Recently I had a prescription filled that was the wrong drug combination. When I brought it to the pharmacy manager Megan attention I feel she did everything she could to make it right. Within 30 minutes after calling my primary doctor in Florida the prescription was filled correctly. I have always found the pharmacy staff especially Megan to be very helpful.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to in my entire life. First they almost killed me by giving me a script that was 10 times more than what the doctor now I’m waiting for a script to come in but my doctors called him three times not to mention the fact you don’t ever answer the telephone. I try for five James the first time I tried it kept hanging up on me after going through the long process of getting all your information now, after that, I just rings and rings and rings.I’m going back to Walmart pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have called so many times trying to talk to someone. I keep getting hung up on after spending 5 minutes on that horrible chat thing. This place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!

I called this pharmacy around 2:30pm to complete documentation on medication management for my company. They kept me on hold in the initial call for far too long before sending me to voicemail. I called back at least 6 more times to be sent directly to voicemail again. I finally called the front end (very polite staff) and asked to be transferred at which point I was put on hold and then hung up on. My final call I requested not to be put on hold and the front end staff very kindly took the handheld phone to the pharmacy so that I could speak to someone. I spoke with Casey Hill who answered all of my questions within a matter of minutes. She was professional and easygoing, but I'm unsure why this call took longer to be answered than the documentation I needed. The communication and organization of this establishment is severely lacking.

If i could give 0 stars i would. this pharmarcy is so unprofessional, staff are so lazy they can't answer the phone. i've called this pharmacy 3 days in a row, never once got a person on the phone. i had to drive there 3x to give them my insurance info, then drive back to check on the status, was told the med had to be ordered, then today i was on hold 3 different times when i called and they'd hang up on me after 10 min. i called a 4th time and they had me on hold for 20+ minutes, and so i left work and drove there while still on hold, and asked what the issue was why they wouldnt answer the phone. they gave me the sorry excuse the phones are tied into their computer system and their computers were down. bet they weren't down the 2 days prior as well. i was greeted by the overwhelmingly sarcastic "Jill B" from another pharmacy as she told me I should be lucky the store is even open and that they are there to wait on "people like me". I told her to transfer my rx to walmart and her reply "I might get it there in a day or 3". Needless to say I filed a complaint with the NC board of pharmacy, BBB, and CVS. Jill B needs her license revoked and the whole pharmacy needs an overhaul. I've never experienced such careless customer service in my life. Thankfully my dr was able to send my rx to Walmart for me so I could get my diabetic medication today, rather than whenever Jill B decided it was convenient for her. I pity anybody that uses this pharmacy for medication purposes.

Went in for a prescription pick-up on Tuesday to find out the pharmacist had quit and walked out the prior Sunday. My prescription was not ready though they had received the order 4 days prior. Sorry we are out of that medicine . When will you get it? Don't know. Try Thursday but not tomorrow as we will be closed all day. Closed all day on a Wednesday?

I had been driving around from store to store looking for the only baby formula that my daughter's baby girl can tolerate. After striking out time after time, I finally found some at this CVS. I took some up to the register and was greeted by Joseph. He was friendly and smiled, and a total professional. He was completely understanding of my level of stress and offered to let me get some extra. In this day of ridiculous prices, inflation, and empty shelves it was nice to see that customer service is NOT a thing of the past. Well done Joseph and CVS!

I always wondered why a place like a CVS has such a low score. I learned today. I scheduled a test with the pharmacy a few days ago. The day of the test I got confirmation messages and arrived 15 minutes early to find the pharmacy closed. I was told they might be open in an hour. Why send me confirmations and let me drive out when you know you can't provide the service requestsd. No wonder the low score.

I waited on hold for 45 minutes, and once someone finally answered, they hung up on me. I called back because it was an urgent situation, and I only waited about 5 minutes this time, but they said they couldn't tell me if my prescription could be refilled. Some people these days are worthless and don't understand the concept of hospitality. My family and I will no longer be using CVS Pharmacy, and thus, I thank the gentleman that I spoke on the phone with.

My experience could not have been better. I had tested positive for Covid the previous day, so wanted to get at-home test kits for followup without going into the store. The pharmacy staff put them aside for me, so when I arrived at the drive-through pickup, everything was ready. Even taking care of the insurance coverage. Thank you, CVS employees. Great work.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. They never have the medicine I need and they’ve lost several of my prescriptions. They never answer the phone and everytime you can actually talk to staff they tell you something different.

My family and I have been going to this pharmacy and giving them chance after chance and I am DONE FINALLY! It takes for ever to get your meds and they are not helpful at all they look at you like you are crazy and don't want to be bothered. I had to call cooperate to ask a question they they could have simply answered. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.....

I just moved to West Jefferson. I had my prescriptions transferred to CVS from my pharmacy in Wake Forest. Everything went smoothy and everyone was helpful and polite.

Yesterday, my wife and I attempted to get a covid booster shot at 2 pm after the pharmacy lunch break, we got on line behind four Latino farm workers trying to get vexed and do the right thing for themselves and the community. However, a young lady technician (black hair with tattoos) was rude and threw them out saying the pharmacy was too busy and they needed an appointment even though the sign says walk-ins welcomed. She didn't offer to set up an appointment, just told them to get out. My wife and I were so disgusted we left and got our shots at Ingles. Blatant and disgusting behavior, we won't be back.

Went to pick up my prescription and they closed for lunch 10-15 minutes early. And had the security gate shut at the window as an employee walked by multiples times and even looked at me and chuckled then walked away

These people are uncaring and incompetent!… stay away!! …They were supposed to do my granddaughters Covid test. And told us she did not have an appointment when we could show that she did on Our confirmation.They would not even look at the email. Just made us leave. Rude and ridiculous this CVS should be shut down!!!! Stay away at all cost.

We stopped in to buy supplies that were needed to treat an acute problem and they were well stocked, staff was friendly and they were not busy. Open on MLK day. Cannot comment in the pharmacy though. Fairly convenient location for surrounding communities north of Boone.

this cvs is just terrible, i went there to pick up a prescription 4 times and each one of them the staff said i needed to wait 30 more minutes and it would be ready... it would not have been a problem if they told me the first time that it would take this long... me and my family were waiting for 2 hours in the car. do not recommend going there.

Well stocked. Helpful staff.This store is part of a very large chain of drug stores with stores all over the country. This makes it easy to transfer prescriptionsThis is more of a grocery store than just a drug store and the pharmacy is a small but important part of the store. The candy at the checkout display is always very tempting.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible!!! The staff is very rude and unhelpful and they never answer their phones no matter how many times you call or how long you stay on hold!!! They seem to lose someone's prescriptions all the time and you have to fight and fight just to get what you need!!!

We went to get my prescription after they called saying it was ready and it wasn’t, they told us to come back tomorrow so we left, then they called saying we could buy it so we turned around to go back, and when we showed up the pharmacy was closed.

Only giving them two stars because I go to get a covid test and you scheduled it already and then you show up to get your prescriptions and tests at same time apparently the machine was broken and couldn't be fixed till Monday.... And now all the sudden my chart account through CVS seems to be deleted like Google doesn't remember the and I didn't do anything....And forget calling there's only a few staff there that work... Or shall we aim at goof off and it takes hours to get a prescription filled whenever needed immediately I've had to go to the ER because of panic-induced breathing issues apparently if you want anything from this one call a week ahead and make sure you know you're not dying before you need to visit and get a test just a shame... Horrible absolutely horrible rude staff that seem to act like you're a burden to society because you need medicine...
