I went to Tractor Supply to get dog food. When I entered the store, the clerk immediately welcomed me into the store and said, "Good morning." The store was well stocked and very clean. The isles were clear, and no product was on the floor.

The store is clean and has what you need except proper dog washing items. This is the second time in the last month I came in and was met with a dog wash room that had no product to use. The other one I used to use had nice staff and the staff I was met with today were far from superb or helpful. When I let the front know, the female working the front claimed that someone would come help me and I sat there with my wet dog for half an hour before someone else lent me some shampoo they brought with them.Definitely won’t be coming back and I want my $10 back.

I went in for dog food and it wasn’t on the shelf. DJ asked me what I was looking for and I told him he scanned the label and there was some in the back. DJ took his time and went and got it for me and he was super nice and friendly and chatted with me and was very helpful. When I went to check out Terry was super sweet and kind and joked with us and sent us off with a smile. I appreciate good customer service and so we will definitely be making the trip back to this tractor supply before we go to Richlands tractor supply because there the employees aren’t as kind as DJ and Terry! Thank you for making our visit pleasant 😊😊

If I could rate this location 100 stars I absolutely would. From the second I walked into the location until I left, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I ENCOUNTERED WAS BEYOND AMAZING. They were all so friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I was so nervous coming to pick up chicks and I left there feeling entirely confident and ready to take it on. Jackie specifically helped me with getting my chicks and bedding and THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!! THANK YOU for now becoming the ONLY location I will shop. GREAT JOB TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!!!! Seriously, y’all are fantastic.

Pretty cool place! Didn’t know they have baby chicks for the kids to see. They have clothes, boots, garden supplies, all sorts of grain to feed chickens, ducks, horses, you name it. Dog beds, and different types of outdoor equipment. They even have raised garden beds.

I love this Tractor Supply! It is always very clean and well stocked. The only reason I can give it a five star is because they don’t sell chicks. The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful.

Went in to buy an actual farm fertilizer application that is for winter use, they refused to sell it because they had wrapped it up stating it was out of season. Guess selling cheap Christmas decorations is more important at a farm supply store

Stressful day, drove across town to grab a few things for my bunnies. I walked the store couldn't find it. Was approached & asked by an associate, Julia if I needed help. Not only did I leave with what I needed but I learned a few things as well. She was so helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Not often enough do folks leave good reviews, thanks for your help today.. I wish more customer service experiences were like mine today with her. 😊

Normally love this store. However, this review is specific to the dog wash.... When paying for access that explicitly states it provides products to use I expect them to be there or at least tell a customer prior to paying. Ended up have to buy my own supplies today. Either give accurate updates as to the status of supplies you have availabl or adjust the price.

I always enjoy shopping for my personal farm/ranch home needs here. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help and always easy to find! Thank you so much for your help and smiles. They really do help the days go better, especially the tough ones … you never know when that kind word or smile will help change a person’s day.

I wish I could give it more stars but I would strongly advise you to go to the John Deere store and go to Lowe's go anywhere else other than this one go to the tractor supply coat and Richlands even though they're snooty and also have a rude attitude when you ask any questi 1 is far worse in Jacksonville they just won't answer your question or will point and give a look of disgust like you're just supposed to Know where Everything is PERIOD period it is seriously unfortunate and I Hope Somebody from tractor supply code gets a hold of me because I Am going to Go out of My Way to direct traffic and business away from them because I constantly am needing to get parts for not Only my tractor but the ones I repair. I spend anywhere from 2 to $400 at a time and it is just insulting and almost makes me sick to my stomach that I have to use this company. I'm going to just start paying the extra $10 to go somewhere else

Sade in the Jacksonville, NC location was the absolute amazing and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with! Her patience and temperance with me was impeccable! Her knowledge and ability to translate for product selection was more astounding then a dictionary! Because of her alone I will shop here again! Tractor supply must have a high employee selection process because this lady truly exemplified passion for her work! I’m thankful 🤩

I have never left a bad review in my life but the two cashiers that I encountered seemed very disinterested in helping me, customer service was very poor as they had an attitude. Not a reflection on the company itself but I was very disappointed in the service from the women I encountered.

I have had extremely mixed experiences here at this location. I don't normally go to tractor supply. It's always a random trip! I went back in Nov of 2021 and then I also went during the spring time. Both these times could have honestly been a better shopping experience especially the first time! The first time the cashier had made a snarky remark, was overall rude. When I went in the second time the front cashier was rude when I asked her if they had something or if they carried something. The lady that intervened and helped me who was stocking on the floor was extremely nice. For myself personally, I tend to avoid this place but maybe it was just my experience cause everyone else seems to have had a positive one. The prices here are good, and the times I did go the lines moved quickly.

