Ordered a special order Henry Rifle. Received a receipt after paying the down stating we owed a little over $600. Went to pick the rifle up and we were now told that we owed over $900. Instead of admitting their mistake, the only took a $100. Never shopping there again.

Store is great as long as you ignore the different personalities that interfere with customer service but the bigger issue is online orders when you politely contact them to find out about a store pick up eta you get the run around and each person you talk to says the last person lied who can you believe at this point 2 employees took down my contact information so far but no word yet.

I wanted to get on here & say that after talking with Ryan at Eastern outfitters & expressing my concerns with what the dealer said with the warranty issues with my sons bow Ryan went above & beyond to get my sons bow straight & did it ahead of time so he could have it for competition at no cost to us. Thank You Ryan & Eastern Outfitters for getting us straight as well as going all out & above & beyond. 5 stars all the way around. Thanks For Everything. You guys did an awesome job.

Always like shopping here. Tons of items available and they always seem to have what I need. Clothing selection is wide as well and I like the selection of footwear. Of course the guns are great and the gun accessories available. Great experience always.

I went into the store to by some trailer bunk supports and found them. They were priced at 15.99 and i told one of the employees that was pretty good price. I went to pay for it and it rang up 32 and some change. I showed the cashier the price and there was more hanging up and she asked someone else probably the manager he said he could not sell them to me at that price he would lose money. So make sure you check prices on what you buy because they will not back up the prices that the item is marked.

Talked to the older gentleman behind the gun counter, seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there, was not knowledgeable and was condescending, what saved it was a younger guy with a beard came over afterwards and was much more helpful

Great place to shop. I’ve been a customer for there for 20 years. The archery shop is super nice and Ryan and his crew are great. The gun shop crew is very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of items to choose from and plenty of help from the staff to get you what you need. They do get super busy so just be patient and someone will assist you. Great place to shop and to support our local businesses.

Awesome gun store. Ask them any question and you can tell they just enjoy talking to you about the guns. You don't have to know everything before you go in and they'll take the time to make sure you have the right gun for you. They pay attention to making sure they have a great stock of guns of all varieties. Tom was great. Left with a great purchase, and I felt smarter about guns when I left. Highly recommend. I drove an hour and a half just to get there and it was well worth it.

This Eastern Outfitters is my favorite, I was browsing the store, waiting time on a rainy day when the owner struck up conversation with me, a real stand up guy, and the gun counter had a solid selection with helpful staff. I'll shop here more often

Just had the serving and D loop replaced on my bow. Ryan's customer service and attention to detail is awesome. He replaced the serving, D loop, and adjusted the peep site all while I waited. While that is not exactly a tall order, service like that is hard to find these days. Before Ryan gave the bow back to me, he looked the bow over and found that the bow was missing a rubber stop on one of the cams and also replaced that. I really appreciate the expertise and professional level work that Eastern Outfitters provides. Thank you Ryan. I'll be back. Highly recommend.
