The store is small with items scattered everywhere. The customer service wasn’t the best. To make matters worse the food I was recommended by them called Zignature gave my dog bad bowl movement. Very disappointed! I do not recommend!

I took my golden doodle for his first trim and I was very disappointed of the job they did. His hair was completely uneven, it seemed like they just cut where his hair longer and rushed through it.

Stopped by the other day and was treated very well - great selection of products and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even brought out a fresh bowl of water for my pup.

Took my Yorkie here to get groomed. Specifically told the lady groomer not to cut hair on his face, and to only shave his body. Well, not only did she cut the hair on his face, she was also uneven with the cut. I don't understand how your groomer can't take basic directions. I will never come here again. I looked around for a mom and pop shop to give my business to, when clearly I should have just stuck with Pets Mart.

High quality products and my dog can actually have most of them with his food allergies. They've got everything from pup cakes, cookies and ice cream to high quality dog food. They even have a few things for cats but it's mostly a dog oriented store. Everyone is always so friendly and they also run a rescue for bully breed dogs. My dog loves the treats I get from there and I love the quality of everything. It's a great local business for dog lovers. I like that they also have a grooming salon too and that the products they use are also grain free so my boy is actually able to get a bath with nice smelling stuff and not be itchy from it.

Could have done much more if they would have kept the area clean and organized. The bathtub area would be amazing if they have the tools that you needed at hand. Had to ask for a dog dryer because it was none install that we were put in.

Stopped in on our way back to Michigan. Wish we still lived in SC. This store has the best of everything you need for your pet. 100% worth supporting Courtney is such a great advocate and so knowledgeable.

Patty did an amazing job on both of our doodles! This was our Merle doodles (Pockets) first time getting a full cut and Patty did a great job!!!
