Terrible reptile set ups. Just absolutely unacceptable. I went in there to look for taxidermy pieces and I ended up not buying anything because I refuse to give money to people who treat their animals like that. there was a Savanna monitor with no substrate and way too small of a tank, the yellow anaconda with no area to swim, a fully grown Tegu in what appears to be a 4x2x2 with no hides and a red light And not nearly enough substrate. They have a semi-aquatic snake (yellow anaconda) with no substrate, no hides, and no place to submerge themselves. I don’t know how any of this is legal, but I hope someone puts a stop to it. Genuinely the worst husbandry I’ve seen.

I have been coming into the shop since it opened! It’s a laid back shop with really neat items. Everyone who works there has always been helpful and answers any questions that I have had. They are even patient with my 12 year old son! I feel like I learn a thing or two every time I go! I love bringing new people into the shop, because they get to experience what I do. Every customer is treated with same respect. I’ve seen this shop grow and I very much look forward to seeing what they will carry next! I appreciate this business and the owner, Eric! If you haven’t been by, it’s worth a visit!

In person this shop is really cute, nice and the people are very helpful. However I live a few hours too far to be able to go buy stuff casually in person. I ordered stuff online and it never came, I gave them a month, contacted, they said they'd ship it. The day came it was supposed to arrive, it didn't and I waited till the end of the week, still didn't. Never got my gems.

These guys are awesome, super friendly and easy to talk to, great customer service. And they have a vast variety of crystals, taxidermy, all your metaphysical needs (such as herbs and pendulums) and more! I’ll been coming back every weekend

Amazing place for all things gemstones, oddities, herbs etc. Jacksonville has needed a place like this for so long! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! Fun and inviting place for all ages. The animals are a major highlight to the shop, always fun to see what new things they have!
