They go through a lot of changes, i think. If you know what you want, it's good. It is hit or miss on getting correct help though. Most of the workers have been very polite. I've just been at better .

Great place to go as a person with a disability if you want their dog trainer to harass you and your service dog. 3rd time it's happened 2nd time corporate has been contacted. Next time it'll be the PD who can be the ones informing everyone on how it's illegal to mess with a working service dog or the fines included to a business for allowing it to happen by an employee.Will say this last time everyone else was great, just the dog trainer who was harassing the *multiple* people with disabilities.

Plenty of fishes, guinea pigs, and birds. The occasional cat or two if you are lucky to see them in their homes. Plenty of dog food, toys, and items to choose from. Additionally, they have on-site training and classes which is most ideal with their business cards they place on the table. Generally speaking, it's a pretty nice store to escape from the daily stresses of life and to relax in.

My first visit back in a while because of how their fish were but customer service was great that day! Today however we were given mis information, a stank attitude and was lied too about buying a new animal family member after we had just called. Lexis attitude was stank, uninviting and was giving "I just don't feel like filling out one form and putting a pet in a box for transport 15 mins before close with no other customers!", it was giving lazy and rude. At 41 customer service matters and she's horrible.

My wife went today to return my daughter’s hamster and get a different one AS PER THEIR POLICY STATES. Apparently this “manager” was extremely rude to my wife cutting her off from talking and making my daughter and wife feel stupid and dumb for returning the hamster. Very unprofessional and very uncalled for to treat customers in this manner to have my daughter in tears when she got home. Y’all need to learn how to treat customers. Don’t like your job or not happy with your job find a new one. Will never give this location any business anymore.

Definitely love going to this one off western due to a lot of friendly people, workers and activities. They do a great job bring people in from the public to get involved or earn points, etc. I loved going to the BanField vet clinic and how helpful they are. I will definitely recommend this location.

Adreanna is wonderful with my Fridabella. I don't know how but she gets bows in Frida's hair ! I like this PetSmart better than the one in New Bern NC. We are a priority when we come. Adreanna knows what Frida needs done. I won't go anywhere else!

I just returned two poorly made dog toys, one of which was a choking hazard. I didn’t even ask for money back on that toy bc it was the “free” toy. The second was a really cool pheasant that the dog loved. It was loosing fluff at an alarming rate and our dog has a soft mouth. I wanted to exchange this $13.00 toy and was told I’d have to pay over $4…?!? Turns out the associate mistook a goose receipt. However, I was so upset that the credits we’d earned and used would be lost I told him not to go through the hassle of fixing the return. I did not buy the expensive leash and water dispenser I was there for. I will not return. If credits aren’t honored it’s not the place for us.

I willn’t be taking my dog back here for grooming I paid for everything to be done and express. He came back with his nails sharper than when he left. Then when I call back they really had the nerve to tell me yea he wasn’t feeling it today. If that was truly the problem they could had stopped and called me to come get him. It doesn’t even look like my dog got groomed. And Arianna is the worst she has done his grooming twice and I truly don’t like how she interacts with him.

Great visit went into to check out random stuff and came out with a terrarium. Staff was nice and courteous even with the crowd of people inside. Animals seems to be healthy and store was clean. Great Job PetSmart. For a corporate type of pet store which I dont really like, I would say this one is doing great.

i will never take my puppy here again. $53 for a nail clipping and her eyes trimmed up. also i can’t forget about the two bald spots on her side and back. horrible place to take your dog with an outrageous price.

READ BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG FOR A HAIRCUT.Ok so I was trying to find a place for my dogs haircut and I had just moved here so I didn't have anyone to recommend me anything. So I made an appointment and when I went to go check on her about 20 minute's in they had came and told me she had to many knots in her legs. ( I comb her out like every week, she is my baby). But before I could do anything they had already shaven her whole body off! Like they didn’t even ask before! So I stayed for the rest and when I gotten my dog, she had literally scared me! They left no hair on her and left her head untouched! My poor dog scares children now. Please for your dogs sake don’t go to Petsmart for their haircut.

Cashier friendliness and line speed not great last couple times went there, Bought 3 fish, all 3 fish died. Associate somewhat available for help. Didn"t know you can return fish and receipt if fish dies. Many pet products, some good sale prices. Found most items looked for.

Had an appointment for my cat later in the day but I went in to get food and a kennel and as I’m checking out the workers opened a door and someone’s dog ran out of the store and all the way down the street, all while the other workers were walking around the store clueless he was outside. I hope the owners find out about that incident and someone gets fired.

I usually love Pet Smart, mostly because the employees always go out of their way to help you find whatever it is you needed to find. Well last night I asked, who is thought to be a manager, I explained that my friends dog had a stroke and he's been having a real hard time waking. I couldn't remember the name of the things, but I was describing them the best I could. Instead of helping me find them or something similar, he cut me off in the middle of my description and said" we don't have medical supplies here.. you'll have to go to the vet" Never one time did he try and walk with me to find something similar maybe look things up. Help a little bit put in a little effort as soon as I turned around and I walked down the aisle's what I was looking for were toe grips because he can't walk very well. So I found something called Paw Boots Or something like that and they're like little balloons that go on their paws and it helps them grip the floor that easy. I don't know, I just wish. The world will go back to the way it used to be or people actually cared

We love our local PetSmart. They always have everything we need. Super friendly staff... my son always runs over to the fish aisle. We've had on numerous occasions had employees take a couple minutes to share in the excitement of seeing the fish & they give a couple fun facts about the one's he's pointing to. We've recently adopted a puppy and everyone was so sweet and helpful when trying to figure out basic first day in the house needs. We've also recently had a dog pass and returning some unused (still packaged) wet dog food was a breeze even without a receipt. We love their license engraver too, so glad they have one available. Can't go wrong with their selection & knowledgeable services! Oh, and grooming! Our dogs love getting baths from them!

Love that I can go weigh my dogs here! Wish they had a discount section. Their prices seem high. Maybe b\c I don't shop here much as I have most all the pet supplies I need. Prob have too much really.I like that when you buy a beta fish here, you keep the cup. It goes in the cup holder & keeps fish safe on way home. Another place I went to put the beta fish in a bag. I know that's how you usually get tanked fish, but anyway, that's for another place that's in Cape Carteret.

It's a great pet store done process on certain items were fair as per market value. The only complaint I really have is that some of the brands of leashes honestly are over priced when you can go to Walmart or Target and get practically the same items for far less.Considering that petsmart buy these products wholesale because they specialize in pet products. You would think they would share the savings as per the suggested retail price. Primarily just speaking on the leashes and collars.Other then that everything is is great nice big store plenty of products to choose from the pet grooming department is phenomenal would highly recommend the grooming department to anyone who has not tried pet smart to pamper their pets.

Yes I took my dog to get him groomed at PetSmart. When we had miscommunications about an extra person to hold the dog they blamed it on their third-party answering service which was very unprofessional. They said they were too busy to have an extra person to hold a dog and then blamed it on the hair being too matted. So they succeeded in wasting a good part of my day or two days you might say

I shop at least weekly at PetSmart. I love the wide variety of cat and dog items—from food to toys to pet care. The store is well used but kept clean and neat by the staff. I’ve never had any difficulty finding an associate to answer my questions or otherwise assist me. I feel that I get good quality merchandise at a reasonable price. I’ll keep shopping at PetSmart!

Absolutely not impressed with my kittens first bath or absolutely not her nail trim and then my coupon was not accepted for her first groom and we rescued her from PetSmart on Yopp Rd!! Not Happy!! Y'all need to do better in grooming!!