Online customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least. They do not give you accurate information. I spoke to 3 different ppl and they all game me 3 different answers. Bottom line I placed an order online and 2 days later I was still trying to get it delivered.What I bought here I can buy it anywhere else so I just canceled the order.I can imagine how many other ppl have gone through the same experience.They either do not have a good software or they just don’t care.After canceling the order they told me that I needed to wait 7-10 days for my money to be returned and this was a big order.This is the last time I buy at this store.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store. Employees are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. It’s a real down to earth environment which is absolutely refreshing. Today, I made the mistake of following another customer into the building before they opened (I didn’t see the opening time on the door. As with most people, I didn’t bother to look). I did my entire shopping and got to the registers. I thought how empty the store was was kind of odd at this point, so I called the store. The manager came out confused but was cool with it and thanked me for calling the store and letting them know. Even with this weird encounter today, I have had a great experience at this location. I will continue to do all of my farming shopping at tractor supply.

My little baby chicken was dying as soonest I knew I need it aprolium drove to tracktor supply were the manager seem to bother and selling me what I need it for my chicken refusing to sell the item to me because all the register were close never heard of a manager not being able to open a till to charge something but I guess my chicken wasent that important and thanks to her my chicken die 0 customer service horrible human being. If you can avoid it do not go to this tractor supply. March 7/2023. 3 employees on store nobody could help even though an emergency was happening disgusting people!!!!

Everyone is always nice, like most retail companies they try and work with low staffing not enough help. There was no one at customer service when I came to pick up an item. I waited about 10 minutes or so, then I just went to the cashier asked for her to page someone. The employee came promptly. Great service, just wish the cooperate companies would let more people work instead if one handling it all.

I've been coming to this tractor supply location for 2 years now; for both work and farm needs.. In the two years that I've been coming here I've found the management and staff to be educated, helpful, accommodating and very pleasant overall to engage with.. They genuinely seem to care about their customers..This is probably because most of the staff also maintain their own farms or homesteads of some sort.. Keep up the good work y'all!

Went there to get a hydraulic filter. Couldn't find where they were located in the store. Went to the front asked the cashier she then called and asked someone where they were located. She then told me rhey only carry 2 kinds in the store I said that I knew that already because I looked online before coming. She then told me they are all the way back. That was it. Little vague but I went all the way to the back to recheck and after 10 minutes of still not seeing them decided to give up and go across the parking lot to advance. On my way out I told her I still couldn't locate them and was tired of looking. It's easierfor me to go 500 ft to Advance Auto instead of searching for it there. It also saved me money because it was cheaper at Advance

Horrible service, went to return some expensive boots and normally at any other store without a receipt you can return an item as long as you’ve got your card your purchased it with, they said no that I need a receipt, they don’t know if it’s stolen, I then said if you just run it with my card you’ll see I purchased them and also these boots have security devices on them. A lady said that a guy stole 200 pairs of boots at 50 locations so it could be done. Well they’re basically accusing me of stealing them! I went home got the receipt and took them back, now they want my phone number so they can do a return which I refused so they said they couldn’t return them. I called for a manager which he came up and said if I was a reward member I would have this issue. Wow! So I’m penalized for not being a reward member. Well I can say that any place I’ve returned items I usually just give them the card I put it on and have no issues. I’ll not shop here for this reason although I’ve shopped here for years but just never needed to return anything. The boots have a security tag so trying them on in the store is hard but I tried but when I got them home I didn’t like how they felt.

This is where I get my dog's food and treats. Whenever I go in though I always wind up browsing and walking out with a couple more things than I went in for. I especially love when it's around Easter and they have the little baby chicks.

I love this place, the only place I'll go for my dogs food. The reason I gave a four star review is because of the cashier. No help at all! I asked if they still had their 20% discount coupons and she acted like she never heard of it. Mentioned that she must not of been there to long and she said no she's been there a while. Look, I don't care if they're not running them anymore, but don't be ignorant and act like you've never heard of it before. Every other staff member has made my visits pleasurable and have been a lot of help, even have gone above and beyond, this cashier I dealt with, not so much.

This was my first time at Tractor Supply and I had NO complaints. Mallori and Debbie helped me find what I was looking for, and a gentleman who looked like the head manager (tall gentleman) also took the time out of his busy schedule to get me a cart (I use a cane and didn't get one coming in) and he didn't have to do that - I appreciate it!Mallori the cashier was super sweet, knowledgeable and made the checkout process efficient and great!Debbie walked me over to the exact section as well for the wrap I needed. Even the young lady who was wiping down the carts was sweet.I will definitely be back. I should have taken the time to walk to see what else they carried but I can do that next time!Thank you, all of you, for your help. Amazing job!
