My almost 1 year old Yorkiepoo absolutely LOVES Pawville! I started taking her when she was just about 5 months old and truly credit her being well socialized to Jacksonville Pawville. Being someone that travels quite a bit, it eases my mind so much knowing my pup is in good hands. All of the staff is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. The daily report cards are a huge plus. Check-in and out is always a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Our very first visit at Pawville was excellent! Rachel from the call center booked our grooming appointment and was extremely helpful. She’s the best! The front staff were very friendly. Kirstyn, our groomer took excellent care of our mini Australian shepherd, Tilly and gave her a much needed pampering. This was Tilly’s first grooming visit and she seemed very happy and comfortable with her time at Pawvillle. Tilly came out looking so fresh and clean and smelled like a sugar cookie. The kennel staff also took excellent care of our lab, Nelli! They gave her a bath, trimmed her nails, and cleaned her ears. Pawville will be our go to place from now on for all our grooming needs!

We started using Pawville this fall for our lab puppy that suffers from separation anxiety. Pawville is awesome because they provide live steam cameras for the play yards so you can check in throughout the day. They also upload pics and report cards for each visit. We boarded our puppy with them for the first time this weekend and had a great experience.The Jax staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, and you can tell that they care about your pet. I think the prices are super reasonable, and you can buy multiple passes at a discounted rate. They even come and get your pup out of your car when you dropoff, making it quick and easy when you're on the way for work.Overall, Pawville has been a great experience for us. Our pup loves it, and it’s been great to get him socialized in a safe environment. Highly recommended!!Pics attached for proof of how much our puppy loves daycare!

Our experience with Pawville was OUTSTANDING! This was our first time here with recommendations from a friend of ours and we will never go anywhere else again! We boarded all three of our dogs and we wanted our puppy to be separate from our other two dogs. I was so nervous that our puppy would be by himself when he is so use to having our other two dogs with him. But, during check in Samantha asked if we wanted all of our dogs to play outside together and we said absolutely! As soon as Samantha suggested play time together I felt at ease instantly because even though he was by himself inside he would at least be able to see our other dogs throughout the day. I loved being able to get updates and pictures as well and it seems all three of our fur babies had a blast! All of the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and check in and out was quick and easy!

Jacksonville Pawville is the place to go! They are informative, professional, and so kind! I boarded my Golden Retriever, Duke there for a week. They were phenomenal! Jacksonville Pawville sent me daily report cards including photos and updates. They assured me that my dog was receiving plenty of attention, play time, and of course belly rubs!

I use Pawville (all locations) very frequently when going on vacation. There are many options to accommodate the needs of your pets, and the staff sends daily report cards with pictures of your pet enjoying life.Based on the pictures I receive, my furry children enjoy every moment of their stay.

We had the best experience with Pawville. The staff is so incredibly kind and welcoming, they helped keep our two small dogs comfortable and get them acclimated to being in a daycare setting in no time. They worked with them and helped them build confidence. Because of them we are able to travel and vacation. They also provide daily report cards for daycare and boarding. It's nice to be able to check in on your little ones while you're away. It really gave us peace of mind! We are super grateful for them, and cannot recommend them enough - you will not be disappointed using them to take care of your fur babies. ❤️

I absolutely love Pawville! Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and takes such good care of our high energy/ playful pup while we are at work or out of town. Everytime we leave the house he is so excited because he thinks we are headed to daycare. The cameras and pictures are priceless as well. So happy we found this gem.

Dude our dog loves it here. Between the awesome staff and all the different services they offer you really can't go wrong here. We've used them for training, daycare, and boarding. The fact that they give daily report cards, photos and are very communicative regarding any challenges or problems gives us great peace of mind when it comes to trusting them with Thor, because that silly little dude is family.

The best in Jacksonville! I’ve boarded my dogs a few places but this place knocks it out of the park. Very affordable and friendly staff that I know took good care of my two very high strung, high energy dogs. I love the townhome and how they can go outside whenever they like. Staff sends a report card everyday with pics and helped me feel more relaxed on my vacation knowing they were happy! Will definitely be where I continue to take my dogs 😊

Our dog loves staying here. When he’s in a common play area, we can check on him via their web cam. The staff are very attentive to the pets, and they ask detailed questions about our dog’s needs. The individual spaces for boarding are spacious with private, outdoor areas. The prices are reasonable, and they take great care of our dog.

We recently boarded our two young dogs. We don’t usually but had to this time. They appeared to have such a good time! We will definitely use them again. As a matter fact, we’re going to send them their occasionally for doggy daycare to play with their friends!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This review is a long time coming, but I absolutely love Pawville. Our dog JoJo is nervous around strangers and new places but the staff always made him feel comfortable and loved, so much so that he would jump up and down and run to the car whenever we even just said “wanna go to daycare?” The staff was always so accommodating, and I was always so excited to get the “report card” filled with pictures of JoJo’s day every time he went to daycare and when he was boarded. I miss them so much and wish we didn’t have to move out of state! Thank you Pawville! (Plus the fact they celebrate birthdays and holidays for the pets is the cutest thing ever ❤️)

Hands down the BEST doggie daycare we’ve ever put Athena. Every single employee that I’ve interacted with has been positive, encouraging, and professional. They really invested in making our dog comfortable from playing one-on-one at first then progressing to big group play. She’s there a full workday and always comes home happily exhausted. I can’t explain how great it feels to know that she’s in a safe place while I’m at work. Make your reservations ahead of time to secure a daycare spot, you won’t be disappointed! ☺️

Brought my dog here for deshedding and a bath. staff was so kind on the phone and at the front desk. when i picked my girl up she was so happy!! i always get nervous leaving my dogs places but i definitely trust this one!! will 100% be back

They keep all my notes on record so when I come in they know how he likes to be feed, and what he enjoys. He is an 18 yo cat who is a an only child and likes the attention they pay him. Sometimes he acts like he does not want to leave!

Amazing! I've boarded my dogs at almost every place in Jacksonville & I have to say they are THE BEST in town! Super friendly staff (ALWAYS) at the front and I truly believe my dogs are in good hands when they are getting boarded. We typically board multiple times (for a week) through out the year and we've never had any problems. This is year 5.

Great people!! Called same day for daycare and they accomodsted us perfectly. They do different yards for different size dogs, and our fur baby loved it!!!
