Since they have employed a new manager and did a complete new layout of the store, I do not mind shopping in this store. The staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. Rarely do you see the isles packed with stock waiting to be put on the shelves (like the other DG). The store is always clean.

I come here and always have to wait forever to check out. It is always well stocked and can find what I need. Process are reasonable and the app is great. There was a new cashier who didn't know a lot about a sale on drinks but I reminded her of what it was and was able to get my discount.

Though aisle walk space feels a bit claustrophobic from the abundance of merchandise on hand at any given time (*which, in and of itself, can only be touted as a good thing), and customer service falters somewhat from the limited number of employees on hand at seemingly any time, I have generally only had good experiences at this particular location. Usually quick checkout times and friendly service, loads of product, and convenience of entry/exit/parking make this my go-to DG store.

Closed 2 hours before they are supposed to. Lights on sign on the door says open everyday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. but the door is locked and the employee wouldn't even acknowledge an emergency

I love this Dollar General! I can make a quick stop and get in and out quickly. It is right off a main street and there is ample parking spaces. The best times to go is right when they open and before school lets out. Right down the street from bypass 311 and close to GTCC.

I love the one on Samet drive. They have great staff, very familiar with the store and used to seeing the same employees. The store is very orderly and I can always find what I need for an exceptional price

Why does this chain continue to allow stores that have merchandise, trolleys, merchandise ON trolleys, etc., to block so many aisles, across the back- It's DANGEROUS, folks! Where is your regard for the people that keep you in business? And it happens at SO many of your locations! And, your Family Dollar chainmate does SO much better in this metric...

Went in today and just needed a few things and the cashier automatically assumed I was on EBT! Very offended called the store mananger he said "he would speak to him". I stop here every other day after I picked my kids up from school. They just lost a regular customer.

As I made the trek into the store on W Main in Jamestown, I knew I had made a mistake. The gridlock of freight carts had created a retail labyrinth that I was wholly unprepared for. After a few hours, lost in the merchandising abyss, I phoned my family to make my goodbyes.For anyone looking to take advantage of the savings and convenience of a Dollar General in Jamestown, Godspeed and Good Luck.

This dollar general is undergoing a managment change, so while they are fixing some issues currently, they have a history of highly upsetting customers because of the inability to maintain neatness or properly deal with incoming stock.

I had a terrible experience trying to use a coupon when the cashier refused to scan it and I couldn't buy the product. She didn't know their coupon policy.

Been going to this quit a lot. It's smaller than most dollar generals but this one has more and I like that I can find everything I need. In and out with minutes.
