We are full time RVers visiting our grandson at Camp Lejeune and needed to have our dog groomed. We were given a referral from a gentleman stationed here and what great referral! We called and got an appointment within two days. We greeted with a great smile and wonderful service. The man at the counter took my information then introduced me to the groomer. I told her what we wanted and she did exactly what I asked. Our pup was treated with kindness and respect and looked great. I highly recommend this place for grooming and pet supplies. A+

My spaniel has been coming here for over a year, and my mom’s cavapoo has been groomed here for a few months. Scheduling is pretty easy, and the boys always come back looking great and smelling fresh!

The best thing I love about this place is that every time I bring Oreo in there, they immediately greet me and allow me to take him to the back to the groomer. This is a really wonderful thing because my old man is 14. To me, it makes all the difference. The energy in there is just amazing. I know that when I leave, he is very well taken care of! He always comes home smiling 😃

Did a fabulous job on my black lab and nails for $72. Not much more with discount. I walked in and asked if I could drop max off for his cut and no problem. If they have time they will take him in. I'm crazy busy in transportation industry. Super great guys and max likes them well more then others cause I had to drag him in pet smart. That wasn't 😎

I have been coming here for a long time. I made an appointment for 11. Every other time (and it’s in my dogs notes) that she can not go in a cage because of past abuse.. every other time I come at the appointment time and they take her back and start the cut. Today out of the blue they tell me they can’t do her because they have 4 other dogs ahead of her and she’d have to wait in a cage. I told them I don’t mind waiting and they told me they couldn’t do her. What is the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to perform the service at said time? Also her not going in a crate is nothing new it’s in her note and they have taken her done her grooming and pulled me inside when she was done. The old man that argued with me was highly unprofessional and ignorant. You have lost a customer and I will never refer you to anyone else. I shouldn’t have to fight to have the right treatment for my sweet girl.

Our Paul is having lung and heart issue so we didn't want to stress him BUT boy was he shaggy, so we decided he needed a cut.HE LOOKS AND ACTS LIKE A PUPPY AGAIN. Yes he still has the problems but WHAT A JOY to be around him.It was quick to get apps. ( they were really full ) but took him in and within 2 hrs we had OUR PUPPY BACK!!!

Took my 4 year old springer spaniel there today and they did amazing! I was super nervous because she has never been groomed and gets anxious in new places, but they did fantastic!! Very impressed will return!

I was very happy with the service that our girl Harley received. The staff was friendly and did a great job with our fur baby. She is NOT happy when she is away from us, but they did an awesome job with her. Thank you for doing a pupperific job! Y'all ROCK!!!

Love Mandy!!!!!!! I was able to get my rescues paw trimmed out and she had no problem working with him and letting me be there with him!!!! Also the don’t charge and arm and a leg either!!!! Paws trimmed out and nails cut was $28, but of course I left a big tip after my experience.

I took my older cat, Elijah, here to get a grooming because he has stopped grooming his back area. They were very professional and they took great care of my cat.I came to pick him up and the groomer explained to me what I needed to do every day to keep Elijah from needing the groomer every month. The front desk employee was nice and we spoke about cats and their silly habits.He said Elijah did okay but I don't know if I fully believe him since Eli tries to fight me when I try to brush him.5 star service and will be back if Elijah needs more up keep!

I love this place. We had just relocated to Jacksonville and I called him up and got her an appointment right away, she's a very hyper crazy husky and they never complain about her, I'm always greeted with a big smile and I feel very content leaving her here for a few hours while shes being groomed. I've never had any issues and will continue to bring here her. Thanks guys!

Awesome experience! Came here for grooming as my senior rescue kept getting fired or denied from groomers (behavioral issues) they were very kind to me when I told them her behavior, said they were willing to at least try. At the appointment everyone was kind and not even the least bit judgmental. I was allowed back with her to see if it would help calm her(which it did) and the whole process went quickly and amazingly well!

I was referred to town and country and let’s just say i love this place. The owner was really nice he took my miniature schnauzer and took care of her. Let’s just say I will be bringing my other pet here as well.. 🐶

I'm giving a 1 star to this place, because the owner (I believe he is) treated me like trash. I took my dog that hadn't had a haircut in a while, the guy said it was going to be $47 and even after he saw my Miniature Snauzer 's Hair, he said nothing. When they called me the Front desk guy or owner told me it was going to be $67.00! , then I said why?He yield at me over the phone about my dog having matted hair!? Nd when I to pock him up he said he wanted no MORE bussines with me! Well, he is Very dishonest so I' wasn't thinking about ³ bringing my dog my poor dog there again!

I took my two golden retrievers to this groomers today. One was a full groom and the other was a nail cut. The owners are very kind and courteous and allowed me to leave my dog with the nail cut while I ran errands. I highly recommend this groomer and plan on returning.

I found this place to get my Husky groomed, and they did an amazing job! My dog did so well with them. He looked perfect when I picked him up. Definitely gonna be back again. Hands down amazing groomer place.

Randomly, I found out about this place and regret not using them for the last 4 years. I have taken my dog elsewhere to the "bigger pet place" and always ran into the issue of bad timing, crowds, appointments, higher costs, etc.On my way to see if I could get my 9 year old Oki-mutt groomed I figured I'd give this place a chance. I was absolutely surprised how welcoming they were for my dog to be dropped off on short notice and were very understanding of a couple concerns I had for my dog. They took him in and said they'd notify once he was done. In about 2 hours I got the call and picked him up. He was well groomed and his grinded nails were the best I've seen in years! He appeared happy and not scared and his ears were clean.Bottom line, if I was staying in the area this would be my go to trusted place for my puppy!

We hadn't been here since we lost our previous fur babies over 10 years ago, until today. We have adopted 2 new babies. Walter has some anxiety issues and won't let anyone cut his nails. Today he let Mandy, (with Jeremy's help) cut his nails. They were so patient and sweet with him. Willow also got hers done, without drama. They made our day getting the job done so quick and smoothly. I was also impressed that Jeremy remembered our 2 previous babies. 🐶🐕🐩

Took my husky today for the first time to be groomed and they were extremely helpful with answering questions I had and giving their opinion on what would be best for my dog. Extremely friendly staff and the pricing is very affordable! 10/10 recommend.

This place is an excellent place to both board and groom your pet. The staff seem to really care about the safety and well being of the pets that they board. I had my dog, jack-Russell/beagle mix, boarded there numerous time and she has never been mistreated. I've also had another dog, yorkie, groomed there and he looked like I could show him and win best in class.If I still lived in Jacksonville, NC I would most definitely continue to take pets here.
