Depot here we come...

I hardly ever, if ever, write reviews. Today at Lowe’s, Brad gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a retail store. He helped us find exactly what we needed, and even advised us on the best deal. My friend works for a manufacturing company and he got us some great information on the Pro Center. Shout out to Brad for his hard work. He did an outstanding job!

I wanted to give a shout out to a very helpful young fella. He goes above and beyond to help customers. His name is Leo Sailor. He is so nice, always helping me in the garden center. I love this store.

I prefer a Home Depot (sorry 😞) but Lowe's is the only choice in town due to their corporate offices being here. Usually has what we need. My main gripe is finding someone to help me when needed! Other than that, it's a clean store.

Beware of buying appliances with delivery at West Jefferson Lowes. We have been waiting 2 months for a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery company called me at noon and told me that the road in our neighborhood was too narrow. Anyway, many large trucks come in the neighborhood on our road as it's a 2 lane and we have received deliveries from Lowes in the past. Spent all day trying to reach someone who knew what was going on and waiting on returned calls that were promised and have yet to receive. The local store has no control over deliveries from the warehouse system, but they're the ones who took the money. I got a full refund today, but still need a fridge. I find the staff at the WJ Lowes helpful and friendly, so its a real shame that a corporate delivery outsourcing strategy makes it impossible to do business with their store here in town.

Does anyone answer the phone at this store? I called the millwork desk around 10 am- it rang and rang for about 5 minutes. Then I tried customer service- same situation. No answer. I decided to go in and visit the cabinetry section to get pricing. I walked around looking at samples and books for half an hour. No one was at either service desk. No one walking by offered to help.

I am with the other low review—I have never seen a Lowe’s so completely unorganized, and just poor management of products and inventory! I have been into the Project review for redoing my kitchen, 3 different times, & spent an up to an hour waiting for help—& left all 3 times empty-handed. I tried to get help with supplies for a patio project, got sent from customer service—then to the Pro line, who said they couldn’t help me order, or even verify my calculations for products. I have never seen a place that is in it to make money, and make it SO HARD TO SPEND it!The inventory isn’t EVER right, & never matches what is on the floor—even with the help of staff! The frustration of being slightly short on availability and unable to complete a project.If I had another place closer to go to—I would be working with another place!

If I could leave zero star review I would. I placed a large order, and the morning it was supposed to be delivered I received an email that my delivery was cancelled. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. I went online to reschedule my delivery as directed, and received two separate emails both with different delivery times than I requested. Basically, I have no idea where my order is arriving. I’ve called the store several times and after being on hold for 20 minutes and finally speaking with somebody each time, I’ve been hung up on.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, order lumber from this Lowe’s. We ordered one week in advance (all in stock items). Came from out of town to do work- worker cost $300/day, order not there (Shane said put on wrong truck). We stopped in personally to check morning of delivery - assured all was ok and on track. Order to be there by 2, never showed up. Told by manager how sorry they were and how wrong - promised it would be there by 8am next day. Next day told it would be delivered the next day. They messed up bad and didn’t care one bit. Lied over and over. Todd Zachary, your district needs to do better. Lost a life-long Lowe’s customer. By the way they never called us or reached o it to rough to us process. We had to call multiple times. Put on hold as long as 20 minutes. Phones ring and ring no one picks up. Ricky the delivery manager never reached out and would not come ro phone to speak to us even though Lowe’s messed up.

I am so grateful for MILTON..He jumped right in to help…When he heard I had a dead battery on my car in parking lot!He used his own vehicle and wouldn’t accept any money for his kind services!It was bitter cold…and he didn’t bat an eye and push my dilemma off onto my just trying to find someone else in the parking lot..This is the kind of employee Lowe’s should always keep on their team!!

Always great friendly staff! This store is never overcrowded and its always a good experience. Can't beat the views either. I always pick this Lowes over any other home improvement store. I will almost always wait to get home so I can shop at this one.

Great Lowes, it’s funny how places like this can even get bad reviews. There are always a few bad apple employees anywhere you go but overall this place rocks, Logan always goes out of his way to help along with so many great employees. Management has went out of their way to help me time and time again when tools don’t work as they are suppose to. Great store and great people.

I had purchased a weed eater for my son.Within the year, the battery or charger died.Tim at costumer service was AMAZING!He took care of us quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. I have never had such amazing customer service at any store!Tim is definitely an asset to Lowes!
