Pawadise is the best doggy daycare my dog has ever been to - in Jacksonville or otherwise. The facility is always clean and the staff are very diligent, attentive, friendly, professional, and care deeply about every single dog. No matter who is at the front desk, I always get a detailed and personal answer when I ask how my puppy was that day. My lab Blue goes to daycare nearly every day because of my job - I simply couldn’t have him without Pawadise. These guys are the best in the business!

I was nervous about sending my pup here for the first time since I try to be cautious with who watches my dog. But Pawadise was so quick to reassure me on my worries!! They upload photos of the dogs who stay with them and it’s ADORABLE !! And my puppy looks like she’s having such a fun time in the photos. And they did a very good job washing her too!! Very pleased. Rates are great too, coming from the DMV area!! Love this company!

I wanted to take the time to let this place know how FANTASTIC they are. My dog has bad separation anxiety & he’s a bit old. We adopted him a few years ago and never took him to daycare. I chose this place because I’ve taken my other dog here. But WOW, the staff was so incredible. They dealt with multiple people at once in the lobby and they were very attentive. They reassured us my dog was in good hands. The awesome thing about them, is that they have them socialize with similar groups that they would get along with. I love that, and it shows serious dedication that they are invested in the animals like family. Last, they gave us a detailed report card and I love it when places do this! I know it takes extra time and it’s so sweet and amazing. I just want to know my dog is not only okay there, but is treating the other dogs well, and feels safe. I highly recommend this place. They groom as well. I will be taking my dog here instead of the other place we have gone to before. This place is worth taking your pet to! The dogs are well taken care of here and I noticed they have a lot of regulars which is wonderful. I hope this place stays in business for a long time because I am happy to spend money here and send my good boy here!

I loved how the staff was friendly. It was my first visit and felt welcome. My dog got to have a spa day and i got to clean stuff his hair was on lol. I was impressed with his smell and having his claws clipped. Highly satisfied

I used to take my older dog to pawadise for boarding when our family took trips he couldn't come on. They always took amazing care of Sam. I just recently took our new dog for boarding. It was his first time being boarded. He seems to have done good and they had nothing but great things to say about my dog. I feel like the employees who work there truly love animals and treat them like their own pets. I highly recommend them for boarding services.

All the employees were so sweet and I absolutely love that they take so many pictures of the dogs playing! I was assured the whole time I was traveling that my dog Cosmo was having a great time! They also groomed him before I picked him up and couldn’t believe how fluffy they were able to get him. Overall great experience, will be using Pawadise again!

This was my first time boarding my dogs. Pawadise took very good care of them while I was out of town. I will definitely be using them again when going out of town. I like that they post pictures and they don’t mind if you call to check on your “babies”. That gave me even more peace of mind to know they were doing well while I was gone. Thank y’all again for taking care of my boys, Milo and Oreo.

My fur baby had a little pet vacay while his hoomans were away. Really nice place. Friendly staff. He got along with a dog who normally doesn’t like others. He was delight, and super sweet. Staffs words! Would definitely recommend. Plus it was a great price! Would use again!

I could tell through the photos posted on their Facebook that my dogs were having so much fun! Staff are regularly playing and interacting with the dogs in the photos; you can tell the staff takes great care of the pups. Customer service is great too, and I definitely will be recommending their services to anyone!

I love this place 🏻 will absolutely be bringing my little girl there regularly. All the staff was sooo nice- anyone who knows Shibas knows they're very temperamental and mine did amazing with them and left in such a good mood !

My Goldendoodle has just started daycare at Pawadise. He seems happy when we arrive and appears to look forward to playing with his new friends. We had a grooming session where he was a training model and I was quite happy with the results. We are looking forward to continued positive experiences based on the recommendations of his former groomer who did the training.

We love Pawadise! My dog has some anxiety and doesn’t like to sit still. Pawadise was still able get him bathed and trimmed up good during his first appointment. We also bring our other dog here to get groomed and the staff is always super friendly!

Pawadise employees are very nice and obviously really care about their furry clients! I walked in one day and requested a walk through without prior notice and they gladly showed me around. The facility was neat, clean and organized. I feel very confident in them and the care they gave my puppy! They post daily pictures on Facebook which I found very comforting to see that my boy was having fun! Each time I called I was given a great report on how my puppy was doing and they were happy to speak with me. I will definitely take my puppy back for future boarding and spa days! Thanks Pawadise for taking such great care of my boy!

We are so happy a friend recommended Pawadise to us! It had been a while since we boarded our dog, so we were very nervous about leaving her. After touring the facility and talking to the staff and attendants, we felt good about leaving Murphy at Pawadise. They took her out to play at least 4 times a day, which amazingly, is included in the daily price. When I called to check on her, they gave me specific examples of how well she was doing. When we picked her up, we were given a cute and informative report card to let us know how she did in these areas: playtimes, meals, elimination and behavior. A very telling sign for us, as to how well Murphy did, was that she wasn't hoarse when we picked her up. She was always hoarse when picked up from other kennels. She obviously felt comfortable at Pawadise and didn't bark a lot. We often plan our trips around Murphy being able to go with us. However, now we can broaden our horizons because we know she'll be in great hands at Pawadise! Literally too- they loved holding her! :)

Our two dogs absolutely love Pawadise! When we have to go out of town and cannot take our dogs with us, we always board them here! The front desk receptionists know our dogs by name and everyone is so friendly! Our dogs get so excited when we pull in to the parking lot! They love it and we love it!

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and I could tell right away everyone there truly cares about the dogs they groom&board. Our dogs instantly felt comfortable with the groomer when she came to get them. We were very impressed with the grooming and overall service and will be back for Doggy Daycare and another grooming!

Best doggy daycare. The people there are so great. They treat every dog like they are the only dog. I take my dog 4 days week, it gives me so much comfort to know she is in good hands while I’m at work. I’ve boarded my pup also. Just can’t say enough good things about them so worth the money

I took my dog Jackson here for the first time a couple weeks back during the Christmas breakI could tell by the questions that your folks who work for you asked that you actually care about the dogs we entrust you withOne thing I would say that is kind of cool about a couple other overnight kennels in the area is they do what's like almost a wellness check for the day of the dogs during like playtime when he eats and what not. The groomers at Pawadise have been cutting my pup’s nails for almost 2 years now. They’re always very friendly and do great work! They are also very patient with nervous dogs which is a huge plus.

The absolute best!! It was our boy’s first time boarding and we felt so comfortable leaving them knowing they will be in the best hands. I wish we got more photos, but that’s because I worry about my boys and want to see them all the time. Besides that, I called and got a feedback and they were always happy to answer my questions and assure me that our boys are doing well. Thank you all so very much. It’s hard to be away from the babies during the holidays, but you all made it easy.
