Tons of models options, Tremendous Store.CADEN was very friendly and hewalked with me to show me the Fabulous Tools and solutions they have More options and solutions than some biggest stores, Also Super easy to walk and find here that you need. Buyer Beware!! I bought some lights online. The order was supposed to arrive in a couple days and then was delayed a couple weeks. I then receive it and one of the lights did not work so I went to return it and they refused since it was now more than 30 days past the ORDER date and so that means I had less than 2 weeks from the date I received it. I also contacted Ace Hardware customer service and was told the same thing. I like supporting the smaller businesses and will even pay a little more but I expect the same or better service than the big box guys.

Prices not posted on items. Staff didn’t have a good answer as to why. Employees are friendly but waste my time every time I go in there whether it’s getting a key made or trying to buy something. Will not go back. Prices are better at competitor stores.

Called if they refill propane before 7pm! The young lady said yes but when I arrived at 6:40pm they didn't care about me and they said they're closing at 7pm and she didn't know what she was talking about according to the manager.I don't blame the young cashier but the manager was rude, in my opinion.Thanks for the waiste of my time, guys!Picture was taken at 7:53pm.Edit: I change it to 3 stars

The staff here is very kind and gors above and beyond to help you. I had 8 chain saw blades sharpened here and dispite very short notice they were able to get them back to me that same day.

I went to get 3 copies of my keys & McKenzie was so helpful & so welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here. She also a great salesperson! I ended up getting a slingshot monkey! She needs a raise!

Very frustrating to walk in with an item I want to replace, spend time looking in three isles, and have no one approach me to give assistance. This used to be a store where I felt valued as a customer, and my mere presence had priority.

Order was a little delayed getting to the store. Contacted store and they said it had come in but delivery to my house would be several days late even though I live like 3 miles from the store. I finally drove there and picked it up myself.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly compassionate.The day of the hurricane my wife and I were on the hunt for a generator. We have a new born and it was important to keep our freezer going in order in keeping the babies milk safe.They stayed late until I got there.I really appreciate this!!A great local business!!Thank you

I was told they could make a sidewinder key to come on. I drove 50 miles round trip. Then noone was there that could make one. Both the kids working said there would be two people there today that could make it. So I made another trip to be told even the owner couldn't make it. 100 miles and three hours wasted of my time with this poorly ran so called business.

The young lady up front greeted us when we walked in. The gentleman I found in the back area was extremely helpful! He took his time to help us figure out what nuts/bolts would fit the odd project we needed to make. He was kind and went above an expectation to help us. I love this store and the people!

Great store but need qualified staff on schedule daily to be able to sell firearms that are on the shelves. Drove 45 mins on a Saturday to purchase a long gun and there is no one available to make the sale...time wasted!

This place and the older reviews are all from when this was a locally owned business. Now there is completely new staff and this place is horrible. I love ace hardware but the staff here all seem to be feeding off each other's negative energy, probably from the top down. It's a real shame. We will NOT be going back here again.Customer service is key to a small place like this and they are all very rude. Avoid this place! There are better options all around here.

Talk about going the extra mile! I went to Ace Hardware today looking for some metal brackets for a set of training wheels that I ordered online, which did not fit the bike. The two gentlemen were absolutely amazing!! A THANK YOU just doesn't seem to be enough. They helped me & even tried a "fix" for me. I am still working on getting those metal supports/ brackets to work. The customer service at Ace was absolutely outstanding!! Many Thanks!

Love me some Ace. Avoid the big box store and avoid this scenario. " Excuse me Lowe's employee, where can I find a wifi plug?" "Hi, sure it's on aisle 2474, about 2.5 miles down and turn right." Ok thank you... After my marathon walk... "Hi another Lowe's employee, where can I find a wifi plug?" To which you get this reply... "Hi, somewhere around here, that's Carl's section and he is at lunch. Noone can answer your questions except for Carl, he has an hour left, but oh then he goes home so, walk your happy self back 3 miles that way and we may have a end cap display."

The manager Stephen just came to my house and "put together" my new mower that I'd purchased a few days earlier. I'd just taken it home in the box (thinking I could assemble) but couldn't figure it out. One phone call and this guy shows up about 20 minutes later to "save my day". I only live a short distance and so love the "old hardware stores" as my hubby did. God bless this man who was so personable, great customer service. Keep up the good work.

What a perfect experience. I go in, helped immediately, bought a Stihl Kombi with weed eater and edger. Took all of 5 minutes. Can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Friendly, hospitable and helpful small shop where I'll always go first before a bit store. They help you find the right item, help load your car, and generally seem more focused on treating their customers with respect than I've experienced at a bigger store. Nothing against the larger places, but I love having a reliable local hardware store in my town.

This is a REAL hardware store. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always make me want to come back. I don't ever get this level of service at the big box stores. The store is low-key enough to give it that small business, quaint feeling, but their selection is large and varied enough to give me the confidence that they'll have what I need. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've come here, and I just like to drop in whenever I'm in the area to hang out and buy something small. Spend your money here and support local business!!

I always like stopping in IT Hardware when passing through the area. A unique hardware store with a little bit of everything. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. The owner, Karen goes out of her way to help me with what I need. Glad to see them following CDC guidelines!

Friendly staff and helpful suggestions for what you need. Much better customer service than other hardware stores, much easier to find things you need too. Small selection but they usually have the basics and more of everything needed for home improvement and other projects. One of the staff members made sure and went through each individual size of fittings we needed for one of our project, found what we needed and double checked since the last store we went to gave us the suggestion of the wrong size. Much more helpful!!

They sold us a lawnmower that was out of the box, told us it was ready to go, manual in the bag. No manual, bag was empty. We started it up, and it dies almost immediately. ACE would not help us out. We called manufacturer, who sent us to a repair guy in Charlotte (who was very nice), who told us there was no oil in the mower. Called ACE, who employs people that don’t understand how to have a phone conversation, eventually spoke to a woman that said, “we won’t take returns as soon as you put gas into the mower.” Be prepared for a run around if you have an issue with anything mechanical you buy.

Worse customer service!!!I bought an item a few days ago, so we change our plan and I decided to return I explain to the cashier, I have been charged the wrong price, on one the item on the receipt it showed 3 items for$ 6.99 each but the price of one of the items were$ 9.99 so on my day off I went back to the store and try to be honest and explain what happened to the cashier just have to give me back $ 6.99 that's what I paid, for me it would have been easy to say I do not have the receipt, give me a store credit - in a few words the cashier told me that she could not give me the $6.99 Because I didn't pay for the item. YES- I pay what they charged .. it's so difficult ..

The store seemed to have more inventory than IT hardware did although the prices seemed quite a bit higher than typical. That combined with the lack of FFL doesn’t make it as convenient as IT hardware was. As much as I hate to say it you are better off driving a mile down the road to Lowes.
