Got to say I will be taken my dogs here for now on. My dad had been coming here for a while now with his dogs and recommended me to take my dogs. I have one dog that has bad anxiety and I don’t trust many people. Reggie did an amazing job, No razor burn on my dogs and I came to pick them up they were walking around like happy kid in daycare.It’s a very calm environment. Highly recommend him!

Best groomer in Union county and surrounding area! He really cares about what he does, has great prices, and does great work. Our Australian shepherd is high energy and can be difficult to settle but she loves coming here! 10/10

He doesn’t ask for any vaccine records and my dog and my moms dog went on the same day and came home with fleas. All the dogs are put together on and off.

Avoid this business at all costs. They completely mangled my dogs hair. I have a black Pomeranian who we keep long haired and well brushed. As you can see from these photos, she is absolutely wrecked. When my wife questioned their work, she was met with hostility, which again considering the pictures, is baffling. I don’t know how you can look at that dog and say “yep, good job”.I am beyond disappointed and would recommend that anyone who cares about their pets chooses to give this business a hard pass.

I’ve had a regular groomer but currently she has a three month wait. My dog could not wait that long, so I found Reggie’s. He fit my dog in the next day. I will be using as my groomer going forward. I believe he is a dog whisperer. My dog was calm. His grooming was excellent! My dog is a 90 pound long hair collie. Loved the entire experience.

Paul does a great job he also is very caring & kind to your pet. The price that he charges are lower than any other pet groomers in indian trail & Mecklenburg county. Paul has always done a great job on our pet snuggles, i wouldn't take our dog any where else. We love the way he groom's our dog and highly recommend paul to friend's & neighbors. THANK YOU PAUL!

Sorry but I have never been to a dog groomer that has smelled this bad. Please invest in your business. It doesn’t take much to improve. My dogs haircut was ok. My Shih Tzu had some long patches that were missed. I had to even it out her coat at home. If it was $20-30 buck maybe I would understand but you are charging top dollar so prove you skills.

You get what you are paying for. Reggie can at first come across as cold or maybe even rude. But it’s not that. He’s a very kind man just a bit reserved. I agree the place doesn’t seem very aesthetically pleasing but I’ve never seen it be dirty or “unkept”. Like I said, you get what you are paying for; his prices are on the lower side. I have a sheepadoodle and have been happy with his grooming every time.

I bring all 3 of my Chihuahuas here for their nail trims and baths. It's easy to set up an appointment or drop off time. They are quick and charge very fair prices. Great quality work and very friendly staff. My mother brings her Yorkie here as well. After finding Reggie's, we will never go anywhere else again!

Reggie is great I have been taking my dog here for 2 years now and he does an amazing job. I've taken my dog to other groomers but my dog always came out scared and hid at home but when I brought him here his happy when we pick him up. Yea it doesn't look like pets mart grooming or them other fancy looking ones but those are the ones that treat your dog bad.

He did a great job.Was better priced that some of the fancier places, who said my dog was difficult. He said my dog was well behaved.And I was able to get a same day appointment in one instance and then one the next day.

Very disappointed in this shop.. my dog’s hair cut was awful and a waste of money! I had to take my dog to another groomers to get his hair evened out and done properly! I was never asked to show proof of rabies vaccine or shot records, they never asked me for my name or contact information. I won’t be back.

Reggie is a good guy and has done a great job with my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, going above and beyond to work on her shedding before sending her home with me. I see complaints on here about the cleanliness and such, and I challenge any of you who are a one person shop trying to get your business off the ground to do any better. Was I a little taken aback on my first trip? Yes. Does it impact how clean my dog is and keep my costs down? Yes.Also, I have learned not to judge people by the expression on their face. Reggie does come across as grumpy and unfriendly, but I have found that he is shy, VERY kind and polite.Give everyone a chance and perhaps the benefit of the doubt.

Don't want to rate too bad, because I've never use the groomer. I walked into the salon and turned right around because the salon is unkempt and not suitable for my standard poodle. Ripped up leather recliner, dusty computer desk, old outdated file cabinets and various types of hair on the floor. It's a grooming salon and I expect the dog smell, but a $20 investment in plug ins and febreze should be worth it. Professional grooming is a lifestyle for many, my dog could never stepped foot in the chaos and disgust I saw today. Clean up the front lobby area, first impressions are everything.To add, I walked in and no one was at the front desk, the place looked abandoned, although I assume the staff was in the back. A door chime would be good and also safe for the staff, you can buy a stick on option for $5.00 at Wal-Mart.INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS if you want to be successful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!!!!! The place is dirty and he allowed my dog to be exposed to other dogs that were running around and breaking out the fence to the front door. I was charged $40. He was supposed to trim my dogs entire body and just clean up the legs, feet and tail. When i got there he had only trimmed my dog's back. He kept calling my dog a different name and I had to wait for my dog to be done correctly. He was very rude that he had to do more to my dog that I originally asked to be done. I was so frustrated that I just took my dog home. When we got home I realized my dog had never had a bath and that was the reason he was spraying perfume on my dog so he smelled good and it was because he didnt bathe him. My dog looked like a child groomed him. His legs and feet were hacked and all uneven and his feet still had long pieces of fur hanging off the front of them that werent even cut. When I called Reggie to tell him my concerns he told me I didnt know what I was talking about. This guy is unprofessional and should not be grooming any dog.

This is a great place, when I take my Bettyboop in she never freaks out and she is happy and prancing around and he gives her a great cut (puppy cut) everytime and the prices are fair also.
